check your full monday forecast in just a few moments. >> senators from both political parties have unveiled their long awaited proposal to overhaul the nation's immigration system. it's a $118 billion bill that would place new restrictions on asylum seekers. it also includes money for the war in ukraine and funding for israel. abc's ike ejiochi has more details and the reaction overnight. ike good morning. >> good morning alison. we finally know what's in this bipartisan bill. and house republican fans are not happy about it. this morning senate negotiators have released what's in their $118 billion bipartisan bill to address the crisis on the southern border. it includes $20 billion for immigration enforcement. the hiring of thousands of officers new limits on how migrants apply and get asylum, and increased screenings for fentanyl and other drugs. the bill would also allow the homeland security department the option to shut down the border if migrant crossings reach a certain level.

>> this gives a lot of leeway and power to the department of homeland security. it allows the secretary to declare an emergency if there are more than 4000 migrant apprehensions along the border in a given day for seven consecutive days, the massive bill also provides billions in funding for ukraine and for israel. >> leader mcconnell and i who disagree on many issues, have never worked so closely together on legislation as we did on this . >> reporter but overnight, house speaker mike johnson said the senate's border bill would be dead on arrival in the house, writing this bill is even worse than we expected and won't come close to ending the border catastrophe that the president has created. conservative oklahoma senator james lankford, the lead negotiator for republicans, responded to johnson's criticism. >> i'm a little confused how it's worse than i expected. when it builds. border wall expands deportation flights, expands ice officers, border patrol officers , detention beds, how it creates a faster process for deportation

supplier who flagged to his manager that two holes may not have been drilled exactly to our requirements. >> the one thing to keep in mind whenever something happens in aviation involving an airliner is that more than 50% of the airliners around the world are boeing products. >> boeing has been under fire since the mid-air blowout of a door plug on a 737 max nine jet last month, which prompted the faa to ground the planes for weeks and ordered new inspections. but this time, boeing says, the mis drilled holes pose no immediate flight safety risk and says all 737 can continue to fly safely, adding this is the only course of action given our commitment to deliver perfect airplanes every time. boeing ceo says they plan to take several days this week to work on those misaligned holes, which could delay the delivery of some new planes. andrew >> allison, derrick, thank you. paris is looking to say avoir to most suvs as it prepares to host the summer olympics. paris has
