concern is that she and all of her prosecution experience, she didn't bring it to the office of the vice president. and for the last three and a half years we have had 10 million people come into this country -- at least 2 million unknown -- most of them unvented. what percentage do you think are criminals? this is the crime-fighting prosecutor. if it is 10%, it's a million people. unvented criminals coming out of jails and countries like el salvador and venezuela and colombia. we don't know who they are but she is going to chart a new path forward as a prosecutor for the rest of us. i think what is amazing about all of this is she never made it clear what her job was as the border czar. she had the opportunity as a prosecutor to come out and say i'm going to handle the border. i'm going to bring all of the united states attorneys in this country and everyone from dea and atf and we are going to go

down to that border and stop the crime, stop the fentanyl that is killing americans, going to stop the human trafficking, stop the child abuse, including the more than a quarter of a million children we have lost during this administration. and we are going to make sure we find these kids and they are not being traffic or sexually abused, not being used in child labor. any prosecutor worth her salt would have been talking about all of those things beard she is the hubris to talk about how great she was on the border and she has a border prosecutor? she is everything but a prosecutor because no one who has been a prosecutor would go on and allow what has gone on in this country for the last three and a half years, where this country has been invaded by criminals and we have suffered as a result of it. >> jesse: happy friday. >> judge jeanine: thank you. >> jesse: so we heard from michelle obama. we heard from barack obama. we heard from oprah for them free. was kamala speech better than any of those speeches?

it was a walk-off home run in the world series. he's got nothing left to prove. it was a great moment for greg. >> jessica: the meltdown continued today in las vegas. the evidence of how well she did isn't cold, hard facts. in ratings, trump's favorite think i'm a 22% up from donald trump's acceptance speech. 7.2 million raised between 11:00 p.m. and midnight over the course of the entire week. act blues is over $100 million came in for democratic candidates, organizations. a panel of undecided pennsylvania voters, focus gro group, eight of them after watching the speech are going with kamala harris. those are all hard facts that shows she did a really good job, the enthusiasm, the polls going in her direction. the thing i thought was most effective was she didn't give a partisan speech. and this was online, bill kristol put it up and i thought it was fascinating, she said america or americans, country or nation, democrat or the democratic party zero times. she talked about freedom 12

times, family eight times come opportunity six times. she knew that if we put back together the coalition from 2020, 88 million voters include and moderate republicans and stephanie grisham, geoff duncan, adam kinzinger, et cetera speaking directly to those people, making the case this is an american issue. that donald trump is undemocratic, he is not representative of at least the old republican party, and if you believe in democracy then kamala harris is the only option. and i feel very good about the entire week, even with beyonce, which will talk about later. >> katie: they accused mitt romney, who they praise -- >> jessica: didn't call john mccain a trader or a loser. >> katie: democrats love republicans only after they betray their own party. but going back to the dnc this week it was really fun. it was a show. hollywood came to play. it was a great time. but hollywood is also a lot of fake fantasy, and that is what you saw this week. starting with monday night with

the send-off of the sitting president from the campaign trail when everybody says goodbye, joe, we love you, all the pundits and democrats on tv are saying that he was a patriot, courageously gave up power. that's not true. he was forced out of the race and kamala harris was inserted in an undemocratic way into the top of the ticket and they wanted everyone to believe all week that somehow she was part of this democratic process where she earned that spot. she didn't, she was put into place by donors, by the rules in terms of transferring money over to her because she was a vice presidential candidate for the biden campaign. >> jessica: she was on the ticket. >> katie: did she earn any primary votes? to democrats even have a primary? no. in terms of what she said during her speech, the reason she gave a nonpartisan speech because she is engaging in this fakery that she is continuing, that she is a moderate and cares about the border, and then finally, they really tried last night to turn

her into the commander in chief. this is why had leon panetta speaking ahead of her, why they showed her speech from west point and why they inserted some foreign policy into her speech, completely ignoring the fact that none of the wars that she talked about existed under former president donald trump. they are trying to portray that she was not part of the last 3.5 years, that all the pain she is discussing that has been inflict it on the american people somehow is trump's fault and she hasn't been part of the biden-harris and administration -- which by the way, the white house for three and a half years have been very specific about including her on all of these big projects that she has gone around the country and touted. it was fun, it was a good show, lots of great music, but it was very, very fake and not genuine in terms of the substance. >> jesse: tyrus? >> tyrus: i found her speech humerus. is that the word? humerus? i was confused be a guy thought the writers strike had showed its ugly face because i was watching two different movies on the same channel. whenever the old guys talked,

bernie and the president, they would include her in all of their successes. talk about her being -- doing all of these things to keep their wonderful position going on. so during her speech, i was waiting to hear, it was me who was the deciding vote to tax tips, me the deciding vote. she didn't talk about any of their compliments. they want to have their kat cakd eat it, was also. it was a feelings -- it looked like a wonderful place to be. everyone having a good time come all of the cat ladies were represented, it was a beautiful thing. but there was no substance. biden saying one thing, bernie saying one thing, she saying one thing. the only thing i learned they all agree on is that it's good to have a vasectomy and an abortion outside, and the ones who really stood out with the police department. literally defending the group that wants to defund them, demoralize them, take away their rights and the men and women who wear shield kept them safe from their own party. my hats off to the police.

