it's not necessarily disciplinary, right? >> no it's not necessarily discipline or disciplinary should i say. but i've got to tell you i am deeply concerned about what is going on internally within the secret service as a result of this investigation. one of things we must take into consideration is the bungling of the secret service in this matter for the attempted assassination of a former president we had a man killed. a man was actually killed as a result of all of this. so, when you look at the effects of these five are now being put on administrative leave or transferred, that is ridiculous. we know that if a law enforcement officer is involved in a shooting he is automatically put on administrative leave. the big question that needs to

be answered is, why now? why wasn't these individuals involved immediately put on administrative leave? that is one of many questions. molly: i think you raise a great point there. you think of people still today going to these big political rallies, or we are in the height of the political season now things really get started. president trump and vice president harris are going to be out there holding these rallies all across the nation. how can the american people be assured not only other candidate safety but their own safety as we are still waiting to hear more about this investigation into the assassination attempt? >> you know, that is an excellent question. i think what we should remember and i understand attorney general garland has said this was a security failure. no, this is not a security failure this is a bungling security failure and as a result of that the american people have

lost confidence in the secret service. they are going to have to do something back immediately to restore that confidence in the secret service to protect these candidates who are out here running for the presidency of the united states right now. as well as a former president of the united states and the current president. >> there are some signs out there on the campaign trail action has been taken there's a bulletproof glass not when president trump holds an outdoor rally. so it seems they made some policy changes or were taking things more seriously. it is hard to know. we are not part of the planning of any of these events. we can only look at what we do from the outside. when do you think we will have more insight into what we are looking at and ultimately what changes will be made? >> are spent about five investigative committees that are looking into what took place

reversing the damage of keeping students out of school for as long as some states did. we are talking in some cases 10% of local district budgets that will could be completely gone at the end of september. and look, early on when we are in the midst of a national emergency that gav gives the hee needed. but the biden/harris administration and democrats in congress took it too far at the third round of funding. and so now we are seeing some states overly reliant on these funds. other scrambling to spend them before the impending deadline. what i think this shows us we cannot, should not ever rely on the federal government to solve our problems. molly: if you run a google on this issue wherever you are in any state across the country it will have a different result as to what sort of a problem is being created here. some are losing psychologists that were hired or tutors, or programs that were created, or positions that will no longer be funded. so what kind of scrambled do you see happening on the ground all across the country?

>> it vary depending upon the state and district parade there are some that have not been as conservative in their spending with these funds. they have hired full-time positions created brand-new programs in the best what's going to happen there are massive layoffs and programs being ended abruptly but lucky for us in wyoming first of all who are the first state in the country to allow in school learning to proceed again in the pandemic. which paid a dividend. we have been very clear about spending a one-time expenditures making sure we do not become too reliant on these funds. molly: in lieu of federal funding what would you suggest? >> success comes on local planning not on federal dependency. and that is why i worry this money continues to set up districts for failure. i also worry that when i continue to hear vice president kamala harris repetitively talk about increasing federal education spending it does not work. and we need to be more efficient and for me it is all about creating efficiencies and making

rich: tropical storm warnings on hawaii's big island a severe weather system approaches there is a lot of water headed that way. fox weather meteorologist adam klotz' is tracking the storm. >> a lot of water indeed a very long with fairly strong winds at times currently 65 miles per hour for its delay tropical storm likely will become a hurricane. here it is ever inching closer and closer to the big island of hawaii. strengthening as it does put winds at 75 miles an hour it would mean it becomes a hurricane just barely at that threshold. but when you notice by the time that happens you are actually moving away from the islands already. we are expecting up path late tonight early tomorrow morning as a strong tropical storm. note landfall but still use the impacts of the brings a lot of moisture with it. your look at some rainfall totals i totally the eastern
