11:00 pm
at the top of the ticket poses a bigger threat to donald trump than joe biden at the top? well well, that remains to be seen. she's not been a very strong candidate. she did very badly in 2020, and she was and she and she was widely derided for the way she conducted herself in office. she hasn't been a bang up vice president with a lot of impact. she might not be a very strong candidate. the one thing she does do is she takes the age issue off the table and now and now, jesse, some republicans, i mean, some democrats are now saying, well, donald trump's too old. he's 78. okay we're going to hear a lot of that, brit. thank you. so much, as always, and thanks for watching. this sunday edition of jesse watters prime time. we will have much, much more of my interview with trump and jd vance tomorrow night on prime time at 8:00. sean hannity is next. all right, welcome to hannity. and this is
11:01 pm
a fox news alert. well, democracy is dead in the democratic party. the elitist coup led by washington, dc, hollywood elitist, democratic big money donors. it worked. their surrogates obama, clooney, schumer, pelosi, hakeem, jeffries, they all assisted. interestingly, in this whole, quote, coup, if you want to call it that, operation dump and destroy biden. and but interestingly, as of this hour, obama, pelosi, schumer, hakeem jeffries, are the most prominent democrats not to endorse kamala harris. so after lying to all of you, the entire country, every voter for years about joe biden's obvious cognitive decline, joe biden bowed to the pressure, officially dropped out of the 2024 race, rendering the millions and millions of democratic primary voters null and void. we are only 58 days before early voting gets underway in pennsylvania, and
11:02 pm
then rolls out in other states. we are only 106 days before the election. now, party elites will bypass the people in their own party and hand-picked the next democratic nominee. the party that waxes so poetic about the importance of voting and democracy. democracies on the ballot. oh, it's on the ballot. not exactly the way they've been characterizing it. it they don't actually care about either of these things. joe biden, many other top democrats have endorsed biden's border czar, kamala harris, who dropped out of the 2020 democratic primary before a single vote was even cast. we're going to have a lot more on kamala. stay tuned. that's in just a moment. but first, let us just simply state the obvious. if joe biden is not capable of handling the rigors of a campaign which almost every democrat is admitting to, then he certainly is not capable of fulfilling the
11:03 pm
duties of president of our country. that would mean joe biden does need to resign as soon as possible, take his family of grifters back to delaware. if he had any decency at all, he would leave the white house this week and never come back. think about this. we haven't even seen joe biden today. his decision announced in a letter posted on x. apparently he was unable or unwilling to even step in front of a camera and announce this historic decision in person. if he's unwilling to do this, then frankly, his cabinet ought to be invoking immediately the 25th amendment. they ought to be doing it tonight, and they ought to be removing him from office. and with all that said, joe biden, in all truth, has never been up to the job. we have shown you his cognitive decline since before the 2020 election. almost everybody in the democratic party and the state run media mob, they all have lied to all of you since
11:04 pm
2020. they have all known this. they have all covered it up. this is the same media mob that let joe biden hide in his basement in in the in the election in 2020, the same people that lied about hunter's laptop and organized 51 former intel officials that knew nothing about that laptop. to lie to all of you in the weeks before the 2020 election, none of them had ever seen the laptop. they didn't know a thing about it. the same state run media mob, the same democratic party that had no problem with hillary clinton's dirty russian disinformation dossier that she paid for the same one used to acquire four fisa warrants to spy on a candidate, and later president trump, through a back door. the same people that had no problem with hillary deleting 33,000 subpoenaed emails that the same people that had no problem with
11:05 pm
her top secret classified information all over her servers, the same people that had no problem with mar a lago, falsely valued at $18 million by an abusively biased new york judge, the same people that had no problem with a legal nda negotiated by a lawyer labeled as a legal expense. no problem with the weaponization of our justice department. lawfare used against donald trump with a criminal indictment. it was a misdemeanor well past the statute of limitations up to upcharge to 34 felony counts and a jurisdiction he'd never get a fair trial in with a judge again, corrupt, abusively biased. now these same people will now champion biden's replacement. let me predict this. whoever it is, let's assume for a moment kamala harris. it will be defended as the second coming of jesus just to defeat trump. now democrats, the state run media mob, they
11:06 pm
are lying propagandists. they are leftists. they are marxist. they will do. they will say anything to stop trump and hold on to power as governor. desantis said, this includes the weekend at bernie's charade that we've all witnessed at the white house for the past four years. the single biggest lie campaign and cover up in modern american history. who's responsible? and while joe and jill treated the white house like a luxurious, publicly funded retirement home, these bureaucrats carried out the left's radical agenda shamelessly telling all of you that joe biden was full of vigor. the smartest person in the room. they said that he could run circles around his young staffers behind closed doors. they said they had a hard time keeping up with joe. they said that joe accomplished more in an hour than most of you. most americans do in an entire day, all blatant lies. they used joe biden as a front
