from washington tonight. boxed into a corner. at the focus of tonight angle that's the focus of tonight angle. as everyone is hyperventilating over donald trump's hit on kamala for dining out on her racial identity, it's worth remember ring bring a few things. first, trump needn't even raise the issue of harris getting her job because of dei, because joe biden himself already admitted it. listen closely. >> the values of diversity, equality, inclusion, i literally -- and that's not kidding -- the core strengths of america. that's why i am proud to have the most diverse it administration and history. it taps into the full talents of our country. it starts at the top with the vice president. >> laura: "it starts at the top," and from the start, trump asked the right question. >> how do you define dei? go ahead. >> diversity, equity, and inclusion. >> go ahead. is that your definition cannot give me a definition.
4:02 pm
would you give me a definition? give me definition. >> server, and ask he was very direct question. >> define it for me. >> laura: of course she couldn't define it, but the fall on might've been something like, "nice try, rachel." while the word sound so nice and welcoming, the results are best described as discriminatory, extreme, and insulting. yeah, that's dei. and this sums up the biden-harris administration's fixation with it, because it gives them the veneer of being champions of minorities and women, and harris knows how to lay it on really sick. at her sorority event last night -- >> please, have a seat. [laughs] if you have a seat, please have a seat. thank you all. and to all the members of sigma gamma rho sorority, incorporated!
4:03 pm
[cheers and applause] >> laura: that's really funny. and in june, during a white house event. >> there must be outrage that prompts action. so let us rededicate ourselves to build the future where women and girls and all people can live free from violence, abuse, and fear. >> laura: of course everyone agrees with that. we want our girls and women to be safe. but those are just words, because the truth is, if the dei agenda conflicts with the safety and privacy of girls and women, then the dei agenda always wins, always. now, this isn't just insulting, it's dangerous. enter the trends lobby, supported and encouraged by kamala harris even before she became vp. in california she was instrumental in getting taxpayer-funded sex change surgery covered for prison inmates. >> when i was attorney general, i learned that the california
4:04 pm
department of corrections, which was a client of mine, that they were standing in the way of surgery. >> for prisoners? >> for prisoners. i made sure they changed the policy in the state of california, so that every transgender inmate in the prison system would have access to the medical care that they desired and need. >> laura: so men in women's prisons. that's safe. this is insanity. but these are the logical results of the dei crusade. it is the inclusion part of dei, and it played out at the olympics in paris yesterday when an athlete from algeria was allowed to compete against a female boxer. they had been disqualified after a test apparently showed an xy chromosome but claims to have always been a female.
4:05 pm
while the ioc undoubtedly, under huge pressure from the dei lobby allowed khalif to compete. smashed square in the job with a fierce blow, turned her back to her opponent, and signaled that she couldn't go on. she said, "i'm heartbroken," telling reporters afterward. "i went to the ring to honor my father. i was told a lot of times that i was a warrior but i preferred to stop for my health. i have never felt a punch like this." now, whatever the biological truth is here, this is the world that kamala harris want our girls to have to compete in, where women and girls who train for their entire lives for a chance for victory are never sure if the playing field -- or in this case, the ring -- is biologically even. ironically, today is the day the new biden-harris title ix rule
4:06 pm
goes into effect, and that allows biological males into girls bathrooms. yeah, we don't need to guess about this. we know this is how kamala harris will fight for girls if she is elected president, by forcing boys and men into girls and women spaces. what could possibly go wrong here? these people are demonic. to the extent harris thinks for herself at all, and i'm not sure she does, she's an extremist, which is why her instinct will always be to kowtow to the dei/lgbtq i plus lobby. for a moment, it looks like the white house might come to its senses earlier this spring and bban the surgeries for children, but no. in june we learned that the ultimate biden-harris dei heier, dr. rachel levine, would lobby an international body of
4:07 pm
physicians to remove age minimums for surgery for children. these were leaked emails that came out in litigation. this biden-harris worldview is even more progressive in several countries in europe. you've got to understand this. sweden and britain have recently banned gender transition intervention for anyone younger than the age of 18. that's just common sense. this isn't just rachel levine's twisted worldview. this is kamala harris' twisted worldview. because, for them, "girl power" includes the sick celebration of confused girls lopping off their breasts in record numbers, destroying their ability to have children before the even mature sexually, and on the flip side, young, disillusioned, desperate young men unable to find success and meaning in their own lives declare themselves transgender and are celebrated when they beat women or girls in sports.
4:08 pm
yeah, celebrated, honored, on the cover of magazines, for stealing deserved medals and deserved glory in every sport imaginable. eventually a young girl will be killed because of this fanaticism. fanaticism of politicians like kamala harris. we have already seen scenes like this in volleyball, when a trans athlete to spiked a ball so hard at an opposing high school player she ended up being severy injured. >> about two years ago, my senior year of high school, i was severely injured in a high school volleyball game by a boy on the opposing team. the hit was so severe, it caused me to go unconscious for about 30 seconds while my body was in a position where your body reacts to a brain injury. >> laura: yeah, watch that video. that'll make your stomach churn.
