bndge systems at both ends of the bridge have no further sightings, so there can be only one conclusion drawn from that, and that is the cowardly, pathetic , vile ezedi has chosen pathetic, vile ezedi has chosen to end his own life by going into the river thames. >> from your experience, what can you read from the cctv images that we can see on our screen now? what do you take from his body language? what do you take from his demeanour? because as you just referenced there, movements very there, his movements were very strange, that strange, weren't they? that evening in north london. evening he was in north london. then went to tower then he went down to tower bridge east and then he makes bridge in east and then he makes his way west. he doesn't seem to know where he's going. yeah, he got train up to got the underground train up to nonh got the underground train up to north london and was seen in tesco's at caledonian road buying what for him. >> expect was a very much >> i expect was a very much needed bottle of water. had needed bottle of water. he had a significant injury which had occurred during this corrosive substance attack. so clearly a man in considerable pain. i

ask you about what you think about from theiandshake ask you about what you think about from the conservatives idea. um, from the conservatives at the moment. so £20,000 bonus being offered to dentists if they move to a rural area where perhaps there isn't dental perhaps there isn't a dental practice, the idea of practice, and also the idea of paying. i think it's £50 a patient . um, if you if you see patient. um, if you if you see a patient. um, if you if you see a patient that hasn't been seen in a certain number of years, what do think about this? because do you think about this? because the this the labour party has said this is plaster is just a sticking plaster policy. just throw policy. you can't just throw money at the situation. do you think is a good to think this is a good place to start, to see start, or do you want to see something else? >> well, something is better than least than nothing and at least we've got intention dentistry than nothing and at least we've got you intention dentistry than nothing and at least we've got you know, ion dentistry than nothing and at least we've got you know, it's dentistry than nothing and at least we've got you know, it's been ntistry than nothing and at least we've got you know, it's been kindy than nothing and at least we've got you know, it's been kind of now. you know, it's been kind of left out and lots of people obviously it's part of the health of people health system. lots of people talking and the talking about doctors and the medical system, which are really important. but dentistry also needs to be highlighted. it's really part of health. really important part of health. so to help so anything they can do to help is good. um, but there needs to be a lot more there. right? it is a sticking plaster. not is a sticking plaster. it's not enough. need to fund enough. and they do need to fund it and really draw it properly and really draw attention fence some attention and ring fence some budget dentistry . budget for dentistry. >> me and your father was an nhs dentist. >> he was. he was an nhs dentist all of his life. and um, you

know, the system changed around 2006 and it was a lot better before that. um, so , so, uh, you before that. um, so, so, uh, you know, he treated thousands and thousands of patients successfully and, you know , i successfully and, you know, i also did a lot of nhs dentistry. i worked with him for a bit, you know, and, um, it is enjoyable because you're helping people out, you know. does it make you despair now for your industry ? despair now for your industry? >> it's in your blood, isn't it? your dad's done it. you've done it. obviously clearly it. you're obviously clearly passionate and passionate about it. and then you queuing like you see people queuing like that, scenes we've seen that, like the scenes we've seen in it in bristol this week. it must make just worried about make you just so worried about the industry. the future of your industry. me? yeah, and the challenges of it definitely. >> and it's hard to see people like behind, people like left behind, people in pain, know , um, dentists, we pain, you know, um, dentists, we really want help people. really do want to help people. we fix their teeth . we we want to fix their teeth. we want to get them out of pain, like see people queuing. you like to see people queuing. you know, with troubles in their mouth, knowing when they'll mouth, not knowing when they'll get sorted. really , get it sorted. it's really, really hard. >> now, obviously have >> now, you obviously have a killer smile. >> you . which is you? >> thank you. which is you? very. you really do . very. you really do. >> um, so you would have. let's

took the six pigs, did lots of research and realised that there are no pig sanctuaries around and these animals are hugely popular as pets, they popular as pets, but they need the environment live the right environment to live in. curly tails in. and that's how curly tails was started in march was born. so it started in march 2016 and has just gone , gone 2016 and has just gone, gone from there. it's absolutely wonderful. >> okay, so let's talk about micro pigs because obviously most children, including my own, my youngest, all wanted a micro pig- my youngest, all wanted a micro pig. it was this thing that everyone was talking about, not realising that they actually grow to full size . grow to full size. >> yeah, yeah, there is such a thing as a micro pig, but they're not as small as the name suggests . so micro really is suggests. so micro really is only a comparison to the large breed . so i think you saw breed. so i think you saw a photo of me with humphrey. is this humphrey who's on the screen now? that's walter , and screen now? that's walter, and actually he's he's quite a large boy. >> humphrey is humphrey the huge one that looks like a horse? >> yes . so this one that looks like a horse? >> yes. so this one, he one that looks like a horse? >> yes . so this one, he is >> yes. so this one, he is a large breed. and he was actually bought by someone that lived in a when he was eight weeks a flat when he was eight weeks old. so he dinky little.