11:07 pm
man, and perhaps no one was more duplicitous than vice president kamala harris, joe's vice president, joined him for weekly lunches. she and joe supposedly worked on big issues together, like the border crisis. that's a joke, but that's what they claim. and then they frequently appeared in public together, where biden's cognitive decline was on full display. just a reminder, and we give thanks to our commander in chief, the president of the united states, the extraordinary president of the united states, joe biden. ho ho ho. happy independence day. come on. that i can explain. i need to see some black folk on the gram from hell. it's june 10th. take a shower. every single people on the gram. i'm not being facetious. well, president harris led this effort, led
11:08 pm
this effort to make things better. and a pound of ukrainian people, the proud, proud people, pound for pound, ready to fight with every inch of energy they have tonight. every american needs to be asking, what did kamala know about his cognitive state? when did she know it? what did every other democrat know about this? when did they know it? why did she and every democrat lie about joe's cognitive decline? how did democratic elites eventually push biden to the curb? you know, he was defiant until the last possible minute. did kamala and other democrats make a deal with joe? she must be forced to answer these questions. not that i'd expect an honest answer. and, of course, the state run media mob have been nothing but pravda state run media dupes pushing the lie, complicit in the cover up the whole time. kamala. others also need to answer for her horrendous track record. her far left policy positions. not only does kamala own every
11:09 pm
one of joe biden and that administration's failures, but if she becomes the nominee, she will be the single most radical major party candidate to run for election. even more radical than obama and that's saying something so radical that during the 2020 democratic party, you know, primary, you know, she didn't even make it to new hampshire and iowa, dropping out in 2019 after polling in the single digits as a senator, she co-sponsored a bill with bernie sanders that would force americans into socialized, single payer health care. that kind of system, she also sponsored a bill to prohibit drilling for oil in the pacific atlantic ocean. she called for an end to all fracking. she supported the cancellation of the keystone xl pipeline, had no problem giving a waiver to vladimir putin on the nord stream two pipeline. the keystone xl would have created, you know, thousands and thousands of high paying career jobs. we'd be getting 9 million barrels of oil from canada, a day as of now. while
11:10 pm
she officially while, of course, that would be officially transporting north american oil and gas to american refineries. well recently she even bragged about an agreement to completely phase out fossil fuels, force evs into your driveways. she wants to ban plastic straws. i love my plastic straw. i hate those paper straws. anyway but kamala is so radical that she even sued the obama administration to prevent them from fracking. while she was serving as the attorney general of california. and kamala, even spearheaded efforts in the senate to pass aoc's insane green new deal and vowed to eliminate the filibuster to get it done in 2020. four days after that, minneapolis police precinct was burned to the ground by violent rioters not mostly peaceful, violent. kamala tweeted out this link to the minnesota bail fund, calling on her following to chip in and help post bail for
11:11 pm
these criminals. after kamala promoted the fund its annual revenue reportedly jumped from about a quarter of $1 million in 2019 to a whopping $42 million in 2020. so how did kamala's favorite bail fund spend that money? well, in august of 21, the fund bailed out a man who had just been arrested on domestic assault charges. three weeks later, he got into a road rage incident and reportedly shot and killed a 38 year old man in 2022. the fund bailed out another man who is facing indecent exposure charges. a short while later, he allegedly shot and killed another man at a light rail station in saint paul. a jury convicted him of first degree murder over the incident. overall, according to even fake news, cnn and their investigation, 65 people were bailed out of that freedom fund by that freedom fund while facing serious felony charges for violent crimes, sex crimes. and guess what? all of those
11:12 pm
perpetrators, they were eventually convicted on those charges. but thanks in no part to kamala harris. all of these offenders were able to live among your families for months, even years. but kamala, radical track record doesn't end there. as vice president, she praised this year's hateful, anti-semitic, anti-israel riots on the left, even as her own administration revealed that iran is funding these so-called demonstrations. law and order means nothing to kamala harris, so it's no surprise that her role as border czar has been an abject failure. aside from one short visit to el paso, kamala harris hasn't lifted a finger to secure the border under her watch and joe's watch a record of ten plus unvetted illegal immigrants from over 175 countries have poured into our country, including people, a record number of suspected terrorists, gang members, other criminals, other special interest aliens from america's
11:13 pm
top geopolitical foes, people from countries with terrorist ties. her problems don't end there. kamala harris is also battling something called a likability crisis. even after biden's horrendous debate, she continued to underperform joe in the polls. here's just one reason that voters seem to detest kamala harris. you decide. okay, so you are everyone here. we are special. you know, i and is that a socialist or progressive perspective? no i thought we were supposed to conserve things. i i couldn't reconcile it. now i can't. yes. you're giggling, vice
