the one thing i would say, and, laura, you said it so well in just the past segment is the importance of peace and president trump, i think, absolutely rightly talks about the fact that we're on the verge of worl world war iii. we have been talking about this for a couple of years. now poo testimonily looking into the expansion of the war of ukraine. it's not going well. the chinese are preparing war in the middle east istill going on. you look at the results here, i mean, from an america first point of view, practical point of view. i think it's disastrous. we do need a change fundamentally. i would just say that the other thing is that the only other thing i would say, laura, they may not say they like america first. and the president trump's approach. actually, i think it's going to be better for them. reporting today that actually the europeans are starting to spend more in part because they are concerned more about president trump. do you know who is that is good for in the europeans. they will be more secure if they take more self-reliance. actually, biden is not doing them any favors by having photo op.s and big party for nato.

>> laura: 750th anniversary of nato will be another biden relaunch attempt. do you think it will work? >> i don't think so. look, i mean, the european, particularly the western and northern europeans very comfortable. olaf schultz the ch chancellor f germany endorsed him. feeling good feeling they feel he gives them. the fundamental reality is the situation is not good. biden is great at handing out commitments. as he himself said he is even talking about expanding nato further potentially. irreversible movement with ukraine. actually backing that up in a way that prevents war? no, if you want peace, you want something more like president trump's approach that does involve strength but also involves clarity and understanding what the american people really need. >> laura: yeah. their economies were better as well when trump was president of the united states. eldridge, great to see you. thank you. raymond arroyo is here. a special seen and unseen, next. ♪ >> i'm at the essence festival in new orleans. kamala harris spoke here.
