over on the left side of the aisle, things are not going great for the democrats. yesterday, president biden tested positive for covid, which is the first positive thing that's happened to him in weeks. [ laughter ] and the big bombshell today is that joe's former boss, barack obama, has told allies he thinks biden needs to seriously consider his strength as a candidate. now this could be devastating for biden. he just lost the most important resource an older white man can have, his one black friend. [ laughter ] you know, president biden is still refusing to drop out of the race, although he did say yesterday he'd consider it if doctors told him he had a serious medical condition. well, look here, sleepy joe.

[ laughter ] the summer olympics are set to start in paris next week. one of the big controversies leading up to the games has been the cleanliness of the river seine, where they're planning to hold some of the swimming competitions. now, until recently, e. coli levels in the river had been dangerously high. french scientists believe that's because the water contained a lot of "oui-oui."