11:14 pm
president. unfortunately for democrats, it's not just the nervous laughter. according to reports, kamala often refuses to prepare for important events, then blames her staff when things go wrong. meanwhile, her public appearances are usually disjointed, confusing, cringeworthy, filled with platitudes about the significance of time. we're all passing through time, which is the passage of time and venn diagrams. in case you've forgotten the largest investment ever to take on the climate crisis. roughly $1 trillion with a t. i had to. you think you just fell out of a coconut tree? okay. you exist in the context of all in which you live and what came before you. one of the things i love are venn diagrams. i love venn venn diagrams. you need to get
11:15 pm
to go. i need to be able to get where you need to go to do the work and get home. the significance of the passage of time, right. the significance of the passage of time. so when you think about it, there is great significance to the passage of time. more parents are seeing the value of educators when they had to bring kids and said, we're not paying them nearly enough. it is time for us to do what we have been doing, and that time is every day. every day it is time for us to agree. we all believe that when we talk about the children of the community, they are a children of the community. so ukraine is a country in europe. it exists next to another country called russia. russia is a bigger country. russia is a powerful country. russia decided to invade a smaller country called ukraine. so basically that's
11:16 pm
wrong. let's be clear. it's not a done deal for kamala right now. many democrats are polling better better than she is. but according to donald trump and he's right. it doesn't matter who the democrats run because the policies will remain the same. period. end of sentence. take a look. so they're going to cook up something at the convention. they might throw gretchen whitmer at you. they might throw gavin newsom at you. they might throw michelle obama at you. yeah. i wouldn't be worried about any of them. look they have bad policies. forget about the people. they have an open border policy. they have a high tax policy. they have a bad military policy. the whole world is going woke. their world is going woke. the green new scam. we're spending all our money on things that don't work. the whole thing is a mess. the president is 1,000% correct. the policies won't change the sad reality in this modern
11:17 pm
democratic party is that they could nominate a dead person and it wouldn't matter. the policies, the agenda, the positions they're decided by party elites and they speak with one voice. voters are the least important voice inside of that party. they only listen to the donor class. hollywood elitists like that idiot george clooney, nantucket elitist, like the obamas, the dc power hungry elitists like pelosi, pelosi, schumer, hakeem jeffries and the democratic party. your vote doesn't matter. that's why unions, african americans, hispanic americans, young people, they're switching to donald trump. but tonight, democrats face another huge problem. the deadlines and regulations surrounding changing a candidate on a ballot that varies from state to state. and by the way, they are tedious, to say the least. for example, according to the heritage foundation, a wisconsin in wisconsin, a ballot can't be changed unless a candidate dies, and it's currently unclear if the regulation
11:18 pm
applies before an official nomination. meanwhile, in nevada, a similar regulation applies, but that state after next friday, no change can be made on that ballot for the general election for any reason. georgia meanwhile, has regulations that require a convention for ballot changes. make no mistake, there will be legal challenges in multiple states all across the country, and there is a chance that biden's name will remain on the ballot in certain states. democrats don't want to be in this position, but they're desperate to maintain power. it's all about beating donald trump at any cost. for the party elitists, beating trump, staying in power. that's the only thing that matters anyway. here, with reaction from the white house, where we have yet to see joe biden today, our very own peter doocy is with us. peter yeah, president biden is not in is not at the white house. he is remaining at the beach house in rehoboth, delaware. they just sent us a
11:19 pm
schedule for tomorrow. no public events on the schedule. and then for tuesday through sunday, it just says that announcements about his schedule will be forthcoming. so we have no idea when it is that he will stop testing positive for covid and be able to travel to talk to us about what exactly changed since friday, when he said he was going to be on the campaign trail, advocating for himself. and in the three weeks since the debate, president biden argued that it was an isolated incident one bad night and that if he could just get out onto the campaign trail, he could reassure democrats that he's got the energy and that he's got the wit to go up against donald trump for the next couple of months until election day. but it just was not working. nothing was working. and there is an item in politico that just crossed it sounds like two of his closest advisers, who have been there since the senate days, went for a socially distanced meeting at
11:20 pm
