>> welcome back. a tennessee judge has stopped the foreclosure sale of elvis presley's home, graceland, at least for now. that judge also said the company trying to foreclose may have presented forged documents to the court. and he suggested that the trustee, presley's granddaughter, riley keough, may have a legitimate claim of fraud against that company. >> the legal hammer is about to drop on the nation's largest ticket seller, potentially transforming the entire live concert industry. today, the justice department is set to launch an antitrust suit against live nation that is the parent company of ticketmaster. here's abc's andrea fujii. this morning new action to address the high price of concert tickets and other live events, the justice department is expected to file an antitrust lawsuit as soon as today against live nation, the parent company of ticketmaster, which controls more than 70% of the ticket sales market. >> the investigation began two years ago after the taylor swift

eras tour ticket meltdown, when ticketmaster site crashed, leaving fans brokenhearted. >> the tickets are so overpriced that the average person is going to be able to go anymore. customers accuse ticketmaster and live nation of speculative sales and hidden fees. >> lawmakers in washington grilled live nation's president. >> this is all a definition of monopoly. >> if you care about the consumer capped the price. >> the company blamed scalpers and bots pretending to be human customers. but live nation president joe berchtold this week said the company has been seeking common ground with the justice department. he addressed live nation's use of exclusive contracts, which require a venue to use ticketmaster for a certain number of years. berchtold saying the company has no issues with any venue that says they want to be non-exclusive. but he insisted many venues prefer using only one ticketing service to streamline their operations. the government's antitrust lawsuit could seek to break up live
