carpet of left leaning bias, but things get stale fast. and when they do, the media looks quickly for the counter narrative. the worm always turns. when it does, no reporter wants to be left behind. reporters are worrying because the dnc didn't move the needle. morning consult harris gets no boost from democratic convention. new poll, no bounce for harris. street venders in new york city say they can't sell kamala hats. >> i see you have a trump hat, but there is no kamala hat. where do you get the hats from, and why only trump? >> porque... only for the business -- >> so the trump hats sell more in new york? >> yeah. the people buy more trump hats. >> jesse: maga hats are selling in manhattan but the kamala merch is collecting dust.

it makes sense, she can't even sell herself. nominees barn storm the battlegrounds but kamala took the week off. today she talked to high school students at band practice. >> our country is counting on you, all of you. you are leaders, by the very fact that you all are here in this school, doing what you do, at this incredible school, doing it as one big team, understanding all of the different parts that fit together to create a team. >> jesse: imagine that for four years. i don't know if she realizes it, but most high school kids can't vote. and where did the crowds go? same thing happened in 2019, she made a big splashy entrance, huge crowds, adoring media, and once voters focussed on her, she fizzled out. kamala peaked last week, and she has not won a single news cycle since rfk endorsed trump.

she is getting cooked by republicans and the media can't defend her, because they don't know what she believes and neither does the harris campaign. they stole no tax on tips, and now she says she is not for electric car mandates, even though she just said she was. >> will everyone have to drive electric cars. >> by my plan by 2045, we will have zero emission vehicles, only. 100 percent. >> jesse: the media is asking is the kamala harris campaign, why she keeps changing positions, and the kamala harris campaign can't even answer. >> the vice president has changed her position on fracking in pennsylvania. do you know why she has changed her position? >> listen, i mean she has been very clear here. she is proud of the work that she has done apart of this administration. making sure that american energy production is at an all time high. >> on fracking, was there something that changed her mind specifically during the four years of the biden presidency?

>> no, listen, again, the vice president is very proud of the bind harris administration's record on energy production in the economy at large. >> jesse: they gave the same answer both times which was nothing. the media is more confused with the harris people than they are with the biden people. at least biden knew his own policies. so how is the media supposed to defend the harris campaign, if the harris campaign can't defend themselves. >> unrealized gains, taxing unrealized gains doesn't seem fair in any sense of the world. >> can i make a quick point on that. >> all you are doing is pulling forward the taxes that would be paid later when someone sells the stock. >> i think that this reaction to unrealized gains is a little bit funny, given that i bet the majority of people watching right are paying a tax on unrealized gains, it is called a property tax. when the property value goes up -- >> you are paying for schools. and it doesn't -- your value of the home never moves the way the

stock moves. >> never the same, that's the go to answer. >> property tax is a use tax, you are paying for the schools, you are paying for emergency services. those are things that make absolute sense. >> jesse: the kamala surrogates are well paid professional spinners and they are getting roasted on cable. they are getting eye rolled out of the studio because they don't know what they are talking about. they hide, plajerrize trump's policies and pretend that no one will notice. >> the president called me, the crazy thing, jd, kamala harris is pretending she agrees with us on everything. if you look at her campaign the last week and a half, she pretends she agrees with donald j trump on every issue. she is running a copy cat campaign. and i said, mr. president, i think she wants my job. she is realizing they don't have any chance. she is going to ditch tim walz. she is pretending she agrees with you on everything. but we can't let her pretend,

ladies and gentlemen, we have to remind people of the real record. >> jesse: trump is the victim of identity theft. he should lock her up when he wins. and biden is so unpopular, harris doesn't want anything to do with her. they made biden take a 20 day vacation, so no one remembers kamala is his vp. hard to forget since she was boarder czar. kamala has been devastated by jd all week. he is running around, taking her apart, and the media can't defend her, because everything vance says is true. so politica covered it this way, vance tries to teter biden to harris. saying that harris is not part of the biden harris administration. >> why would they do that if joe belongs on mount rushmore, shouldn't she be proud to be his