the beach house last night because the president is still testing positive for covid, and they explained to him that according to this story, that he had no pathway to victory, that was one of the things that he said would encourage him to drop out. it was no pathway to victory, a medical problem, or if he heard from the almighty. so it doesn't seem like he's heard from the almighty. the first lady's office is telling us that she supports him with all of this, but that it was his decision to make. and now the biden operation is transferring. everything over to kamala harris at the top of the ticket. and now we wait to try to figure out what exactly the rest of the ticket is going to look like, this is a position that harris has not been in. obviously, she won zero states in the 2020 democratic primaries. and so this is going to be the first time for her to have to it's
11:21 pm
all on her, starting today and $27.5 million worth of small donations have gone into actblue. so at least democrats at the moment are excited about the pick. but that is no guarantee of general election success. sean, where's where's obama tonight. where's schumer tonight. where's pelosi tonight. where's hakeem jeffries tonight. well as of last night there was an item the biden team was leaking to the new york times that the president biden was fuming about obama and pelosi at the beach house because they were not. he thought that they were pulling the strings behind the scenes, which there are indications that they, at a minimum, did not stop this democratic mutiny. but president biden was just getting more and more isolated. he was mad at pretty much everybody except a very, very small group of longtime advisers and family members. and it it really sounded like
11:22 pm
he was digging in because they couldn't take it away from him. he has the delegates. it they didn't he didn't have to do this. and he was saying, if somebody wants to challenge him at the convention, then they should do it. but he's not even going to make it to the convention. it'll be a totally different ticket. harris and somebody and we should know soon. well, well, unless they don't, unless they don't want harris, which i suspect by their lack of endorsement, however, may be a possibility, peter at the white house tonight. thank you, sir. and by the way, i would i would say, in fairness to you, i think there's been a lot of indication of your great reporting. congratulations. all right. we bring in now the host of special report. bret baier is with us. bret, i find the voices of obama, pelosi, schumer, hakeem jeffries somewhat deafening tonight. your thoughts noticeably absent and not endorsing vice president harris right away. she does have a number of key endorsers, some of the names
11:23 pm
that are being circulated as possible vp's for her governor roy cooper of north carolina, governor josh shapiro in pennsylvania, senator mark kelly in arizona. all have endorsed her full throated. but you're right to say that those names are not. i think it's fascinating that we didn't see president biden today, that it was only this paper statement. you know, lbj back in 1968 gave a long televised speech about why he was stepping down. the only inclination is that he couldn't win to peter's point. and we have a statement that was read by cbs news from frank biden, the president's brother, saying that his deteriorating health was a, quote, key factor in this decision. so that's another piece of the puzzle. well, the president had claimed up until last week that he did not have any serious health issues or indicate, but did indicate that if he did, he would reconsider. i doubt there including covid as a key health issue right from every
11:24 pm
indication. he's recovering nicely from covid, correct? yeah, exactly. i mean, we don't have any indication that he's going south from that, but that he's coughing and has a hoarse voice. but for his brother to say something like that indicates there's something bigger afoot here. and it's likely what we all have seen from the debate, which, by the way, is hard to believe that it was only three and a half weeks ago and all that has transpired in the political news front since then is like the speed of light. one last thing about vice president harris. she will be the only nominee if it is her, who has never won a national primary or caucus. to your point, in 2019, she was out before the iowa caucuses. the money dried up and the support was not there, so she will have never won a actual vote if she becomes the nominee at the chicago convention. yeah, it's going to be phenomenal, this is, you know, only 57 days now until early voting begins in pennsylvania,
11:25 pm
then rolls out around the rest of the country. bret, pretty unprecedented times we're living in, for sure, bret baie, thank you. we appreciate it, as always. all right. the media has been covering for joe biden for years now. so you can imagine they didn't take it very well when joe ended his reelection bid today. take a look. we have breaking news here. president biden has announced he will stand down from the race. i'm going to read the statement here on my phone. obviously, this is a significant breaking news development with the president announcing he is stepping back from the race. there was very little indication from people close to him and many people in the campaign that this was what was about to happen. he made a selfless decision and people are heartbroken. even people who are pushing for this to happen. it's kind of like like when you're when your grandpa, you got to take the keys and everybody, you got to take his keys, you got to take his keys. you got to. and he's fighting and he's fighting and everybody
11:26 pm
is so frustrated. and then you finally get the keys back, and then you just cry because this is somebody that you love. this is somebody that you care about. this is somebody who was there for you. this is somebody you wouldn't be here without him and you had to take something from him. he's grounded in his faith and his family and in our state. excuse me. i'm sorry, this was a very difficult decision. and one that i think reflects the very best of who joe biden is. all right, joining us now, rnc co-chair laura trump is with us. laura, thank you for being with us. let's get your immediate reaction to this. well, what you just heard there was i'm pretty ridiculous. these are the same people, sean, don't forget, who have known the state of joe biden for a long time. i want to remind all the audience right now, you highlighted it at the top of the show. the democrats in general have been lying to the american people about the state of the current president of the united states. let's not forget all the other things
