not to mention student loan has been knocked out by the supreme court. $25,000 for new homeowners. all the other stuff. doesn't she have to explain who pays for it? >> this relates to the return on investment point that greg was talking about. the child tax credit. when we have child tax credit, i lost my earpiece. drop by over 50%. what happens when people are less poor. they need less entitlements. they are not going to be getting snap benefits are more money from the government to support them. that is how the roi works on that for instance. the 25,000 for your down payment. i know that the landlords, people are trying to sound like their apartments are going to increase the price by $25,000. she has acknowledge that it's good for them and it's good for the buyer to be on their property letter. homeownership is something that we all aspire to.
