4:33 pm
that are developing already along the coast. right now, we have gusts up to 25mph. and of course, that elevates the fire concerns. so here's our wind gusts animation taking us into the overnight hours. and tomorrow you'll see that we'll have by tomorrow. uh. well, later this afternoon actually gusts up to 45mph on the coast. then by tomorrow, 45mph pushing inland as well. 35 to 45 gusts all across the bay area. now the winds diminish. they tend to overnight as the relative humidity increases overnight. so that's good news. but then again on monday, we'll see the winds bouncing back up again to dangerous levels along with increased or decreased relative humidity in the daytime hours. here's our fire danger index for the bay area. right now we're in the moderate to high risk indicated by the blue and the yellow. but notice during the overnight of course that risk goes down. but then tomorrow afternoon it will start to extend to the high to very high index for the north bay and the east bay. most of the remainder of the bay area and the moderate to high risk. and that pattern
4:34 pm
will continue into monday. so for two more days we will be talking about high fire risk here in the bay area. hopefully we won't get a red flag warning here, but it's right on our border, so it's important to know that we need to be careful and vigilant under under these conditions. it is spencer, thank you for tracking that for us. >> all right. well, new details about a robbery targeting workers at the contra costa county fair. antioch police now tell us it's just one of a bigger series of crimes. ten in a little more than two months, everybody's free game right now with these criminals, and it's everywhere. >> yeah. and then they're requiring chaperons for county fair leaders told us last month armed robbers stole $90,000 from employees trying to make a deposit at a bank. >> police now say they're investigating several more robberies and attempted robberies of people in bank parking lots. they say in other cases, the suspects watched victims leaving and followed them home. police say the first crime happened april 1st, with the most recent on tuesday. it's
