there is another major part of this that is when you look at the polling you see joe biden is not doing well, especially after this debate. there is one crime joe biden can't commit, not whether or not he is actually able to secure this country, but whether or not he can actually win. when they see him losing, that is when they turn on him, and that is why we see the tides go the way they are. >> todd: there is one common theme coming from "those defending joe biden. here is what it is. take a listen. >> i didn't have a good debate. that is 90 minutes on stage and look what i've done 3 3.5 years. >> obviously 90 minutes of a core performance but that does not define the vision that president biden has. >> so one bad night does not affect three and a half years of a stellar accomplishment. >> i can tell you there have been more than a few sundays when i wished i had preached a better sermon.

individuals to present themselves on anti-american way on a day against the english fighting to revolt against tyrannical leadership many lives lost. living our lives every single day sacrifice made by so many. these individuals trying to protest against america or trying to go ahead and act in a very anti-american way, look, i respect that i fought in uniform for everyone's first amendment rights. the right to fair and peaceful protesting. that's not what we are seeing here. the sad part, this is what the democrats and joe biden is pandering to. this is the 13.2% of uncommitted votes in michigan that he is unconstitutionally withholding funds to israel to go out and defeat hamas a terrorist organization. oh, by the way. let's keep reminding the american people we have americans that are still being held hostage. who are being treated inhumanely. who are being tortured and maintained as hostages. where is joe biden sounding off

for the hostages that are held. 13 soldiers that were lost in afghanistan. those who were lost in jordan that he claimed where he didn't have any americans lost under his watch. and where is he to step up in blue cities and blue states. whether it's minneapolis, whether it's philadelphia baltimore or new york? the trend is this is all in blue states because they believe in lawlessness and they believe in pandering to the anti-american sentiment. >> ashley: this is not peaceful. this is anything but peaceful. this is chaos when you look at this video. really quickly before we move onto the next topic do you think having president trump if he were to win that this would stop? >> i think what you would see is law enforcement being able to go forward and do their jobs. remember, it was president trump in 20200 called for the end of lawlessness and for our law enforcement to step up or he will do the job for them. this really comes down to the mayors of these blue cities who are actually stopping their police chiefs from doing their jobs. >> ashley: got town tie the police hands for anything to get done. now to this vice president kamala harris is returning to new orleans today for the

essence festival. after her wild word salad from last year's appearance. do you remember this? >> culture is -- it is a reflection of our moment in our time, right? and and, present culture is the way we express how we are feeling about the moment. and we should always find times to express how we feel about the moment that is a reflection of joy. because, you know, it comes in the morning. [laughter] we have to find ways to also express the way we feel about the moment in terms of just having language and -- and a connection to how people are experiencing life. and i think about it in that way, too. >> ashley: forget the fact that she can't string together a sentence. what has she done to get her so close in this hypothetical situation to president trump? like what has she done?
