study. >> bottom line when it comes to sleep it is quality and quantity. so many times we focus on the number of hours, but this study suggests its quality that's also important. said they looked at people in their 30s and also 40s and give them brisk trackers about the quality and quantity of sleep. midlife and then gave them some cognitive tests and give them some question asked about a decade later found that if they had had restless sleep in their 30s and 40s, they had a higher risk of some cognitive issues such as memory, and also things of that nature about a decade later. such a about connecting those thoughts and behavior modification and what we can do it midlife, to lower the risk of cognitive decline later in life. >> it's a little too late for me i guess. [laughter] how you get the best night sleep? >> obviously there's a lot we can do. the first is not working on morning television. but for everyone else, talk about the win, you want to go to

want to have the time and have the money. and nobody listens to us, so i wanted to create a space where with my partner, we were able to create a space where women can get together and support one another and share their life together and we don't just sell things we also have these amazing workshops on everything from taking a trip on your own for the first time or dealing with aging parents, dealing with kids coming home or making a great piecrust. in crafting, we do a little bit of everything, and i will tell you we started this app so that women will have a safe place to communicate with each other over christmas, without us doing anything the woman on the app started a christmas card exchange with each other. all over the world. so there is definitely a space now for women to communicate with each other as you go through all these transitions. >> you have built a chicken

television i don't know why but yes, i was it's painting some grief in my life and really questioning what it all meant, and then for the first time i felt like i think there's a movie here. i think there's a conversation to explore and i sat there and i started here i am. so the movie really explores the relationship to grief that we all have and sometimes we all try to avert it and we try to run away from it but inevitably it will catch up to you and at the same time coming off show "creek" >> somewhere in the control room someone is going crazy. [laughter] >> i'm sorry to the families of america. for saying the name of the show. >> you truly are the best part of my day. [laughter] >> i will never say it again. but coming off of that television show that we cannot say, you know we explored the

idea of family and it was really important, i'm very close to my friends. and the idea of exploring francis families have that felt really compelling to me so the concept of grief in relation to friendship how in our 30s and also 40s and also 50s, the more we age the deeper the relationship with their friends become. set the tell a story where friendship was front and center, it spoke to st. louis in my life and i hope it relates to people out there. >> let's give everyone a look. >> it's probably because he is never seen a human eat so many sausage rolls. >> right now? >> there is one more reason to call the police on the pulse across the road. >> it we have so much to discuss. >> i'm off you animals make big mistakes.