[applause] we are going to be going to arizona. we will be talking about that and a lot of other things, too. i just want to thank everybody. i want to thank bobby. that was really nice. he's a great guy. respected by everybody. >> judge jeanine: all right, jesse, you know, what was most interesting about rfk's speech was how he literally took down the democrat party as a party of censorship, the party that did

everything to negate free speech, that sued him, that fought him and ridiculed him and engaged in lawfare. he makes a decision, though, to drop out only in the primary states, it seems, so will that little bit help donald trump? >> jesse: the trump campaign saying this helps trump come in the seven battleground he was polling between 3% and 5%, and if those boats now go away, they say trump gets about 60% of those compared to what harris would have gotten. and that translates to this, judge, and this is big. arizona, that would mean 41,000 additional votes toward donald trump. that's like a lot bigger than the margin last time. in georgia, almost 20,000 more votes for donald trump. you remember how tight these margins are. these little, these little shifts can really play a big role. apparently he went to the harris campaign and flirted with them

and said hey, you want an endorsement? maybe i can get a cabinet position, and she just went dark so they went to the trump campaign. i don't know if he is going to get a cabinet position. knowing trump he may dangle something and then never give it or give him something and trump likes the action, that could be interesting to see, rfk jr. in a trump administration. harris is saying this is no big deal, that's not true. the numbers speak for themselves. >> judge jeanine: katie harris refused to meet with empirical rfk was clear, there's a lot of things that he disagrees with donald trump on. it kind of speaks to this idea that the democrats are so full of joy and unity, and yet harris wouldn't even meet with him, and yet donald trump was supposed to be this hater, was willing to sit down with him, apparently several times when they hashed out some of the issues. speaks more for donald trump than the democrats. >> judge jeanine: it is a reflection

>> katie: it is a reflection of the republican side of the political aisle looking to have a conversation about issues they disagree with. democrats put up a stiff arm and do not want to talk about it. rfk jr., going to talk about that later in the show. in terms of the numbers, absolutely right. swing states and endorsements don't necessarily turn into votes. there's a lot of third-party candidates get votes from people who don't want to vote at all now because they don't agree with voting for either party, and that's fine, but in terms of swing states, where elections are decided by very, very slim margins, thousands of votes, maybe tens of thousands of votes, he is looking pretty good and a lot of these states. georgia, michigan, wisconsin. virginia is a really interesting one. he was taking up about 8% of the vote there. if he gets some of those voters to go from him to donald trump, he could potentially win virginia, especially since it is a very popular state in terms of who the governor is. i think the most important thing is everybody is trying to frame him like some kooky third-party

candidate. listen to what he actually has to say. listen to what nicole shanahan come his vice president for candidate, has to say about the censorship, about why they left this democratic party, why they are so afraid to have him even on the ballot, soon to keep off the ballot, that doesn't seem very democratic. you might argue that is how you win elections, but it is certainly not how you should operate as a party that claims to be standing up for democracy. >> judge jeanine: you know, jessica, he wasn't just talking about being sued, but he talked about real censorship and a portal that was set up in the white house with the fbi, the dhs, the cia, where all of the information -- look, the fact the democrats wouldn't even give him secret service protection when his own father and uncle were assassinated, i mean, really, he took down the democrat party, talked about the military-industrial complex and the wars that go on, that didn't go on when donald trump was there appeared. >> jessica: he didn't take down the democratic party. if the election was held today it is a coin flip and probably

advantage harris so we seem to be doing okay without him. and his values do not coincide with our values anymore. he is willing to betray things, as you knew him from westchester, an environmental lawyer, someone who cares deeply about saving the planet from climate change, some thing donald trump doesn't care about at all, to someone who purports to care about a woman's life to choose. donald trump sent it back to the states. there are women bleeding out -- >> judge jeanine: okay. >> jessica: that's -- but it is. that's why harris wouldn't meet with him. >> judge jeanine: oh, you know why she didn't meet with him? she doesn't talk to anybody. who are you kidding? >> jessica: i'm not getting anyone. i'm being truthful about it. he is anti-vax, which is dangerous -- >> judge jeanine: he is not completely anti-vax. >> jessica: 90% -- >> jessica: got the vaccine from covid. >> jessica: i had it one time -- >> katie: enforce everyone else to do what you want to do.

