brace for more rain this weekend. meteorologist kari hall will help us lay out exactly what we need to know and when we need to reach for those umbrellas. you're watching "today in the bay." >> not today, not today. >> good morning to you on this friday. i'm marcus washington. >> i'm laura garcia. looks like this is the only sunshine we're going to see today. it's pretty cold out there. >> it's cold and eventually we'll start to see more clouds coming in. the rain is for tomorrow. so at least we will see at least some dry weather for this afternoon. temperature-wise, we're in the upper 30s and we're right now at 40 degrees in oakland, 45 in san francisco. as we take a look at those wind speeds, very light wind this morning, but it may become a little more breezy as you head out later today. temperatures head for the mid to upper 50s and we'll see fremont and dublin reaching a high of 55 degrees. 57 in san mateo and san

francisco also at 57 degrees. rain starts out early tomorrow, so i'll have a look at the timeline and what you can expect in a few minutes. cinthia, you're tracking a crash in the north bay? >> yeah, this is right around american canyon, westbound 80. so we do have this issue going westbound, but if you are traveling eastbound on 80 already for the getaway weekend, be careful of this. keep going and let crews take care of this. this is right before you get to the rest area there. there were apparently three cars that got into it in the number two lane. so they're working to clear that scene out of the way. drive careful around american canyon. and we do have the slow go on the richmond-san rafael bridge after they're clearing the overnight work. >> thank you very much. 6:02 right now. to new developments after the latest scare at palisades tahoe ski resort. this is a live look this morning. a second avalanche forced a brief new closure one day after another deadly slide.

it's certainly been a few tense days at the basin, and it comes in this lead-up to the mlk holiday weekend. bob redell joins us live along interstate 580 this morning. we know so many families will be heading to the sierra for this long, extended weekend. what do they need to know? >> reporter: well, as with any three-day holiday weekend or four-day holiday weekend, you want to leave earlier rather than waiting until the late afternoon or evening when there's more of a rush, especially on 580 eastbound behind me. people will be heading back to tahoe, after that deadly avalanche at the resort this past couple of days. the most recent avalanche happened yesterday on the alpine side of palisades tahoe resort near wolverine bowl. resort staff said that ski patrol did avalanche control before opening the ski area, which is common after a recent snowfall. after the avalanche, crews did

beacon reflector searches and eventually used probes. olympic valley resident craig hamilton saw the aftermath of what happened from the ski lift and helped with that effort. >> i kind of couldn't believe what i saw at first. i look over there and, i'm, like, what? there's a massive avalanche debris slide right down the middle of the bowl that hadn't been there the last lift ride up, the last run. >> reporter: luckily, no skiers or employees were caught in the snow yesterday. hamilton believes the resort is doing everything it can, but adds even as an avid skier himself, he's taking it easy. the second avalanche yesterday comes on the heels of wednesday's avalanche that killed a 66-year-old man who lived part-time in marin county. rescuers saved three other people who were buried. there was a lot of snow, 10 feet deep, covering a large area of 50 by 150 yards. those three people who were buried all suffered minor injuries. the ski lift near the second

avalanche site yesterday reopened after the area was closed. the resort says it's still unclear if the kt-22 lift near the site of the deadly avalanche on wednesday, unclear if that will reopen today. a person buried under the snow wednesday, he did speak with us. we'll hear from him within the next half hour. reporting live here in dublin, bob redell, "today in the bay." >> it is a remarkable story. we look forward to that. thank you, bob. well, iran-backed hezbollah is expressing outrage after the u.s. and uk air strikes against houthi controlled targets in yemen. now, this is some video we want to show you of the uk aircraft involved in the strikes taking off from the base in cypress. among the targets, more than a dozen sites, including an air field and air defense radar system. it follows the recent escalation by houthi targeting maritime ships in the red sea and repeated warnings from the u.s. to halt those actions. there's no word yet from yemen

about possible casualties. 6:05 right now. to decision 2024, and the final sprint for the first contest in the 2024 presidential election. now, iowa voters are gearing up for the caucus next monday, and the latest republican polls show that former president trump has a significant lead in iowa. but trump right now, more focused on the courtroom. he spent much of the week first in d.c. this is fighting immunity in a criminal case stemming from his actions surrounding the january 6th siege. and in new york for a civil trial. so far trump's legal woes do not appear to be damaging his campaign, but any show of voter support for his opponents in iowa will be closely watched, and may have a big impact on the race moving forward. that point not lost on nikki haley. >> look, monday matters.

