harris received higher support than president biden. in pennsylvania trump and harris are locked in a tie at 49%. the state of the race is similar to what was 3 months ago. the president and trump are tied at 40%. trump edges harris by one point. in all these states the economy is the top issue for voters. look at this paul showing 68% choose trump to lead on the economy showing harris will have some work to do convincing folks they will be better off with a democrat continuing in the white house but harris's favorite among those who say abortion is most important to them. abortion ranks third in these four states. will: staggering numbers on the economy.

phase is a surprise, there's a reason the trump campaign was preparing for this. it's driving up enthusiasm among voters who are tired of president biden being at the top of the ticket but it's not going to last for a few reasons, first, there's a reason primary voters rejected kamala harris when she ran in 2020 and there's a reason just a few months ago many in the media are now tolerating harris as the best option for the democratic party were calling for her to leave biden's ticket because they thought she was dragging him down. this is not going to last. the other big thing is even if the democratic candidate has changed, the issues have not and in the latest swing state polling fox just released you see trump is leading by wide margins on key issues like immigration, the economy, those things are very motivating for voters when they turn out to the polls this november.

this crime and assassination attempt on him, another civilian was killed and two seriously injured, he genuinely cares, he could go about his life, i survived, he's taking time to go back and honor the fallen victim and those that are fighting for their lives. charlie: christopher wray wasn't asked about it. he went out of his way to posit this conspiracy theory that trump wasn't hit by a bullet. what would be the motivation for doing that and is it strange the fbi still hasn't interviewed donald trump in their investigation? >> every victim has the right to be interviewed, to get a victim witness statement and in this instance donald trump is the victim of a violent crime, the most reprehensible, assassination attempt, he

survived but that is procedure the fbi will conduct an interview. i personally do not know that it is necessary. we know what happened to donald trump. for a victim to have to relive that trauma is traumatizing, he said at the rnc, i will tell you what happened and i will tell you once and that is enough. if i was trump i would have wanted to give victim statement to the fbi, the same fbi he's been a victim of their antics since 2015, fbi agents raided his home at mar-a-lago. will he be comfortable having them interview have now is a victim when they've been viciously attacking him for years? that's my personal opinion. i'm not the investigator on it, he has the right to give a statement of he would like put in this but in this instance i'm not certain it is necessary. >> there' s broken faith, we got very little answers and from the very top, obvious occasion and that is why you
