taken steps in the direction of the ethics code and, of course, you can't simply overrule constitutional decision in the spring court on immunity -- decision 124 without a constitutional amendment. important point is if the political people didn't think that the supreme court was moving left, they would be making -- is in an attempt to try to bring the supreme court closer to their ideology, you know, it's so interesting. in israel was a big debate about the issue -- in israel the right thought that the left was too powerful in the supreme court really wanted -- now here in the united states, the left sent the supreme court is too far to the right so they want to change and. nobody seems to be interested in structural reform for purposes of actually improving the supreme court. this is all about political and bipartisan advantage.
