clean, even though he says it's a very dangerous area. >> i have to be very careful, that's for sure. >> on saturday night, san jose police say two of their community service officers or csos were working to control traffic at monterey road and palm avenue because of a crash down the road. a passerby got video of that first accident scene around 8:30 p.m. with all the fire trucks and first responders. >> they were all lined up here just before 10 p.m. >> police say a suspected drunk driver crashed into the two csos, the same passer by who saw the first accident scene told us they were surprised to see the second scene a short while late, they saw first responders performing cpr on one of the csos. police say one officer died from his injuries. the other officer who was seriously hurt, is expected to survive. >> we saw all the all the police cars and fire trucks and so we knew it was pretty bad. >> officers arrested the driver at the scene and they suspect he

lingering morning cloud cover. we have right now, temperatures about five to 8 or 10 degrees cooler across the bay area than they were at this time yesterday. so you can see the effect of the lingering morning low clouds. right now we've got mainly sunny skies away from the coast at 60 degrees here in san francisco, upper 60s at oakland, and hayward, 77 at san jose 74. redwood city 57 at half moon bay. now you can see the clouds pretty much hung around the golden gate, just about all day long. and of course, they're getting even deeper now and expanding out across the bay. it's 85 degrees up north at santa rosa, 72 at napa. we have 90 at fairfield, 93 at concord, 86 at livermore. so we do have some warm spots in our inland areas. and here's a look across the embarcadero from our rooftop camera overnight into monday morning. fog and drizzle near the coast and bay tomorrow afternoon. warm summer pattern. and then tuesday and wednesday. triple digit heat will return to our inland areas overnight. look for that deepening, expanding marine layer that i mentioned pushing across the bay and locally inland. lots of patchy drizzle along the coast and some
