starting withhe parade that begins at 1230 at 14th street and franklin and ends at 19th and franklin. it will go until 230 this afternoon. join zach fuentes, julian glover and ama daetz as we stream this parade live today starting at 1230. you can watch it wherever you stream abc seven news. for more details, head to our website abc seven news.com slash, black joy parade and we're following developing news. two people died after a shooting in san leandro saturday. another person was shot, now in critical condition. it happened around 3:30 p.m. at an apartment building on miramonte avenue, right near foothill boulevard. no word on whether any arrests have been made in this case. the alameda county sheriff's office tells abc seven news it is investigating and believes it started as a domestic dispute in antioch. police are investigating after a teenager was shot and killed. officers say they found the victim, a 16 year old boy, inside of a car on the 1700 block of observation

way yesterday morning. they say he had been shot at least once. officers tried to save him when they arrived on scene. he was rushed to the hospital but later died. authorities say the shooting happened about two miles away from where they found him. no word yet on any arrests. we're also following new details in the search for a new police chief in oakland. all of the candidates will appear at a public forum on thursday. that's according to our media partners at the mercury news. the public will be allowed to ask questions during that time. we don't know who the finalist for the job are, but we do know it won't be former police chief leronne armstrong, a representative told the newspaper. he's no longer seeking reinstatement. the chief position has been open since mayor shengtao fired armstrong more than a year ago. also new this morning, the mayor of san jose is hosting a virtual town hall event on the fight against homelessness. mayor matt mehan says he will share details about the city's budget for ways to

offer alternatives to people living on the streets and near creeks, also saying that his new plan will require people to use those resources if they are available so that ten encampeth can't can close permanently. that is, it will be happening on monday, march 11th at 7 p.m. are you see to see is also ukraine is entering its third year of war with russia, hundreds of people held a car convoy and a rally at san francisco embarcadero plaza. the attendees came from all over the bay area. they had speakers and performance pieces to show their support to ukraine. through all that they've endured since the beginning of the war two years ago, um, about about 30,000 ukrainians have come to california, and among them about five, 6000 come to the bay area. >> and so they're also means the more people are coming to such

feeling them already with a cooler start to the day. some high clouds in the north bay, but they'll be increasing as well as the winds throughout the afternoon. live doppler seven looking pretty quiet right now. that changes tomorrow. here's a look at the airport in oakland where we have 56 degrees san francisco, oakland 57, san jose 55. half moon bay. and we're looking at the cloud cover increasing from the golden gate bridge. 46 in petaluma. you're down to the 30s elsewhere, mid 50s in our inland east bay. that's going to be the warmer part of the bay. emeryville right now, cooler with the clouds today. light showers, level one system on monday. the end of the week. well, we'll be featuring more rain breezy conditions and it's going to be much colder with low snow levels. and it looks like this will be mostly a beneficial rainfall event at the end of the week. this system not going to hit everyone. it's very light. the scattered showers from tomorrow morning throughout the afternoon, 1/100 to about a quarter of an inch with those breezy winds up to 25 miles an hour. so starting out sunny, the clouds increase throughout the afternoon and then into your

monday morning. notice there's some rainfall offshore before we get into the middle part of the day, and the focus is from the golden gate south, the peninsula , the east bay, and then it moves on out of here late in the day. and as i stated before, not a whole lot expected with this system, but breezy north winds behind it. so you're going to feel the chill. this is today up to 1520 miles an hour. then the winds back off and then we get into your monday afternoon with the passage of the cold front. breezy to gusty north winds at the coast. and that's going to set the stage for a very cold tuesday morning winter weather advisory for the west slopes and the lake tahoe area. 4 to 10in of snow from 10:00 tonight through 4:00 on tuesday. and those winds up to 45 miles an hour. so a cooler day for black joy. the parade this afternoon. temperatures hovering around 60 as we get through the middle part of the day and not coming up much after that into the low 60s. so highs today, ranging from the low 60s closer to the bay and the coast, with some