11:27 pm
russia collusion, charlottesville hoax, hunter biden laptop. they have consistently lied to the american people. so quite frankly, sean, whoever it is, whether it's kamala harris or any other person, i think america has seen very clearly, you cannot trust this party at all. and that is a huge, huge problem for them. i think another thing that's really stunning right now is the fact that, of course, this is the party that always calls for democracy. democracy is in peril. they have done the least democratic thing right now, and , i guess, going to run. kamala harris, who brett baer just laid out, the fact that this woman never received a single win in a single caucus or a primary. she dropped out before her own home state of california in 2016. sean, as far as we're concerned, from the trump campaign and the rnc, our vision and our mission is very clear. we are running donald j. trump as our president. man, we just came off of one heck of a week at
11:28 pm
the rnc, at the convention that i think many people will agree was probably the most exciting, hopeful and positive convention they have ever attended. we are all streamlined. we are all on the same page. we know what we're fighting for, and we have a candidate who has actually produced results for the american people. so while they are in complete disarray on the other side, we are very, very focused on what we have to do. and none of this quite frankly, matters to us because we know that we have the best candidate, no matter who it is with donald j. trump let me play for you, because i think a big issue here is kamala harris, who is, you know, besides his family closest to joe biden, was more than willing. laura to cover up again and again and again and again and again for his very transparent, obvious, clear cognitive decline. roll the tape by the way, that the president's demeanor in that report was characterized could
11:29 pm
not be more wrong on the facts if there was a problem. i'm not lying. do you think that you could go tell the american public there's no need for that? i work with joe biden every day. joe biden is going to be fine. we have a very bold and vibrant president in joe biden. he is an extraordinary leader, and i wish that people could see what i see. all right, laura, thank you. laura, i want to just bring this up to you, one thing i have been able to confirm tonight is that they're ready for any candidate. that ad was prepared long in advance of this decision. they're ready to run against kamala. they're ready to run against any democrat that's correct. again, because i really don't think, sean, that anybody can trust this party. let's look at what these people have shown you. obviously, they're willing to lie to you and obviously this has never been for the democrats about choosing someone who they actually feel like is a good leader for the
11:30 pm
united states of america. my gosh, who is running the country right now? if joe biden doesn't have the capability to run for president, the fact that this is the guy in charge of the country right now should terrify every single american they really don't care about who the candidate is on on the democrat side as long as they can control that person, they don't want you to have your vote. america. millions of people voted in those democratic primaries to choose joe biden, who now has been forced to drop out. they've had a successful coup against joe biden, forced him out. they just want to maintain and retain their power on the democrat side. yes sean, we have been prepared from the rnc and the trump campaign for a long time, knowing that joe biden wasn't mentally fit to be president right now, nor four years from now. and whoever it is that they decide to put up, if it's kamala harris running with someone else or anyone they throw out there. the american people are very clearly seen. you can't trust the democrats. you can't trust their candidates. they do not
11:31 pm
care about what's best for this country. and we have the best candidate we know in donald j. trump laura trump, thank you. we appreciate your time. joining us now with more fox news contributor kellyanne conway, co-host of the hit show the five. harold ford jr. good to see you both, harold. i'm going to start with you. there's no way. and i've known you a long time. there's no way you or any democrat will ever convince me or kellyanne or most of the american people that democrats were not fully, completely aware of joe's cognitive decline. and to use the excuse of a poor debate as a means of pushing him out is beyond disingenuous. you knew about it. everyone with eyes to see knew about it. why did the party, why did the media in this country lie repeatedly to the american people? well, first off, happy sunday and good to be with you. i'd say a few things. i think over the
11:32 pm
last several months, we probably have seen the president and others may have seen some decline. i saw him. wait one second, months or years. i pointed out, as cognitive decline before the 2020 election. well i disagree with you on that. i looked at him. i watched him during the state of the union. i thought he gave one heck of a speech. he stayed on that house floor shaking hands and talking with former colleagues. and then he came out during the debate. and but for the three and a half weeks, bret baier was right. the three and a half week run we have had, is nothing short of astonishing. bret writes a lot of books on three days. this will be interesting if he makes that three week one. you consider that bad performance. you consider that the near the assassination of president trump, the unbelievable convention that the republicans had. and then, just in the last several hours, the exit of president biden, whatever we want to call it, whatever the reasons are. and i'm not saying that you're wrong in your assessment. you may very well
