there are still questions around if trump's alleged actions or official or unofficial. all after the supreme court of course ruled the former president is immune from prosecution for official acts while in office. trump has pleaded not guilty to 37 charges of hoarding classified documents at mar-a-lago after leaving the white house. one legal expert said the presidential immunity ruling is a major win for trump and his team. >> at a minimum he's getting additional time to argue the case in front of judge cannon should not proceed because everything he did was in his official capacity as president. that is the argument he is going to make. whether she rules in his favor or not is secondary. >> at legal expert said the prosecution will argue the opposite the they will likely see the former president had left the white house this was not any kind of official action he was taking as president.

timing for the storms texas land fall. >> we are looking at monday as a time this will ultimately be right up along the texas coast still out in the gulf of mexico winds at 60 miles per hour the gulf of mexico very warm it's going to allow this to continue and intensify it will become a bigger storm as we eventually wash this track. by sunday morning a little bit of movement a little bit of growth we are expecting this to grow quite a bit north of the day on sunday into monday morning currently we are forecasting 85-mile an hour winds as category one hurricane. this is going to make a big difference is a storm for all the right side of this track it could be anywhere within this the bright side you're spending a little more time out over water. if you are on the left side you're going to run into land a little earlier that make a difference on how strongly storm ultimately becomes but then it doesn't lift up into portions of the middle of the country getting up each of the midwest weakening as it makes that move we will still bring some wind, so bring rain the gulf of mexico is plenty warm to fueled the storm putting water temperatures

he could face up at 25 years or more in prison for his alleged role in the deadly collision but he was arraigned this morning on a slew of criminal charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and vehicular manslaughter. science at the deadly crash are still fresh on his face. on the night of the crash she was driving on a suspended license for failing to answer a summons for times on three different dates. he refused a breathalyzer test and lab results are pending to determine his blood alcohol content. in court papers the defendant was a bloodied and wearing pants. but no shirt or shoes. when he stood up his imbalance was uneven. they wrote quote the defendant had bloodshot eyes at strong odor of alcoholic beverage on his breath and clothing for when he was escorted out of the

respond, can you make sense of that, ted? >> i cannot wrap my head around that. nine hours to respond it is my understanding in oakland, california this flash mob was in this and gas station convenience store for about 40 minutes and a law enforcement had not responded. we have got to do something to help these businesses. this was no help for the businesses. what i propose there be a mandatory minimum for anyone who is convicted and found guilty of these kind of crimes and at 4:30 a.m. in the morning if you've got these young people they are out there at 4:30 a.m. in the morning, we need to hold parents responsible. there is no reason whatsoever for a young person to be out on the street at 4:30 a.m. in the morning this is just unacceptable.

columbia a crime problem. one of those crimes specifically is hijacking of cars, carjackings. those things are taking place by young people. we need this kind of curfew in place. they need to enforce it and also, here again, they need to hold parents responsible. there is no reason whatsoever for a young person to be out in the wee hours of the morning or in violation of a curfew of this making. for some it put up some of the numbers d.c. has provided to show how things have gone since september of last year they have 71 transferred to rehab services at the city department of youth and rehabilitation services but 46 released to their parents or guardian , to child and family services nine released to police custody. that is interesting to patrol operation chief said they are trying to keep these kids safe from each other.

>> two things. first of all we know in china's economy is failing and so people are fleeing the country. but also we are seeing a change thechanging composition of chine migrants. if we go back two years we are seeing primarily family groups coming into our country in other words desperate chinese. now 80 -- 85% according to border patrol are single males traveling in packs of five -- 15. not with the family members of military age and border patrol knows some of the have links to the chinese military. got to be extremely concerned at least some of them are operatives coming here to attack our country. let's dig into the demographic breakdown of these chinese nationals. you mention 26656 single adults. family units of 4530, single minors wondered 23. and so it makes you wonder if they are intelligence operatives, military or other, right? >> if we are flying them back to
