she cast the deciding vote on many of these issues right there in the senate. >> well, i watched the vice president cast the tie-breaking vote in favor, for example, of the inflation reduction act, which is just the green new deal. i think most americans are all-of-the-above energy type people. they are for every form of energy that is affordable and accessible, but that includes fossil fuels. i think the vice president does not support fossil fuels. she sued all the oil companies when she was the attorney general of california. as i've said before, i support other forms of energy, but i also support fossil fuels because we have to have them.

i think -- i said one time my car doesn't run off of fairy dust and unicorn urine, and that's true. and i think -- i think fossil fuels are going to be part of our energy, satisfying our energy needs for a long, long time, probably forever. doesn't mean we shouldn't pursue others. the problem is the part of the democratic party that miss harris is from, they don't believe in fossil fuels. they just don't. they believe in wind, solar and wishful thinking. >> jason: yeah. i really do wish somebody would ask the vice president to define inflation, because i'm fairly convinced she doesn't know what inflation is, let alone how to solve it, and she acts as if they haven't been in a position to deal with it and that she'll get around to it if she's elected sometime in january. >> well, miss harris helped

but then the supreme court said it shouldn't have happened. and we're now saying, look. you won't recuse yourself. you will not get rid of all these sham cases like you should. so now we're going to ask to federal court judgesut where we have dignity, where we have civility and two due process and let us have faith in the american system again. they will stop at nothing. that's the truth, jason. they're desperate. they know that these policys are going to come out. right now there's a little honeymoon stage happening. it will stop. because the minute president trump starts speaking about his policies that are winner policies the whole honeymoon is over. >> jason: yeah. i think that's the distraction. try to say uh-oh. things aren't going well. let's go over and distract people and scare people who maybe don't watch campaigns and elections 24/7 like a lot of people do. alyna, i can spend an hour chatting with you but i can't right now. but with a i would encourage people to do is go visit my podcast. it's jasoninthehouse. you have a podcast up where
6:43 pm
alina and i get to spend, gosh, 30 to 40 minutes talking about the issues. if you listen to podcasts and you hear a lot more from alina there. all right. are kamala's home state of california's radical policies a political liability? the state legislature has passed legislation that would give illegals up to $150,000 towards purchasing a home. here with reaction, project 21 chairman horrace cooper and podcast host keira davis. all right, keira. we know california's nuts. they've already passed this out of the legislature. what do you think the governor's going to do and how in the world can they justify that over, i don't know, maybe american citizens? >> jason, listen. here in california, there is no more -- there is no entity, community or individual more hated than the taxpayer. so this is just another assault, unsurprising assault on us. i was actually surprised that it passed both bodies
6:44 pm
in the legislature. i find it hard to believe newsom's actually going to sign this because he's running for president, don't forget. so we're definitely going to see a newsom run in the next presidential cycle and how's he going to run with this? he's already out there right now with the brant's past decision. he's already out there lecturing california cities, why haven't you cleaned up your homeless encampments?! he's put blue jeans on. >> he's serious. he knows he cannot run for president based on the state of california as it is today. i find it really hard to believe that he would sign this legislation and give that ammo to whoever he'll be running against. >> jason: yeah. to your point, i remember pred xi and president biden showed up if town. boy, they cleaned that place up in a hurry but then they let it go back to, you know, the crap that it was. horrace, are they nuts enough? i mean, you've got homeless
6:45 pm
veterans who don't get these benefits. how in the world can the governor say that this is a good public policy? >> when people talk about san francisco radical values, this is exactly an example of that. you know, there was a jack nicholson movie called "as good as it gets" and one of my favorite lines, he slams the door in the face after saying "go sell crazy somewhere else. we're all stocked up." the idea that taxpayers would subsidize people that are not supposed to be in the country illegally is nothing short of crazy. >> jason: yeah. first of all, you're right. that's a great movie. second part is you let ten plus million people in and then -- into this country illegally and then you say oh, guess what? we have a housing shortage.
6:46 pm
surprise, surprise. why do you think that actually happens? and you know what? it's going to drive up the price of housing. suddenly you start handing out $150,000 bills and guess what? that makes it more inflationary. horace cooper, kira davis. thanks so much for joining us on "hannity" tonight. liberal politicians in colorado are telling residents don't believe their lying eyes after violent venezuelan gang members have taken up shop in one colorado town. coming up former i.c.e. director tom homan and congressman cory mills are here with the latest fallout from the biden-harris border disaster after the break. stay with us.

