the robb elementary school shooting. a new report acknowledges their failures but says they don't deserve punishment. this morning, families in uvalde, texas, are lashing out after a report on the response to the robb elementary school shooting cleared officers of wrongdoing. >> how dare you? >> how dare you? >> you were paid by them. these are the moments the first officers entered the school in 2022, encountering gunfire and retreating. >> then waiting 77 minutes before breaching the door. this child survived. >> this child was shot and he set in there for 77 minutes at a packed council meeting yesterday, retired detective jesse prado, who was hired by the city to investigate the shooting that killed 19 children and two teachers, detailed multiple failures by law enforcement, but prado found none of those officers violated policy. >> there were no indications of wrongdoing in any of his actions. there was no evidence of serious acts of misconduct.