more candidates? i would love to see it for party system or a three party system. not only not a deciding factor in swing states is he also wants to recognize that you can challenge the status quo, over a million people, done things not to the level of ross perot but definitely got the idea of being a third candidate in the american -- we are all thinking about it now. in my not serve them in terms of what he is going to do as far as being a president, but it is good to make a lot of people start thinking, maybe we should form our own party and things like that. i think he has done a lot of good and it was a tactical mistake not to meet with him because if they would have met with him, maybe they would have came with the same thing. ask hillary about the green vo vote. >> jessica: jill stein, yeah. >> tyrus: the extra party and you lose arizona, no one to blame but yourself. it was a good thing trump did what democrats won't do because to the judge's point she won't talk to anybody. >> judge jeanine: up next, hiding kamala harris all of a

campaign is just a month old in this iteration and you can tell that it is very different from campaigns that they were running with joe biden at the top of the ticket. the emotions are different, the way they are polling is different, the candidate is vastly different, and she is figuring out exactly what policies she wants to lead with. she did give her economic proposals, and understand the price gouging one was widely panned by democrats and republicans. but that she needed to get through the convention. she's preparing for this debate. and then she will do it when she is ready to do it. you guys being upset about this doesn't really affect the outcome of the election. the people who are supporting kamala harris or might support kamala harris, a lot of independent voters, they are not mad that she hasn't sat down with lesley stahl. they want to get to know her. they want to see how the campaign unfolds. they want the policy positions. they are looking forward to the debate. this is something that is really only getting right-wingers upset. >> tyrus: see the word upset, judge? i'm not upset.

i don't care. not voting for her anyway. point is, no one is upset. they always want to throw feelings and when you are asking just a question. when are you going to speak? >> judge jeanine: it's interesting. the woman who has held the highest office in the land in history of the united states of america, who has been the vice president for the last three and a half years, who has been touted as fierce and fearless, just last night -- >> tyrus: ready on day one. >> judge jeanine: ready to go, can't talk. it's not that we are upset. we are just kind of shocked. it goes along with what bobby kennedy was talking about. it is a sham, rigged primary, where the woman didn't earn one vote, where she got to be vice president in spite of the fact she believed the president was a racist, and in the end, this is a woman who says "i'm working toward it." you kind of get the sense she is trying to get her courage up but

i really believe that she, and this is what is disappointing, she is more concerned about the media thinking she doesn't know the answer then not knowing the answer. because anyone who was in that position of power, would be saying to herself, i need to know what the issues are. i need to be comfortable with that. she's not. she's just worried about how she appears. that's what the whole thing was in chicago. it was a hollywood show. and in the end, you've got donald trump. they hate him, they have trump derangement syndrome, they can't talk about anything without talking about him, he goes to the black generalists, okay, he goes into the bodega in harlem. he goes into every tv network he has done an interview. if she wants to be the female barack obama, baby, come and do fox just like barack obama did. >> tyrus: or is she a little nervous because tulsi gabbard is in the training room with the president?

that the threat to trump from iran was communicated internally at the secret service prior to the butler, pennsylvania, event. so they are also looking at why the butler event was allowed to go forward. could have been a threat given the fact that they knew it. but the fact this took 41 days is an embarrassment, it really is. you know, i got people, former secret service agents telling me they could bring more manpower to any investigation. they literally put a 747 together in a hangar in a minute and a half. this is just as a result of the public outcry and the congressional outcry. >> katie: jesse, the secret service apparently hasn't adopted tools that were supposed to be put every agency after 9/11 to communicate on these kinds of issues. aren't we lucky that nothing more serious has happened since 2001? >> jesse: we are very, very lucky. the site agent was in charge of devising the security plan.

he was on trump's detail. he has now been placed on administrative leave. but the lead agent in charge of the overall security posture, that person was from the pittsburgh field office, and they have been also suspended. but it really falls on upper management and secret service. these are the people that didn't give the additional carico counter sniper teams, that didn't provide the counter surveillance team, acting, 20% cut in counter surveillance, if they had seen a guy with a range finder, pick him up and neatly, those guys were not there on the ground and i cannot add much more to what the judge said, if you have an iranian threat 24 hours before this thing, it is not really communicated, nothing is done, that is again borderline negligent/intentional. >> katie: yeah, the threat yesterday while trump was visiting the border, tyrus. you know a little bit about security. >> tyrus: this bothers me to the core. they always want to go after the guys on the ground.