11:33 pm
be right. but one thing is for certain this evening, this race, for the president has been completely upended. i don't know if it will be kamala harris, as she clearly is the front runner. she has, i think for her, the next 36 to 72 hours are the most critical for her. if she's able to keep others out of the race, she'll have a public statement where she will actually have to present. we all know that some of her presentations in public have not been the best. i think the country will be looking at her in ways more eyeballs will be on her than ever before. so this next 1 or 2 presentations to the public will be absolutely critical. and to your point, sean, when president biden speaks in the next day or two and ask answers, questions about the issues that you have aptly raised, we'll get a better sense of what it is or why it was that he decided at this moment, i think it's as simple as that. he can't win in a downward, downward ballot. pressure was so enormous and growing, and i think there were a lot of democrats who were going to come out in the next day or so, that it might have been even more embarrassing for
11:34 pm
the president. so i think they got out, got out in front of it. but one thing is clear. it seems like the trump campaign has been prepared for this. they might not be joe biden is the nominee, and we're going to have one heck of a fight between now and november. i don't mean fighting a violent way, but a contest of ideas. if he's not strong enough to be the candidate, the 25th amendment ought to be invoked immediately. kellyanne, your thoughts and your thoughts about the fact that everybody knew about his cognitive decline. it is not a surprise. everybody knew they were willing to cover it up until it began to until he began to bleed in his polling. then it became about power. actually sean and harold, it actually happened when they started to worry about their own seats. you know, most of them were saying, please step aside, pass the baton, mister president biden, because you're going to help us lose the house and the senate, as well as the white house. so it was very selfish. they're concerned about joe biden was always electoral, not
11:35 pm
emotional. it was always political, not medical or even moral. and kamala harris led the chorus of liars every single day, pretending that joe biden is a trapeze artist or a triathlete behind the scenes. and then we all see what we know, what we see with our own two eyes. and that's just not true. why did kamala harris or anybody else who's thinking of running for president or vice president sean lack the courage, integrity and love of country to just say, listen, i love this man. i want him to step aside and spend the rest of his years. let's hope there are 20, 30 more years. joe biden in delaware with his family. if you don't like the style of kamala harris, if cackling, kamala bothers you. if you see her with the word salads, if you don't like her style, wasteful america learns her substance. this is somebody who ran for president in 2020. she had such a big, she had such a big rollout. she was 15% in the polls. she had huge endorsements, raised a ton of money and fell out of that top tier fairly quickly because people got people got to know her and hear her. she didn't get a single delegate. she had
11:36 pm
disastrous staff turnover as vice president. i check it on the daily. her public schedule gentleman rarely has anything on it or 1 or 2 things on it. she does not speak well. she does not work hard. all right. so kellyanne, let me ask you. and she should not be the standard bearer for the party. yes sir. will. will in fact, the voices of barack obama and chuck schumer and nancy pelosi and hakeem jeffries, they had an opportunity. and they have an opportunity right now to come out in favor of kamala harris. their silence to me is revealing and deafening thoughts. yes they want an open primary. i think they want more of an of an open conversation. they know that kamala harris should be prepared to be president, but she's not, because she's turned the vice presidency into a no show job. one other thing i think joe and jill biden did something clever. he left their poll numbers are going to go up either immediately or ultimately for doing that,
11:37 pm
because their poll numbers were both suffering and kamala will probably go down at some point. she'll have some kind of bump. let's make history. meanwhile, people want to make money, not make history. they're tired of that stuff. but here's what i think was clever and machiavellian on their part. endorse kamala and have her lose to joe biden so that jimmy lose to donald trump so that she's never president. kamala harris has never shown us any evidence that she can whip together a1a campaign at the presidential level in 109 days, even if she takes joe biden's entire staff, because it's just too much to answer for. and let me just say, barack obama, hakeem jeffries, nancy pelosi, chuck schumer, they all know something else. they think that we're going to lose. they're going to lose the house. and senate. i think chuck schumer is going to tell his hollywood friends, go give a half $1 billion. so donald trump will have checks and balances. he can't have one company, you know, one party rule in washington. whoever operates kamala harris is teleprompter. whoever writes her speeches is a maga mole and a trump supporter. and i think those those giants of the democratic party know that they know that
11:38 pm
