let's get real. what has happened as a result of these leftist, progressive, aclu-ers is they are forcing municipalities to have to fight these cases all the way up to the supreme court where they can't afford to fight them. budgets are not what they used to be. then, you've got the leftists who are saying that cops will patrol the streets. no, they will keep drug addict homeless people off the streets so my kids don't have to step over them on the way to school and i don't have to step over them on the way to work. the mayor of los angeles says that cities should not attempt to arrest their way out of this. california just built that $24 billion building or whatever it was, 600,000 with all those apartments for homeless people. they can't figure out how to solve the problem. the way to do it is you get them off the street, then you figure out what their needs are, and whether it's a transition to housing. i don't know. i'm not an expert in this. at the end of the day, they