homan in florida, congressman cori mills, governor polis could get rid of his sanctuary state status and maybe coordinate and work with ice. tom homan, you used to be able to do that, but they won't communicate with the feds. so you know what? in january, he
6:52 pm
needs to get the hell out of the way because when president trump is back in the white house, isis is going to be operating in that city. they will arrest those criminal aliens and deport them, because president trump is going to take the handcuffs off ice that the biden-harris administration put on ice, not letting them do their job. and they're going to put handcuffs on that bad guy and run the biggest deportation operation in the history of the country. and let me add this, too. for all those who want kamala harris to be president, you know, who also wants her to be president, these criminal aliens, because they'll keep coming in or the open border and they won't be deported because ice can't do the job. you know, alex wants kamala harris to be president. the criminal cartels in mexico are going to keep running fentanyl across the border, killing americans, along with every terrorist organization in the world because they can use the southwest border as an entry point to do us harm. and finally, mexico wants kamala harris to be president. could they continue the gravy train or taking bribes from the cartels and getting billions in remittances from illegal aliens in the united states that sends money back to mexico? so congratulations. you're in
6:53 pm
lockstep with the worst of the worst. congressman, when you see this video and you hear the horror stories, what runs through your mind? well, again, you know, to tom's point, the biden harris administration has become the employee of the month every month for the drug cartels. they watch where in 2018, they were seeing a figure of roughly 500 million in revenue to 2021, where they had over 13 plus billion dollars in revenue. you look at the fact that they repealed the remain in mexico agreement that president trump put in place. that was very successful. they repealed title 42, which i would argue isn't so much just about a pandemic, but also a national security, a health and humanitarian crisis that is going on on our borders. when you look at the fact that the senate, the senate, which is controlled by the two democrats, mitch mcconnell and chuck schumer, refused to take up the save act to prevent illegals from voting in our election and or even adding the additional question on the census survey, are you an american citizen to prevent from some of the redistricting
6:54 pm
that goes on? you see that the ten plus million people in the 90 plus terrorists who had crossed our border in fiscal year 24 is all part of a design plan. it is not just fecklessness or ineptitude. and so we need president trump back in the white house. we need to return, remain in mexico. we need to ensure that ice has the authority and the power necessary to go in, regardless of any of these blue state sanctuary governors or their local sheriffs who refuse, as you know, unconstitutional sheriffs to work with ice and lead the largest deportation and then look at real immigration reform. look at reforming the anchor baby scenario, where one or both parents need to be american citizens for it to qualify. stop incentivizing them to come illegally, as governor newsom has with their $150,000 housing bailout. and let's get back to prioritizing america, americans and america first. yeah in brooklyn, new york, there's a new immigrant center that's all male, right? just feet away from a school. tom i mean, this
6:55 pm
is, i believe, kamala harris when she says her principles have not changed. no. and look, this is so imperative that president trump win the next election because these ngos won't be getting billions of dollars. and these be people will be sitting in an ice bed, an ice facility at about $107 a night, rather than 500 bucks a night, and they'll be deported. so you know, president trump was. look, i worked for six presidents, starting with ronald reagan. president trump's success on the border is was unprecedented. what he did. illegal immigration had a 45 year low. illegal immigration was down 83 to 90%. joe biden and kamala harris are the first administration who came into office and unsecured, the most secure border in my lifetime. trump is going to win in december. we're going to secure that border, and we're going to protect americans and save lives. you know what? just enforce the law for goodness sake. that's what this administration will not has not do. and until you make a change
6:56 pm
at the top, it's just not going to happen. and it's sad. this is a choice. and they're choosing illegal immigrants over americans. and they should live in peace and safety. they shouldn't have to put up with this like they are in aurora and brooklyn and everywhere across this country. all right. coming up next, a special program alert you don't want to miss as this special edition of hannity continues. stay with u. new icyhot pro massaging balm. easy to grip and massage in the hey folks, chris counahan easyhere with leaffilter,in the power of
