study. >> bottom line when it comes to sleep it is quality and quantity. so many times we focus on the number of hours, but this study suggests its quality that's also important. said they looked at people in their 30s and also 40s and give them brisk trackers about the quality and quantity of sleep. midlife and then gave them some cognitive tests and give them some question asked about a decade later found that if they had had restless sleep in their 30s and 40s, they had a higher risk of some cognitive issues such as memory, and also things of that nature about a decade later. such a about connecting those thoughts and behavior modification and what we can do it midlife, to lower the risk of cognitive decline later in life. >> it's a little too late for me i guess. television i don't know why but yes, i was it's painting some grief in my life and really questioning what it all meant, and then for the first time i felt like i think there's a movie here. i think there's a conversation to explore and i sat there and i started here i am. so the movie really explores the relationship to grief that we all have and sometimes we all try to avert it and we try to run away from it but inevitably it will catch up to you and at the same time coming off show "creek" >> somewhere in the control room someone is going crazy.
