that matter, says local leaders are aware of but can only do so much about it. >> got to a point a couple of years ago where hotels were charging a minimum of $150, just to sit down and use a table for a breakfast meeting. >> but those high prices are worth it to many. on wednesday night, the italian trade agency hosted an event for italian business people in town for the conference, italy innovation and innovative ecosystems are less known than traditional sectors to american investors and silicon valley experts. sergio strozzi is italian consul general in san francisco. he tells me the conference is a valuable opportunity for italian attendees to connect with top bay area talent, even if some had reservations at the start. >> to be very frank, um, uh, i can't hide the feeling that we were all a little bit scared and coming here while many of those at this event say san francisco's reputation reached them, even in europe, they've been pleasantly surprised by what the city has to offer and
11:12 pm
look forward to coming back for next year's conference, because it was much safer, at least in the areas where we were around union square and, and, and it looked much better than last year in san francisco. >> so tim johns, abc seven news now to the dubs in action here on abc seven with draymond green. >> back with the team. but a performance that is one to forget. >> oh man. almost a 40 point loss to the new orleans pelicans. and it now has the team really questioning everything. >> yeah the abc seven after the game. crew of sports director larry biel and adonal foyle try to put it in context. >> well you and i have been doing this for a while and you know, rarely am i speechless, but i don't have a lot of words to describe what i witnessed. 141 105 warriors giving up the most points they have this season, and it wasn't never close. >> yeah, this was a tough game to watch. and i think you know what makes it difficult is that the competition, the competitiveness wasn't there right. is that you expect a team

to be hot. right. but when you you expect a response. and the warriors did not have a response tonight. you know for the pelicans. and that's pretty disappointing. and the turnover is the constant theme. we've been harping on all season. uh obviously it was a big concern tonight. >> if you're steve kerr what do you tell your guys as you get set to embark on a four game road trip. >> no one is coming to help you and you have the people in this room to be better, right? you could be better. and what you need to do is take care of what you can take care of. god. your guy. that's the first step. go get a rebound. do something to help your team be successful. >> we're expecting draymond green to return imminently, probably sometime on this road trip. you look at a game like tonight and they need his fire and intensity sorely lacking. >> no question. one of the things that draymond bring to this game i think better than anybody else is his ability to communicate on the defensive end being in the back, i call it the quarterback in the back telling people where to go, what's happening that is so important. the team tonight, it was so quiet. you didn't hear those
11:14 pm
that communication and we need to see that. and i think that's something draymond green with his in his ability to bring to the floor. >> yeah. coach kerr mentioned we're like the quietest team in the league. and that that can't continue indeed. all right dan harbor back to you. >> yes. all right. thank you larry and o'donnell honoring fallen officer tuan lei. see how oakland showed up to pay tribute to its very own. >> plus the desantis and haley showdown in iowa. the two spar on stage with just days until the first votes are cast and the change to this year's girl scout cookies. >> that is not so sweet. >> all of that's coming up. but first, here's a look at what's ahead on jimmy kimmel live! tonight. right after abc seven news at 11, jimmy. >> thank you, dan and ama tonight we've got robert downey jr from the bear iowa debris music from friday. and we welcome draymond back to polite society next on jimmy kimmel live.