your voice matters. i trust you. i trust you, because i know america gets this. the political pundits on tv want to write this story already and act like november 2024 is already here. they don't know. but you do. >> candidates are planning to have a full weekend of campaigning across iowa, but winter weather conditions may make that more complicated, with blizzard warnings in effect. new at 6:00, keep the butter handy. bay area commercial crabbers are getting the green light on the start of the dungeness crab season. but there's also a catch. state fish and wildlife will allow boats to start pulling their nets next thursday. it follows months of delays due to migratory whales. boats will have to agree to a 50% trap reduction. crab season has already gotten under way in the waters north of the bay area with mendocino

crabbers getting the go ahead last week. taking a live look outside at pacifica where the king tides are returning later this morning. so let's check in with meteorologist kari hall. she's been monitoring a really busy week. >> we talk about those king tides, those are those higher than normal astronomical tides, and it will be happening later this morning. right now we're at low tide. if you're out there for late morning into the noon hour, you'll notice the water is coming up a lot higher and those low-lying areas along the bay shore trails and coastline will be dealing with localized flooding and the peak of the high tide will be at 11:19 this morning. so we are going to be tracking that as we go through the next couple of hours, and then we'll see the potential of some rain coming in for tomorrow. so looking at the king tides once again, what to expect, we are going to see this as the last day of dealing with that, and the next set of king tides will be coming in on february 9th.

tomorrow we'll have rain falling. i'll have more on that in the full microclimate forecast in a few minutes. we're watching the build over the altamont pass as people make their way westbound 580 into parts of livermore and the greater bay area. we see sensors picking up on the red. it's about a 36-minute drive from grant line over to 680, and just about ten minutes once you make your way down into the sunol area to 680 on westbound 4. good morning. very happy friday. we did better on the stock market than i would have expected on thursday, despite some bad news from the consumer price index. inflation running a little hotter than we anticipated. we get the ppi, the producer price index today. shares in tesla fell after the company said it was once again lowering prices in china, and news here in america that hertz will sell about a third of its electric car rental fleet. that will put thousands of lightly used teslas on the car market for a decent price, and

could compete with new teslas for buyers. tech crunch reports emery ville's pixar is planning layoffs. reuters says the company feels it has too many employees. the company discord said the exact same thing, it, too, is cutting jobs, 170. the ceo there wrote a memo to employees saying the company had over-hired. we've heard this a lot. during the boom times, companies hire just to hire. they can afford it. you may recall an interview we did with a woman hired by facebook who wasn't even sure what it was she was hired to do. >> kind of feeling like they were hoarding us like pokemon. we were the best of the best, some of the smartest people i know were being forced to not do anything. looking ahead to the weekend, the chiefs/dolphins game is saturday on peacock. this is video of a game that was on nbc and peacock. the playoff chiefs game will

only be on peacock, the first time in football history a game has been streaming only during the playoffs. i spoke to folks at a company in foster city, they're testing peacock's ability to handle all of these viewers with no interruptions. peacock, by the way, owned by the same company that owns nbc. so tv is easy. you broadcast one signal to everybody. streaming, that's one signal per person, and much more difficult. >> every single session is watching the game at exactly the same time and that's eating up a ton of capacity and processing on the publisher side. so there's a lot of complexity in delivering live sports and there's a lot of pressure that that delivery has to stay uninterrupted because of the intensity and the commitment and engagement with the game itself. >> i love how that froze right in the middle. you're seeing the problem. if you're wondering if they're a bit nervous about this in the engineering department, they totally know what they're doing, they say. but he says they will be watching very carefully.

of would-be criminals inside a girl they kidnapped. soon, wait for it, that little girl transforms into a ballerina vampire. the film premieres april 19th and it's distributed by universal, like nbc bay area, a division of comcast. you might remember, cloud was one of the stars of "euphoria," he died from what medical examiners are calling an acute intoxication of drugs. it happened at his family's home in oakland. another one of his films will premiere next week at sundance. >> really sad. meanwhile, if you think hollywood endings only happen in movies, two sisters in ohio are going viral for helping reunite their divorced parents. >> so the couple divorced nearly ten years ago, each moved on, while continuing to co parent.

