bike lanes in the middle of the road for safety reasons. business owners there say business has been down dramatically since the changes. there are now worries of the same problems here in west portal. >> like this was a knee jerk reaction to a terrible tragedy. needs a little more thought. >> this is a really dramatic change. and they put it out and they said, there's ten days of comment that's really inappropriate. >> how does that prevent someone from speeding or going up on a sidewalk? so even though they want to change the street, it wouldn't prevent anyone from doing exactly what the lady who crashed into that family of four did. so i don't see the connection. >> those with the sfmta say on the direction of mayor london breed and supervisor myrna melgar, they are moving quickly on this plan and will work closely with merchants to make sure their needs are met in san francisco. j.r. stone, abc seven news. >> friends of the family of four killed in last month's wrong-way crash along west portal have reached their fundraising goal.

quick, it was powerful. >> it was loud. i mean, people heard it all the way up the block. everybody just went out at the same time. our neighbor kind of said, what was that? was that an earthquake? >> the fbi bomb squad and daly city police spent hours looking over the wreckage. different items were pulled out of the car, including a propane tank. by wednesday afternoon, police said the explosion appears to be accidental. >> it was just kind of weird why you would have a propane tank in a car like that sitting there. it's not hot temperature. you're trying to think of what things could detonate a propane tank. >> daly city police say the investigation is ongoing, but it does not appear anyone was located in or around the vehicle with injuries. >> you know, the times we're in with everything going on, it is kind of unsettling. >> barrientos said. people commonly park there to be close to the cliffs, to fish or catch a sunset. but he didn't recognize this particular car, police said. it appears this was an isolated incident and there are no ongoing threats to the public. >> this is really kind of quiet

larry beil is here with the key decision for the red and gold. >> larry, the 40 niners have the 31st pick in round one of the nfl draft. so do they move up or do they move down? do they trade brandon aiyuk? who wants a new contract? he's done all the usual stuff removing niners references from his social media accounts, standard operating procedure these days for disgruntled players, the assumption is that aiyuk wants about $25 million a year. although i'm on ross saint brown got a deal from the detroit lions today averaging 30 mil per year, but not all of that money is guaranteed, which, you know, the niners are mentioning to iwc's agents. niners have a tradition of resigning their players just before training camp, but that is months away. so do they wait it out with aiyuk and hope a deal gets done? or do they trade him for maybe a first round pick? if the niners stand pat, they'd be expected to take an offensive or defensive lineman with pick number 31. so will brandon aiyuk end up a 40 niner after round one tomorrow? we'll still be on the team. we'll find out tomorrow night starting 5 p.m. here on abc seven, then catch after the draft following round one as cal

started to break up and we started to see some peeks of sun this afternoon. but overall it was still cloudy and cooler than average with highs in the 60s. now i do want to show you the water vapor imagery, the area of low pressure that brought us the cooler than average conditions the last couple of days is exiting. it's opened up. it's moved down towards southern california, not before providing the lift for a few isolated thunderstorms earlier today. we have another system coming our way. this one is coming out of the northwest tomorrow afternoon, going into friday, that's going to reinforce that cooler than average pattern for another day. so your temperatures right now in the 50s and the 60s, a live view from golden gate bridge camera. and you can see it's a little bit of a murky view tomorrow morning. low clouds and fog tomorrow afternoon evening. going into friday we're going to see gusty conditions, isolated shower chance and your weekend outlook is sunnier and milder. just in time for pan can purple stride in san jose this saturday? it is really just going to be a beautiful day for walking. a good, cool morning.