vp? >> five weeks ago, she was known as a joke. she was known as a terrible vice president. laughed at, scoffed at, they wanted him out, but not her. they would have done anything to get anyone on the list, the list of 10 people. and they put her on the list and she came in 11th. she was the last on the list. and all of a sudden they realized, that's not going to be politically acceptable. they didn't want to do it. they didn't have the guts to make the move. and they ended up with her, and the fake news media got behind her. >> jesse: they don't even trust her to survive a cnn interview. so coach walz is going to chaperon. >> it is incredibly weak to show up with your running mate. the fact they don't have enough confidence with her to get her to sit herself, the top of the ticket and do a single interview. the hand ringing and the

i don't understand what she wants. how she is going to do what she wants, and no one else does. >> i don't understand why you are so confused, jesse, it is very, very simple. kamala harris worked for joe biden but also never met him and has no involvement with any of his policies. she was vice president for three and a half years, but never actually showed up to work, except when she showed up to work she was incredible, but no one saw her there, and she had nothing to do with the border, except when she was border czar. it is a crisp narrative they will take to the election. this cnn plant is brilliant. what better way to show that you are ready to tike on putin and isis and the drug cartels, than to show that you have the mocksy as a liberal democrat to sit down in a taped interview with a

babysitter named tim walz across from dayna. if that doesn't show courage, jesse, think about it, this is a liberal democrat staring down dayna bash in an interview she can edit with tim walz the entire time. the invasion of normandy was not courageous compared to this. >> jesse: the thought process going into this miller. miller, they took 39 days to decide to do cnn. it is not like they went into 60 minutes or. >> this is like the moon landing. the guys that were -- mission control spent less time figuring out how to get a man on to the moon than it took for them to figure out they could do a taped interview with tim walz and dayna bash. the democrats installed as their nominee, think about this, the only liberal in america afraid to do a cnn hit.

the only one. and she is the nominee. this is like a lottery ticket. you can't find -- you can walk around washington d.c., and find people that are dying to do cnn hits. the only one afraid to do cnn. >> jesse: she has only agreed to one debate, and she is still arguing about the details. do you think she does another debate. or are we going to see another one punch knock out or three? >> well, we already know that she ran screaming in terror from the prospect of a fox news debate, and of course, i mean i know them, the most down the middle journos in the country and she ran away screaming in terror. but she will keep america safe. she has refused to do the third debate, so far. so she has cancelled two of the three debates. we know what she will do, she

people out of the primary in march of 2022. they anointed somebody who was cognitively challenged that couldn't speak in public under the guys of covid19, they put him in the basement and reinvented this left wing agenda as old joe biden -- and the people were fooled for three and a half years, and here we go. we have the same type of person who is linguistically challenged. they have hidden her away. they have manufactured various excuses because they don't have covid19. and all of a sudden she is not from berkley any more, she is from oakland, working class oakland. when bill clinton ran he had a hard fought primary, and same with obama with hilary. they could not refuse a camera. every time they saw a mic, they hogged it. they loved the attention.

they could speak, and they were running against republicans. clinton told us, no new taxes read my lips. george bush said i am not going to do that. obama said, iraq war melt down. but she is running against herself. she is critiquing the very same record that she bragged that she was a coowner of. and you know, the obvious question everyone asks is, whatever your position is, you have five months left on your tenor, so just implement it. if you don't want to implement it, say you already implemented it in the first three and a half years. i don't think it is going to work like with biden. it is so ridiculous. it is a travesty, and an insult to the minds of the american people. >> jesse: it is completely insulting and respectful to the voters and the entire process we have had in this country for quite some time. she doesn't have a winning personality, that's understood. she doesn't like getting her hands dirty.