but the pandemic apparently brought the couple and their two daughters once again under one roof in part to help care for elderly family members. but that's when the daughters started to pick up on some rekindled chemistry, documenting it all on tiktok. they're opening up about the moment they realized things were heading in a romantic direction. >> it wasn't for a while. it wasn't until, i would say, almost a year after covid. covid was just when they became friendly with each other, which was new enough in itself. and i would say it wasn't until like 2021 that we were, like, what's going on here? what's happening? >> eventually, the pair remarried, with millions of social media fans watching. the family will be on the "today" show to talk about their parent trap style reunion. you can catch that right after "today in the bay." >> can't keep real love apart. >> i think we're going to see a movie come out of that. >> we have.

>> right. pandemic-style. >> parent trap. we're starting out this morning with a lot of craziness. >> maybe a freaky friday. >> i think so. you know what, these temperatures in the 30s are cold, but we've seen below zero temperatures for much of the rest of the country. and so that's what we've seen happening. so we're just going to put things in perspective there for us. it is chilly, but we are also looking at more clouds coming in as we go throughout the day, and we're also going to see temperatures headed back to the mid to upper 50s. and then looking at our rain forecast hour-by-hour, we are going to see some showers moving in from north to south, and it's going to continue to spread across the bay area throughout the morning tomorrow for areas from mainly the peninsula on northward. we're going to see some light showers in the south bay, but then the bulk of that rain

coming during the afternoon into the evening, and also looking at some late night saturday rainfall. so we'll continue to track this as it moves through. we're also looking at some clearing for sunday into monday. so we're mostly looking at about a half inch of rain or less, from san francisco to the east bay, down to the south bay. now, there may be some pockets that get slightly heavier rainfall in the tri-valley. look at the north bay, anywhere from three-quarters of an inch of rain or higher, possibly closer to 2 inches of rainfall for ukiah. and then if you're going to the sierra this weekend, there will be some very heavy snow. there's a winter storm warning that will be in effect. we're looking at low visibility and gusty winds from late tonight and throughout the day on saturday. we're looking at the possibility of about 6 to 21 inches of snow for kingvale. that's really great for the sierra snowpack. we know that a lot of people go there for the long holiday weekend. you'll have to be very careful

and plan the travel times accordingly. our temperatures will reach into the mid to upper 50s, and our overnight temperatures in the lower 40s. cinthia has been tracking the roads. any issues popping up? >> there's a couple. let's go down to the south bay, where just around -- once you pass downtown, getting closer to the airport, northbound 87, there is a crash at the taylor street off-ramp, and police, the tow truck are on scene, and theory saying this car is in a bad spot. so my best advice to you would be to just take it easy, let crews work what they have to do this morning. the rest of the bay area is looking pretty good right now. we'll check in on this build and get back to you in a little bit. >> sounds good. all right, celebrating 50 years of space photography. up next, we sit down with one peninsula artist showing off nasa's long legacy in the bay area. and we're moving you forward with our friday morning school

way for higher revenues. this is "today in the bay." good morning to you on this friday. i'm marcus washington. >> i'm laura garcia. let's get right to our top stories, we're talking about the second avalanche. we're following weather and traffic continues for you. let's start out with "today in the bay"'s bob redell this morning. with so many people heading from the bay area as they do to the sierra, this is an extended weekend, it's a reminder even popular ski resorts are not immune to slide risks. >> reporter: correct, laura. this is something that should be on the mind of people as they're heading out of town for the three-day holiday weekend up to the snow. this is after the two avalanches at palisades tahoe this weekend. that's a ski resort up there. one yesterday that did not hurt anyone, fortunately. and then you had the deadly one on wednesday that killed a 66-year-old man named kenneth kidd who lived part-time in the bay area at point reyes. it buried three other people.

they all survived with minor injuries. this was the frantic scene as rescuers dug to find survivors. we spoke with jason parker, one of the three people buried in the snow. he was flipped onto his belly during the avalanche. parker says it was about eight minutes before help finally got to him. >> i just got hit from the rest of the debris field that came down and it just buried me so quick. i've taken a class, punched a hole with my right arm that wasn't sealed yet and make an air pocket. but at that point i felt this probe hit the middle of my back on my spine and it just jarred me. and that's when i could hear the person above me just go, i found him, or we've got him. and i just -- i mean, at that point you know it's probably going to be okay, that you made it. >> reporter: yesterday just a little more than 24 hours after the one on wednesday, there was another avalanche on the alpine meadows side of the palisades tahoe resort.