this woman is just not up to the job. so let it all hang out, let other democrats run. question remains, gentlemen, which other democrats want to be the sacrificial lamb? this year? if you think that you're walking into a buzzsaw, trump is the prohibitive favorite right now in the markets after that convention, after he survived everything from impeachment to indictment, to insult to investigation and assassin's bullet removed him from the ballot, remove him from his company, remove him from social media apps. they tried everything they could. whoever runs against him is running into a buzzsaw called donald trump, because he is the prohibitive favorite to be the next president. well, the elitists win, voters be. and if they need to throw kamala harris overboard next, she'll be thrown overboard. there's my prediction. kellyanne conway, harold ford jr thank you both here. now with reaction vivek ramaswamy he had a big moment at the convention last week. let's get your take on all these events, the people that seem that the people that nobody seems to care about in the democratic party are the
11:39 pm
voters of the democratic party. nobody considers what they want. and i do find these voices of schumer, pelosi, obama, hakeem jeffries very interesting. i want to get your take on it. look, i think the main message, sean, is we are not even running against a candidate here. we are running against a machine and that machine has crushed the will of everyday citizens in both parties. that includes democrats. so i think there are a lot of democrats who may not agree with everything that our party says or that donald trump says, but who are sick and tired of being lied to by their own leaders. and our message to those democrats is this you know what? you may not agree with everything republicans say, but at least you deserve a party and a president who tells you the actual truth. and i think this could be a moment to win by an even larger margin by saying that, you know what? you're welcome in a republican party that may not agree with you on all policies, but it's at least going to respect you and be honest with you as it's now clear the democratic elite
11:40 pm
has not been with their own voter base. it really is now, let's talk about the fact that they're not supporting kamala harris. the very same people that i would argue pushed biden out. you know, it says a lot to me that, you know, you have the obamas. we know that that barack gave the wink and the nod to george clooney to write that new york times op ed. we know he's been working hard behind the scenes. we know that that it gave the okay to schumer and pelosi to do the things that they've been doing. and then all of those same voices are silent tonight. now, the congressional black caucus, very prominent voices within the democratic party, james clyburn and others, they're supporting kamala harris, but they're the same group of people that didn't win out in this battle for joe biden to stay in. so who's going to win the next battle? yeah. so look, i say this as somebody who a year ago predicted joe was not going to be the nominee, i'm going to predict that kamala
11:41 pm
harris is not going to be the nominee either. and the reason is if they get one shot, they're going to take their absolute best shot that they can. who is it that's literally not kamala harris this. well, look, i think i think there's a lot of open possibilities. i would not write off the possibility that it ends up being michelle obama. she checks off the same identity politic boxes, and it's going to be somebody who's maybe above the fray that doesn't create the same kind of infighting that could debilitate their party. so the reality show, though, is the barack is the is literally leading the charge, trying to keep his, you know, keeping plausible deniability. and then his own wife takes over. what do you call that? i think it's i think you call it realism. sean. the reality is they're going to take their best shot. they waited till after the rnc convention that timing is optimal for them because it gets closer and closer to the eventual election. they're going to drag this out. i predict, through the democratic nomination convention at the dnc in late august, i think michelle obama is not off the
11:42 pm
table. but you know what our message is, and i know president trump would agree with this as well. our message to the democrats is, you know what? put up the best possible ticket that you can that will be good for your party. it'll be good for the country. and it doesn't matter, because we're still going to win, because our vision for this country, it's still not fair to the country. all americans. that's how we win irl. it's not fair. voting is in 56 days. the reality is, sean, we have to defeat this. it's a it's a soft coup. all right. thank you, vivek ramaswamy. appreciate it. here. now with reaction, fox news contributor newt gingrich i'm sure you might have a thing or two to add to this. well, it's all amazing. i mean, first of all, does obama really mean there should be a truly open convention? because if there should, it's going to be chaos. and if, harris does not go in there with a huge advantage, she won't be nominated. and that i agree with vivek ramaswamy on that. so and i think, by the way, when people start looking at what a drag on
11:43 pm
the ticket, harris is going to be all over the country and how much she's going to hurt the rest of the democratic party, it's not clear to me that she will be the nominee, given what's going on. but the other two things that are important, i think, are joe biden really needs to step down, not just as a candidate, but if he's incapable of campaigning, he's incapable of being the head of the american government. he can't be the commander in chief. and so whether by the 25th amendment or by his own resignation, he really needs to go. and as a part of that, jill really needs to cancel her trip to paris. there's no reason for her to take taxpayer money and go spend what will probably be several million dollars going to paris now that her husband is no longer a candidate. and in my judgment, he should no longer be president. okay, so you got to ask yourself, mr. speaker, how this all happened.