now our next guest has a truly inspiring story. her name is donia youssef and her journey has been both heartbreaking and very inspiring. yes 20 years ago, donna's sister took her own life and left her two children behind. some years later, donna was visited in her dream by her sister, who said she should make a change and not be sad anymore . a change and not be sad anymore. >> but in 2017, donna woke up one morning with a lump. she went to the doctor and was diagnosed with stage two lymph node cancer. it was the start of a long journey since donna's initial diagnosis. >> the cancer has spread to other regions and this amazing lady continues in her battle . lady continues in her battle. >> yes, turning pain and trauma into power and inspiration . into power and inspiration. donna began writing and has so far released over 30 children's books. far released over 30 children's books . they aim to help young books. they aim to help young mothers struggling or not knowing how to tell their children that they have cancer . children that they have cancer. >> yeah, we're delighted to be joined now in the studio by the lovely donia yosef donia. lovely, lovely . see, i mean you lovely, lovely. see, i mean you

have done some amazing things. thank you. it's quite unbelievable with what you've been through and all the things that you're doing. so just take us through them. >> oh yeah . >> oh yeah. >> oh yeah. >> yeah. obviously back in 2017, varne got diagnosed with cancer, had , um, a little 18 month old had, um, a little 18 month old baby and a three year old. so it's the last thing on my mind. um obviously with cancer diagnosis , it really pulls on diagnosis, it really pulls on the mental string. so it was emotional. you kind of live from kind of day to day. most some daysi kind of day to day. most some days i was living from hour to hour and, and it just i was angry because my kids and my baby like she was young . um, but baby like she was young. um, but i adapted this strength . and i adapted this strength. and obviously, since my sister had , obviously, since my sister had, um, taken her life, it was like. and i got that message through from her in the dream , i had to from her in the dream, i had to really, really , you know, just really, really, you know, just adapt my mindset. and i wanted to find an outlet. so so i started writing and it was like

the creative outlet, which i found, which really, really helped me . um, and it was just helped me. um, and it was just keeping those vibrations high. so grounding yourself with really positive people . and i really positive people. and i think because i've faced death on a few occasions , it was like, on a few occasions, it was like, okay, you know, setting up this or doing this or that, it's not a problem because i've been in the worst situation . um, so you the worst situation. um, so you adapt better skills, you learn compassion and empathy, and you're totally fearless . so you're totally fearless. so i set up, um, my book publishing company, which was born from me writing in the chemo ward came amazon bestseller within 48 hours in the category . and then hours in the category. and then i got the buzz for writing and i was like, great. so yeah, i went on to, i think, 32 books that i published, and they're all inspired by my a trauma where i want to turn that pain into sort of power and inspiration to help others. >> donna , you are absolutely >> donna, you are absolutely incredible. it's really amazing listening to you and you being

able to draw on that inner strength somewhere, whether that's your sister being with you or the anger that you felt at diagnosis . you or the anger that you felt at diagnosis. but something at your diagnosis. but something has really spurred you has really, really spurred you on to the most on to just do the most incredible oh, thank incredible things. oh, thank you. 32 books where you. with these 32 books where did that idea come from? because i that a lot of it is about i know that a lot of it is about younger mothers perhaps struggling their struggling to talk to their children cancer children about their cancer diagnosis. something diagnosis. is that something that you wanted to help others? yeah. >> so when i got put into remission the first time, um, around cancer , i felt around with the cancer, i felt like i had to give back . there like i had to give back. there were more younger mums were a lot more younger mums than me, and they had children and they were really struggling just to speak up about it. and they were really struggling just to speak up about it . so just to speak up about it. so i felt like i was the mummy of the group and when i got in remission, it was like my thanks to give back. and so i um, yeah, i reached , yeah, i mean i reached, yeah, i mean charities got a lot of charities involved and yeah, it was like each day it feels like it's not even real. like so you do, you do all these amazing things. >> you've turned such a negative

into a positive. but i can see a lot of pain and i can see a lot of pain clearly, because losing your sister and having to deal with this, how how do you keep that strength and to be able to just fight through it because it's unbelievable . it's unbelievable. >> i mean, you have your days. um, but i think because i've put it into such positive stuff and i'm doing now everything that i really love and i've been given like a second chance in life. so i help with mental health, and i've helped a lot of people, um, with books as well. so giving them a platform to share their stories as well. um and a lot of my books are now in motion on, um, with feature films, animation movies with a—list , animation movies with a—list, um, stars attached. so i just feel like i'm living a dream right now . it's little donna's right now. it's little donna's just like there are other things that are happening. >> um, this one you might not know about, but it's very exciting news for you, donna .