this is near wolverine bowl if you're familiar with the area. this happened even though the resort performed avalanche mitigation earlier in the day. the resort did search that area, no one was buried. the area was cleared by ski patrol and the lift in that area was reopened. reporting live along 580, the get out of town route, one of them here in the bay area, bob redell, "today in the bay." >> thank you very much, bob. let's look at those current conditions up there. let's check in with meteorologist kari hall. it looks like it's gotten colder. last time it was like 10 degrees. >> yeah, it's a whole 9 degrees right now. yeah, we are feeling some very cold temperatures there. if you're going for the weekend, you want to make sure you're dressed appropriately. we talk about the conditions that we see for the avalanche that happened yesterday, as well as just a couple days ago. underneath we have a very weak snow layer, and then recently we've been getting a lot of fresh, thicker snow that's been

heavy and wet. all of that as it weighs down on some of those steeper slopes may start to slide downhill and it just grows in size and strength. heads up if you're going there, we have a bit of a travel window now. there will be a winter storm warning in effect later on this afternoon, and continuing through tomorrow during the afternoon. and this weekend alone we're looking at another 6 to 18 inches of snow, and some additional light snow going into next week. so we'll be tracking those conditions and talk about what's going on here. cinthia, you've been tracking the route to get there. >> yeah, and on caltrans there are a few chain control areas, but mainly it's those issues out on the roadway, ice and snow, take it slow. they say that for a reason. we need to be careful driving 80 or 50. right now chain controls going around tahoe city. as you're making 89, it is also limiting you to a 25 mile an hour speed limit. so please drive slow and make sure you have all of your emergency kits ready with you.

we also have that chain control after kirkwood, right before meyers. that's also a 25 mile an hour limit. so just take those chains with you, take those emergency kits, and just take it nice and slow. as kari was mentioning, we do only have that small window today before things get a little more hectic over the weekend. back to you. >> thank you very much. it is 6:34 right now. people in one vallejo neighborhood rattled after a police chase ended in a crash and the shooting of one suspect. it all unfolded yesterday afternoon when deputies say american canyon police tried to stop a car that then took off, leading officers on a chase through several north bay cities. ring camera video shows some of the chase before it ended with a crash. one officer shot and injured one suspect. officers arrested a second suspect nearby. police also say two firearms were recovered near the suspect's car. new details on a big scare new year's day, this is when a

b.a.r.t. train derailed in the east bay. leaders say without recent track replacements, the incident may have been far worse. >> if it hadn't been replaced three years ago, the situation could have been much different. the existing infrastructure probably would have been completely destroyed. as it turns out, the damage in this case, although it looked catastrophic, was quite minimal. >> executives went in-depth on what happened during the board meeting yesterday, the accident happened near the orinda station. this is during a network failure at the rail switch point. no one was injured, but service was halted for the rest of the day. >> b.a.r.t. riders who drive to their home stations and park may want to brace for changes starting today. >> some of those cases, the rates are changing on top of the rate hikes we've seen. "today in the bay"'s cinthia pimentel is joining us. those changes are a mixed bag. >> that's right.

we spoke to the b.a.r.t. spokesperson about some pricing changes at several of the stations, and it's not all bad news. take a listen. >> we are making some changes to our parking prices. the interesting thing is that we have three stations where the prices are going up, but we have five stations where the price is going down. we have prices going up slightly at glenn park, millbrae and west oakland, but prices going down at bay fair, coliseum, hayward, richmond and warm springs, south fremont. >> one interesting note is the price adjustments are based on metrics they get about parking lot usage for each station. so in some cases today, those five stations will benefit riders as they lower rates. back to you. >> thanks so much. let's take a live look outside. this is in pacifica where the king tides are returning later this morning. it can trigger minor coastal flooding, which in some cases

