to l.a. without a passport or ticket >> reporter: a mystery at l.a.x., as fbi officials are trying to solve how a man from russia arrived at the airport without a passport or any documentation showing he had a flight into the u.s. the man's name is sergei ochikaba he faces a charge of being a stow away. on november 4 he arrived at l.a.x. after hopping on an sas flight in copenhagen when he arrived and presented himself for entry at the customs and border protection at the airport officer discovered he was not a listed passenger according to the affidavit, when questioned, he gave false and misleading information about his travel to the u.s. it listed he initially told officers he left his passport on the plane, but there was no passport or any other documents there. but within his personal belongings, a russian and israeli i.d. were found. now he was not a traditional