4:09 pm
and just like the americans brutalized by the border invasion, injuries like hers, they are simply ignored, written off by harris and her ilk as collateral damage in the struggle for the higher calling of pursuing dei by any means necessary. but i have news for her. you don't qualify as a champion of girls and women because you want abortion on demand in all 50 states. you qualify as a champion of girls and women if you actually stand up for girls and women who are already here and they're working hard and they are ready to compete for the gold and bronze. and that's the angle. joining me now is a ufc welterweight fighter, and chad robichaux, former ufc fighter and marine. let's start with you. why would the olympic committee allow this fight to happen? >> there is no reason they
4:10 pm
should allow this to happen. the fighter has a x or y chromosome. he has the punching power of a man. to put him in there with women is not only unfair, but absolutely dangerous. i could not imagine spending your entire life -- i started training at five years old -- spending your entire life to make it to the pinnacle of my sport to, to represent my sport. i can't imagine what these girls are facing, and have it stolen away and face the dangers of that. this isn't inclusivity. this is a man, x letter y chromosome man with the punching power of a man, beating up a woman. loretta, i have never hit a woman. i've never had the desire to fight a woman. but i certainly would fight a man that thinks he's a woman and wants to beat up on other women, and i think a lot of men would. i'm sure k he would come as wel. i would fight that guide. >> laura: she didn't want to shake the hand of khelif. khelif identifies as a woman,
4:11 pm
said always a woman, passport says woman on it. but the international boxing association, colby, previously barred khelif from competition. here's what they had to say about khelif competing in the olympics. watch this. >> we wouldn't allow them to compete in our events. i find it remarkable that the ioc apply a different condition to this event. i feel disappointed for the italian boxer, because she has worked extremely hard. >> laura: colby, how do you see this playing out? do we need to start new leagues to protect women here? i mean, this is embarrassing. and where are biden and harris on all of this? they should be speaking out, the big champions of women and girls that they claim to be. >> yeah, it is strange that the biden-harris campaign hasn't came out and condemned this yet. it just as they stand for that. trump came out right away and said he would put a ban on this,
4:12 pm
that no man would be able to compete in women's sports. so this is disgusting, laura. it's unethical and outright dangerous. the olympic committee and usa boxing pushed for this agenda. they should be t related the response for the disgusting behavior turning a prestigious world stage like this olympics like a circus sideshow for local points. when will it be enough? to have to see a woman get killed? i don't want to see it. >> i made that statement in "the angle" because i was a former athlete in college and high school. i took sports very seriously. something really tragic is going to happen. there's already been injuries, as we said with that volleyball player. i know other people have catalogued other injuries against biologically male athletes. i'm very worried about this. democrats don't seem worried at all. it is equity, it is inclusion. >> yeah, and like i said
4:13 pm
earlier, it is not inclusion. i know colby has some great women on his team where he trains, and i have coached and trained with some amazing female athletes, some of the best in the world. even at that level, at the pinnacle, as a professional ufc fighter, these girls, they do not have the same punching power as a man, as an xy chromosome man. that's not a hit on them, it's just biologically that way. their skills are different, the bone density is different. so you are asking not just to take away their medals and everything they worked for, you are asking for disaster, and one of these women will get killed. today we saw the italian boxer say she had never been hit that hard before, because she was hit by a man, full force, not sparring, and competition. >> laura: i mean, i'm no expert here, colby, but that video, the speed of that punch -- that is man speed. i mean, that's fast. i'm not an expert. you are looking at the video.
4:14 pm
that is -- that's hard. >> it's powerful, you know? in these committees, they are supposed to protect the fighters. i'm not allowed to fight with elevated levels of testosterone as a man in the ufc, and neither are the women. we are under strict drug testing because elevated levels of testosterone provide an unfair advantage and puts clean athletes in danger. this is a combat sport. we are not playing a kid's game for points. we are putting to take that person's consciousness and potentially affect them for the rest of your life. >> laura: i want to play this quick sound bite from the ioc spokesperson. i want chad to respond. let's watch. >> many women can have testosterone which is in would be called male levels, and still be women, and still compete as women. i agree we are not calling for people to go back to the bad old days of sex testing, which was a
4:15 pm
terrible thing to do, and i'm sure we all agree that is not the way forward. >> laura: chad, the "bad old days of sex testing." i don't know what he's referring to. i guess he is saying that is antiscience. >> i don't agree with that. there is xx and xy chromosome. xx is female, xy is male, and mail has unfair advantage over female, especially the same weight class in the same sport with the same level of training. they're going to get someone killed. >> laura: colby, chad, grading or from both of you tonight. thank you so much. up next, kamala the sony has a new catchphrase. we are on it next.

things. the fact that this information came out the same day that we get the prisoner exchange, and the fact that it took so long. look, one of the things that a k sm, khalid sheikh mohammed, the mastermind of 9/11, was advocating for, was that he would never get solitary confinement. they were really trying to set the conditions of how he would serve out his life term. this is one i want to keep an eye on. i hope we do, because it has the feel of one of these things that we are going to find out to have been three years from now in some sort of an expose, that they are going back and forth to the beach and living better in guantanamo better than all of us are living here. i don't know if they'll end up here in leavenworth, but at least they should get the conditions that you have at super max. 23 hours a day locked down, no contact with others. >> laura: paul, so glad you joined us tonight, having been at 9/11 right after the buildings collapsed. paul, thank you so much. infuriating.
