making a campaign stop in las vegas last night. drawing quick reaction from president trump calling her a copy cap for stealing his policy ideas. welcome to fox news live, i am mike emmanuelle. a police officer in ferguson missouri was critically injured after he was violently knocked to the ground during protests that were marking the 12th anniversary of the death of michael brown. we are live with the story. >> ferguson police officer travis brown fighting for his life in the hospital today. he suffered a severe brain injury during a violent protest. police say a protester charge at officer brown causing him to hit his head on the ground. police were attempting to make arrests after they destroyed a baryon police officer property. one is still blaming police.

minneapolis, kamala harris was hoping to bail the rioters and looters out of jail. a really vicious cycle. >> how do you assess tim walz performance when minneapolis was being looted and burned? >> dismal would be a kind term. i called the kamala harris and tim walz to get the dream team for the criminal class. they are radical leftist that do not want to hold anyone accountable for their crimes. i can tell you this, i am very, very strong contacts in the minneapolis police department. i was in constant contact with them during these riots. they were demanding, they were begging for the national guard to be deployed. tim walz who of course as the kings to the kingdom there just refused to do it. his double talk about it that i listen to now is nonsense. he simply refused to deploy the national guard for more than three days.

ukrainian resident now acknowledging that his military forces are conducting an offensive and russia's western region. russia has evacuated more than 70,000 people since ukraine's largest cross-border offensive started on tuesday. stephanie bennett is live with the latest.
