phantom of the oprah semi fascist. i think donald trump should expect he hasn't been at work for four or five days resting and prepped on everything. is he going to come out. i don't think is he going to come out sharp, animated angry like the state of the union. donald trump if he staying cool and doesn't mean he can't be sharp in the questioning. just be calm and polite, one of the questions he should have said to him i think he could just say joe, you know, one of the last times we debated you looked me in the eye and said i was incorrect or lying about the laptop. you told the american people it was the work of russian disinformation and 51 and now do you want to apologize and say that your campaign operative antony blinken set that all up? can he do things like that if he does it calmly and politely. mostly he needs to talk about his past record, his current agenda and what he will do for us and contrast that with the utter disaster of the last three and a half years.

included u.s.-iraq war related activity reports and information related to guantanamo bay detainees. but tonight assange has agreed to plead guilty to a felony charge and as part of the deal with the doj. he will avoid imprisonment here in the u.s. now, under this new deal, doj prosecutors will seek a 62 month sentence, which is equal to the amount of time that assange has already served in london, allowing him to immediately return to his native country of australia. now this deal still has to be approved by a federal judge, but it would appear tonight that julian assange may be on his way home. kayleigh? >> interestingly coming after just a few weeks ago, president trump said he would consider pardoning assange and this. >> i said the exact same thing. they are getting it done this week. i think they have been working on it this is a bit of taking a little steam of the former president's sales, perhaps, by
