[laughter] and that's what we're facing now. >> todd: i don't know but, congressman, that sounds like a vice presidential speech to me. what's the latest buzz among republicans there in d.c.? what are you hearing as to who donald trump is going to pick? >> i have heard rubio, i have heard dr. carson, i have heard tim scott. i have heard a bunch of people, actually. the greatest thing about trump is how i markets himself. he gets the maximum bandwidth out of every media outlet because he keeps things the way he wants. phrases things so you are always wondering what's the next thing going to come out. i think this is part of his ploy to garner attention and get