11:44 pm
how did this play out behind the scenes? because clearly, i think the people who were considered last in this were the primary voters that went out and voted for joe biden. i think everybody was fully aware of his cognitive decline. so with that said, did they get away with the big lie? oh, we didn't know until the debate because i don't think anybody's believing that. sure. should there be consequences for that is i think there should be. and there's a brand new democracy institute poll out that says about two thirds of the american people think this whole thing is anti-democratic, that what you have here are a bunch of bosses who have basically run over the votes of 14,500,000 democrats. that's how many votes biden got, 14,500,000. and now he's just kicked to one side. and you may end up with somebody being nominated who has had zero votes in the primaries. this is
11:45 pm
a classic washington insider power broker thing that we really haven't seen in modern times. i can't i don't know how far back you'd have to go to get to this kind of blatant rejection of the votes of the american people. amazing times. these we're living history right now, mr. speaker, thank you. when we come back straight ahead tonight, how will biden dropping out of the race change donald trump's campaign strategy going forward, or will it change it at all? that and more as we continue our coverage. what people don't realize is the ease in which this crime can happen. i can take the deed to your house and i can transfer that deed into my name. it's a great crime and it's happening all the time. you need protection, triple lock protection exclusively from home title lock. we monitor the title to your home

11:51 pm
that is what is playing out. what do you think about the fact that they're acting as though this debate with president trump is what what caused them to awaken to the fact that joe is in a cognitive decline, which is clearly a lie to me. it was very obvious this was about joe biden in their minds, his inability to win. yeah, clearly they think the american people are foolish and they're just not. we've they've just haven't told them the truth. they've been lying to them for a long time and they've been hiding it. and harris has been a part of that. so they need to hold her accountable to that. let's never forget what these members of congress, what these democratic senators have voted for, what harris has voted for. we need to be talking about that and make sure that we're talking about the issues that are really impacting the men and women and the families that live in this country. yeah, if it's even harris. governor, thank you. great to have you joining us now, fox and friends weekend weekend co-host pete hegseth, the host of tomi

11:53 pm
that this was all part of the plan. i think that they are very strategic. i think nancy pelosi has her paws all over this, and i think there's a reason why nancy pelosi and schumer and obama have not endorsed vice president kamala harris. i think they want a competition. and i think the only person that's been running a shadow campaign for a year plus is california governor gavin newsom. so i think he's put in the work. he's laid the groundwork for all of this. so i'm holding tight to my prediction, sean. all right. if he runs, i predict 2028. caroline, let's get your take. well, let me be very clear. our campaign and president trump are prepared to defeat kamala harris or whomever the democrat party elite pass their torch to at that disastrous convention next month. why? because one kamala harris and every democrat, including gavin newsom and all of the above, have been complicit in the greatest cover up in scandal in american history by lying to the american people about joe biden's very obvious cognitive decline. and two, kamala harris and every democrat have
11:54 pm
wholeheartedly embraced joe biden's disastrous policies over the last four years that have created an immigration and inflation crisis here at home. in addition to war abroad, the democrats have proven to be the party of chaos, of confusion, of corruption, and of lies. the republican party and president trump are leading a movement based on common sense of law and order securing our border, bringing down the cost of living in this country. so our campaign every day between now and then, we'll be out there bringing that winning message to every corner of this country. and we're more hopeful than ever that president trump is going to be victorious. on november the 5th. pete will there be a price to pay for the democratic party and their overt lie about joe biden's cognitive state? will there be a price to pay for disenfranchizing democratic primary voters? i think so, first of all, it's leadership malpractice. it's an abandonment of the american people you're supposed to be leading. i don't know, our foreign policy, our economy,
11:55 pm
our border security. you're supposed to be the commander in chief, and they've abandoned that. they knew it was fake. they didn't make this change. when they knew it. they made this change when we saw it, when it was undeniable and they will pay a price for that. so that is also political malpractice. the voters will, i believe, take a discount on whoever replaces them, especially if it's handed to kamala because it is biden. harris and she has no economic experience, no foreign policy experience. she's the border czar. she wants medicare for all. she wants to end our health care system, ultimately, she she's ahead of the green new scam. she hates ice. she's radical. she's not going to play in those rust belt states that trump has a lead in right now. i don't think this is a bad day for democrats across the board, and they're going to pay for it. andhe they should.i don't board and they wil even know if. an going to be her.d they i think other leaders should. in the democratic party>> i the democratic party have different plans. thank you al