have you been through? and treatment? a lot , um, i treatment? i mean, a lot, um, i have had double mastectomy have had a double mastectomy when it was reconstructed from my stomach. >> i had my lymph nodes removed . >> i had my lymph nodes removed. i had to have my tubes and ovanes i had to have my tubes and ovaries removed because of the oestrogen was fuelling my cancen oestrogen was fuelling my cancer. and i'm a brca two carrier. i um, it came back unfortunately, a couple of years after in my colon. so i had three tumours in my colon . one three tumours in my colon. one was malignant. they removed that, um, got diagnosed with skin cancer in december . just skin cancer in december. just gone. unbelievable. um so i've had my first bout of chemo, but after the chemo, um, like , my after the chemo, um, like, my skin was like amazing . so it's i skin was like amazing. so it's i love your positivity, but, you know, the reason i asked you all thatis know, the reason i asked you all that is because everything else that is because everything else that achieving amazing i >> -- >> but on top of everything, you're mother . and is you're a mother. and this is this the most hardest and this is the most hardest and most rewarding job. and to go through this and be a strong through all this and be a strong

because in the book talk because in the book you talk a lot that lot about body image, and that is real in terms of is a real issue in terms of children's mental health, isn't it? and, know, have it? and, you know, you have a very young daughter, millie, who is just ten years old. and of course, princess as well, and she's released she's just actually released a clothing week, hasn't clothing range this week, hasn't she of she, pete? so with the two of them, how do you help with that pressure image, pressure about body image, especially famous especially with with famous parents like yourselves the parents like yourselves and the pressure of social media as well? >> yeah, the social media thing is really thing, isn't is a really tricky thing, isn't it? parents now it? though i think parents now are to learn deal are just having to learn to deal with absolutely with because i've got absolutely no experience it just no experience myself. it just wasn't a round i was wasn't a round when i was a teenager, so that's something wasn't a round when i was a teena kind;o that's something wasn't a round when i was a teena kind ;o tlearningnething wasn't a round when i was a teena kind ;o tlearningnethin day we're kind of learning every day how cope with. but how to kind of cope with. but the body image side of things, i just positive just try and be really positive with, all kids about with, with all the kids about their, their strengths that are in all areas and try not. i always try not to focus too much on their appearance. on their on their appearance. you know, obviously we say, oh you look lovely or that's, you look lovely today or that's, you look lovely today or that's, you know, oh, your looks you know, oh, your hair looks beautiful. and beautiful. but i always try and say know, are say to them, you know, are you're oh gosh, you're really kind or oh gosh, that's such piece of that's such a good piece of homework done i'm homework you've done or i'm really you. i saw how really proud of you. i saw how hard you tried at that today. so

i to praise them i really try hard to praise them for things other than physical appearance. so that they, i guess, value all aspects of themself and not not just their appearance, because there's a big pressure i think, isn't there, on boys and girls to look a way ? um, yeah. whether a certain way? um, yeah. whether that's their body size or shape or their , their facial features, or their, their facial features, you anything , isn't it? you know, anything, isn't it? and i always try and make sure that they know that there's more important about them than important things about them than one that they look. one way that they look. >> 100% made me a much better parent. i've learned so much. no, i have learned so much no, i have i've learned so much from her because because she's she's amazing. she's got a way that's amazing. there's things that were instilled kids and instilled in us as kids and strict things that i've tried to implement on the kids, but some things to believe things that i used to believe in, like , oh, i don't agree in, i'm like, oh, i don't agree with that. now let kids be kids and, you know, things have changed, but you've helped me with that. so thank you. >> most >> you two are the most wonderful so to wonderful to hear. so lovely to see you are such a see you together. you are such a wonderful team. look there aren't people aren't going to be people watching today watching and listening today who say, didn't say, oh, mental health didn't exist like when i was