we've already seen this week. kari hall has been following all of the king tides as the gravitational pull continues. >> we are seeing that causing the water levels to come up a lot higher along the bayshore trail and causing flooding late morning. this will be the last day we'll have to deal with king tide and the peak of those high tides will be at 11:19 this morning, and coming up to nearly 7 feet. low tide will be also extremely low, and that happens between 4:00 and 7:00 this evening. the next set of king tides will be on february 9th. so we're watching that for the coastline. if you're going to santa cruz, it's going to be in the mid-50s today. and then we have some rain off and on in the forecast for tomorrow. you may catch some breaks, but it will be kind of soggy out there and drying up for sunday. then we also have the last weekend of downtown ice in san jose. this happening downtown in the circle of palms, and any time between noon and 10:00 p.m. you can go online and get tickets. it will be a cool day and we're going to see some peeks of

sunshine as our highs head for the mid-50s. if you have tickets to see the glowfari lantern festival, that's from 5:00 to 9:00. we're at 53 degrees and you can see how the temperatures drop as we go into late tonight. and then if you're going to palisades tahoe this weekend, just a heads up that it will be snowing off and on. it starts out as rain, but then as the temperatures drop and you go up in elevation, we're going to see that quickly transitioning over to snow. and snow will be off and on gradually tapering off on sunday. but we are looking at saturday, the worst day of travel, and we'll also have to monitor those conditions there. looking at sonoma valley, it's going to be in the mid-50s and a soggy saturday on the way. so i'll be tracking all of that. we'll talk more about the forecast in a few minutes. >> thanks, kari. 6:39 right now. a famous tiktoker cuts his bay area tour short. the reason the popular foodie says he's had his fill of food, and apparently everything else about oakland and the city by the bay. some big changes in student

good friday morning. the time is now 6:42. we're getting a look at our day planner for gilroy. we're starting out very cold, near freezing, and we'll be there through about 8:00. we get mostly sunny skies and a slow warm-up as we head for the mid-50s. we are dry today, but saturday is looking soggy for some. i'll have a look in the full microclimate forecast. we're taking a look along 101 in palo alto. there are cars heading in the northbound direction and i see a little bit of a pile-up going on toward the top of the screen. i'll check on that and report back. >> thank you very much. 6:43 right now. all six crew members aboard a navy helicopter are safe after a crash in southern california. it happened during a training mission last night in coronado. the chopper crashed into the san

diego bay. thankfully, a safety boat was nearby and quickly plucked the victims from the water. all are now being evaluated. so far, there's no word on serious injuries. the white house just announced new ways for some former students to get rid of their student loans. >> scott mcgrew, the courts and congress both have told the president no, but his administration seems to have found ways around it. >> good morning to you. we're likely not going to see the sweeping student loan relief the biden administration really wants, but they have been able to put together some piecemeal efforts. the latest is relief for former students who have loans under $12,000 that they've been paying down for at least ten years. if they're involved in the new save plan, that balance will be erased. there are benefits for other students as well, changes to the save program. we expect it to come this summer, they're coming now. a lot of details. you can find more on the student loan website studentaid.gov.

that is money not coming into the government coffers and this is at a time when the budget deficit is ballooning. the latest data we have shows the government's budget deficit was a half a trillion dollars for a quarter, three months. that's not the debt. the debt is trillions and trillions and trillions. we spent half a trillion over what they brought in just october to december of last year. that's going to put more pressure on republican speaker of the house mike johnson to break a promise he made with democrats on a new spending bill. johnson's critics say they'll sabotage the vote if johnson doesn't ask for more cuts to government spending. so he is in a tough position. if he goes through with the deal -- well, let's start with if he goes back on the deal. if he goes back on the deal, then there's no deal and the government shuts down, right? if he tries to stick to the

deal, if he does go through with it, the right flank in his party is going to refuse to approve it and the government will shut down. if everything goes right, and for some reason the spending bill passes, they still haven't figured out the appropriations part of it, what agency gets what. and if they don't do that in time, government shuts down. in the senate, senate majority leader chuck schumer and his counterpart, mitch mcconnell, are working on yet another continuing resolution to at least delay the shutdown. >> unfortunately, it has become crystal clear that it will take more than a week to finish the appropriations process. so today i am taking the first procedural step for the senate to pass a temporary extension of government funding so the government does not shut down on january the 19th. >> there are four days until the iowa caucuses. a new poll shows nikki haley in second place.

