grind. we're talking about grinding that coffee. so there is a cybertruck powered coffee shop. it's making waves here in silicon valley. and today in the bay. cinthia pimentel joins us now with an up close look at that shop. and cynthia, have you gotten a cup of joe or 2 or 3 in the last hour? so far, i have only had one. we had a little bit of a live studio audience a little bit ago that got to taste this really good coffee with such an amazing technology. and i'm here with mabel and ming. they are co-owners of moon lake coffee roasters. former tech workers poured their vision into this design. and ming, tell me a little bit about this. you have a lot of insight with this technology. it powers it up. what can you tell us about why you went with this design? yeah, so this is our mobile coffee experience platform. and the truck actually ticked all the boxes for us. this whole design is centered around this fully

commercial 200, 200 pound espresso machine. so it's powered off of two 40 volt, which this truck can deliver. and so we've just welded this custom platform that this rides on and everything kind of folds up and just slides in and out of the bed. so it's super mobile. we can get in places that, you know, big food trucks and trailers can't, and we can keep up with full commercial volume. so yeah, that's why we went with it. what do people think when they first, you know, pull up and see this kind of design? are they just amazed at it? what's been kind of the feedback that you've gotten? you know, it's really funny. some people see the truck first and they think the wrap is really cool, and then they get mind blown when they see the espresso coming out the back or vice versa. they'll see the espresso and they'll not realize there's a whole cyber truck behind it, but yeah, i think a lot of people are just their first thought is like, how can you power all this equipment? the whole day and drive home? and turns out we only use about 10% powering, like, you know, full cafe volume for the whole day. so yeah, that's one of the big questions

we get energy efficient and giving the people what they want . right. well, mabel, tell me, where can people find you? because cyber trucks turn heads all across the bay area, but you're giving them coffee, too. so where can we go to find you to, you know, making us a cup of coffee? yeah. so if you don't see us driving around town, you can find us on sundays at cupertino, deanza college farmers market from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m, that's actually our temporary home. while we are building out our cafe, roastery later this year in west san jose. so targeting opening in september of 2024. looking forward to having people in four walls. all right, everybody, you heard it here. stay tuned for the next location. and this is a really, you know, innovative design. once you see it up close in person it really takes your breath away. and the coffee is just the cherry on top. it is delicious. so we're going to be here and we'll wait for you. marcus and ginger to come and
