biden's age. can he flip the script and embrace it and say here i am this is what i do, and i am going to make gaffes here? >> i think he can. look, his age is not that different from trump's age. a lot of it has to do with the way trump looks and the way biden looks. suffering from a little bit of artery in his back and stiff walk and whatnot. the fact is these guys i think downstream will be judged not just for the way they look or the way they walk but what they say and do. >> let's go to the state level. last night interesting adam schiff and steve garvey the top two advanced to november which is great for the republicans and steve garvey and now the real work begins. can steve garyvie win in november? we have not had a republican since pete wilson. >> not that he is just a republican male a novice. he may have been a great baseball player. but he is a novice when it comes

to politics. he not held any office. and you've seen him in the debates how difficult it is for him to get anything out. he will get better on the stump but schiff is a pro. so it's going to be a problem that way. but, the other way to handle it is, i'm tired of everybody, tired of any incumbent i want a fresh face i will take garvey that is the way i would play it. >> that would be something to watch this development. >> it will be a good one. >> thank you, larry. a date is set the supreme court will hear arguments on former president trump's immunity case. it's all linked to trump's federal election interference trial he claims he is immune because he was president at the time. two lower courts rejected that argument. so he took this to the supreme court. now, the court said it will hear the immunity case on april 25. but it could take months for the justices to issue an opinion. if they decide that he is not