>> jesse: absentee ballots are getting mailed out in some states. the parties are duking it out in court over election integrity. the rnc is suing the board of elections because they are not purging foreigners from the voter polls. democrats said that illegal immigrant can't vote, but there are thousands that are not citizens that are registered to vote. another lawsuit in north carolina claims 225,000 voters were registered without showing id. suspicious. in arizona, republicans are suing the democrat governor for ordering mass voter registrations and ballot drops. republicans say she is not allowed to do that. in georgia, republicans are

trying to prevent election workers from just rubber stamping election results. right now, you are allowed to conduct a reasonable inquiry before signing off on the vote totals if you notice that numbers don't add up or suspect suspicious activity. we want every voter comfortable enough to trust the process. that means clean up the voter polls, and delete the dead people and the noncitizens to trust the results. the fbi released new evidence from the trump shooting. this is the asasens weapon and the backpack which the gun was broken down and stored in. and we have the air conditioning unit that he used to get on the roof. and we are getting a look inside his trunk, stuffed with ieds, a remote detonator was found on his body. crooks was researching how to build bombs since 2019.

interested. but they were always making it -- from what i understood, and i could feel it, they were making it very difficult to have proper staffing in terms of secret service. >> jesse: the arizona congressman is a former navy seal sniper. he is not blaming this on biden and harris, the fact that he is doing that now, what does that suggest? >> well, hey, jesse, thank you for having me. i have to agree with the president. you can only call somebody a white supremacist and a threat to democracy so many times before somebody in america tries to do something about it. it is -- you know, it can't happen in the united states of america. it doesn't matter who the candidate is, but we have seen the doj and a lot of our government weaponize against donald trump for a very long time. so i think he is accurate in what he is talking about.

today. they came out and did a big dog and pony show. gave us the photos of the air conditioning unit and the backpack. did you learn that much from what was announced today? >> no, jesse. we didn't learn that much today, and i am honestly not surprised. here is the deal, the big issue that the fbi has, and you talked about it in your opening, whether or not the american people trust what they say. this is the same organization that went after catholics, wouldn't investigate the hunter biden laptop. and couldn't find the january 6th pipe bomber, jesse. and i am going to be honest with you, i don't believe their narrative about the january 6th pipe bomber for a second. and we were told just this week, with several other members of congress, that when this story breaks about the january 6th pipe bomber what really happened, it is going to be the biggest scandal in washington d.c. history.

family is originally from a province in india that is now pakistan. they were thrown out of their home, and my father when he was 7 years old, he worked in a sweat shop and sweat shop like conditions. the idea was always there, but when i moved to america and became a film maker, i heard a case about 72 immigrant trapped in a house 40 minutes from where i lived, and i was disgusted. i couldn't believe how much of it was happening, and it wasn't at the time, when i wrote the script being reported in the mainstream media, and i contacted a friend that connected me with someone in the labour department, and he was saying there are tons of kids trapped in houses in the bay area, and making products. so that was really my motivation. i couldn't believe that this was happening here. you know, we know it is happening in india and china, but to see it at this scale today, in america, was shocking. >> jesse: it is shocking and you would think that the media would report that. the media loves children, we

always love children. they are talking about protecting the children. they say they are interested in corporate corruption. why do you think the media is afraid to cover this trafficking industry, especially with kids? >> well, you know -- >> it is hard to explain. >> the new york times -- >> sorry. >> no, go ahead. i was going to point ahead, new york times did report last year, that they did a big expose about how 300,000 migrant children has been lost and many of them were sold into labour and sex trafficking and in supply chains of big corporations but there has not been much after that. >> jesse: no. there has been no follow up and no one talks about it. if trump had lost -- i don't want to make this political, because it is not, if trump lost 300,000 kids, that would have been all you heard about, tony. >> yeah, it is so unfortunate. but i think that the truth of the matter is, people have to have a motion. if i asked you where you were on