the poll shows haley seven points ahead of desantis, but behind trump. trump on the way to win iowa by the widest margin in history for a republican. the current record, bob dole beat his closest competitor by 13 points. trump looks like he's going to win by 30 points. of course, winning iowa is no guarantee. the all-time record, 32 points, is held by walter mondale. there's also a presidential vote in taiwan tomorrow. the choices, somebody from the party that's been in power in taiwan for years that want them to continue to be independent from china. the other candidate wants closer ties, and there's a third candidate that could prove a spoiler. a lot of eyes in washington, marcus, watching taiwan this weekend. >> all right, you will be watching, too, scott. thank you. new at 6:00, a popular tiktok flew influencer has already cut his bay area visit short and he explained why on his channel. >> i don't believe the bay is a

place to be a tourist. the people in the bay are just focused on surviving. >> you hear keith lee telling his 15 million followers on his trip that is already over. so along with the public safety concerns, he cites a trip to the hospital and lackluster meals. he was calling out local leaders about what he believes is a shocking amount of abandoned cars and tents. he also says he was rushed to the hospital after suffering an allergic reaction from one of his meals. also, for him, the food he tried didn't live up to the hype. for some background, lee is a mixed martial artist from detroit posting food reviews that started in his new hometown of vegas. i will say that he did give one taco stand in oakland a good review. he gave it an eight, which is really good for him. so someone got a good review in

the weather, it's all tarped over to keep the track ready for us to race on it tomorrow. >> let's talk about that. because how do you prepare for when there are wet conditions out there? you've been doing this for some time. what is the plan? what do you go through mentally to get ready for that? >> i mean, mentally there's no way around it. you know you've got to go through it, no matter what the circumstances are. so you've just got to be mentally tough and you know the hard times are coming. you just have to push your way through it. >> we know it's going to rain this weekend as well. does it make it tougher to judge it when you're getting these weather conditions to go along with it? >> yeah, definitely tough to judge on a supercross track with all the big jumps. so it's definitely a challenge, along with the great racers, now weather permitting. so it's definitely going to be an awesome experience this weekend for sure. >> colby, talk to us about what gets you pumped before you get on the track. because some people, they have

you mentioned, it could make things a lot more exciting for people, just seeing that mud sloshing around. we're going to start out with a clear sky this morning. as you head out, it is very cold. we've seen temperatures near freezing in a lot of our inland valleys, with morgan hill and san martin now freezing, and we're seeing temperatures in the 30s across much of the rest of the bay area. it is 40 in san francisco and oakland as you step out. eventually we'll start to see more clouds come in as we get ready for some saturday rainfall. and it will first start in the north bay and continue to work its way through. so while we have time to prepare, we're clearing leaves from the storm drains and making sure all the holiday decorations are put away. we're going to see temperatures for this afternoon in the mid to upper 50s, and it will be slightly cooler in some spots tomorrow as that rain comes in. and then here we are timing it out, where we may see at least some light showers as early as late tonight. and then most of us getting the rain starting out early tomorrow

morning for the north bay, begins a lot earlier, and then continuing to roll down the peninsula into the south bay late tomorrow afternoon into the evening. all of this clearing out by sunday morning, and then we go back to a clear sky. we're looking at during that time of the rain falling a lot higher amounts for the north bay, with about three-quarters of an inch of rain possible for mill valley. but it could be closer to 2 inches of rainfall for ukiah and areas farther north. most of the bay area getting about a half inch of rain or less. so we will have a nice little soaking before we go back to dry weather. and we are also looking at a very nice day for the martin luther king holiday and another set of showers in the forecast for wednesday. cinthia, you've been tracking the roads. any issues popping up? >> there are a couple more that have come up on the map. we see some along the peninsula, some towards walnut creek. the majority of them have been moved over to the right-hand side. but this one right here, as we go southbound 680 right around

deadly avalanche. it happened on the resort's alpine side. in this case no one was injured. the resort staff say the ski patrol conducted avalanche control before opening the ski area, which is common after recent snowfall. meanwhile, it's still not clear when the resort will reopen the kt-22 ski lift near the site of wednesday's deadly avalanche. that's when a 66-year-old part-time marin county man died. three others were rescued. all of them suffered minor injuries. b.a.r.t. riders who drive to their home stations and park may want to brace for changes. starting today, rates are changing on top of recent fare hikes. b.a.r.t. says prices are going up at three stations, glenn park, millbrae, and west oakland. prices are going down by a couple of dollars at the bay fair, coliseum, hayward, richmond and warm springs/south fremont lots. price adjustments are based on
