because of the equipment. it's narrow there. there's only 1 or 2 lanes at any given time based on how far we're coming up toward the off ramp and the transitions. so we're watching highway 37, possibly the area to avoid if you can. this is tough, though, because highway 37 connects vallejo and novato, and so you'd have to either go up to highway 12 or you have to come down to the richmond bridge, which is seeing more traffic flow. thankfully, the rest of the bay is showing a lighter volume of traffic so you can take a little extra time and then make sure you get to those alternate routes. there's also a game in the city just to warn you about tonight. there may be more crowds on that 280 extension coming to oracle park. back to you. thank you. mike a stunning south bay heist caught on camera. more than a dozen thieves smashed the displays at a jewelry store ahead on today on the bay. word of a break in the a word of break rather in the investigation and the possible connection to another recent similar crime. plus lots of decisions may be coming from the supreme court and lots of controversy as well. out to the

find it kind of strange that he would insult the largest city in wisconsin because he's running for president. he obviously wants to win wisconsin. we all win the election. and so to insult the state that's hosting your convention, i think is kind of kind of bizarre, actually. it's kind of unhinged in a way. the senate judiciary committee says there are yet more instances of clarence thomas accepting private airplane trips from a billionaire friend, trips is not documented on his financial disclosures, including one to san jose in june of 2021. we don't know why we do expect more decisions from the high court to be published today at 7 a.m. our time. so about 12 minutes, including presidential immunity, possibly another abortion case, and whether domestic abusers should get their guns back, undoing part of the federal violence against women act, though, of course, it would count for any abusers of any gender. ginger that's a tough one, scott. i've got to give you that one. all right.

well, we'll be watching out for those decisions, though. it's a big one in just a few hours. alameda county fair kicks off its summer run in pleasanton, okay. and that's where we find today in the bay's bob redell with some of the stars of this year's fair. oh look at them go. should we hold our a pause here? yeah. we found somebody who's woken up this morning who has not had their coffee yet. i mean, this dog has no energy. you're looking at tempo. the dog and macy his trainer. we got kari here with the canine star stunt dog show. it's a new feature here at the alameda county fairgrounds. and i think a lot of people would be surprised to hear that these dogs, they're not they're rescue. yeah, they are rescue dogs. almost all of them. we picked them up from shelters. opal here was adopted from just a shelter in florida. she was just found as a stray. now she's a superstar. and what about tempo? tempo is from salt lake city, utah. he's a border collie and he's only a year old. and already he is amazing. oh, i see

up for our holiday weekend here we are starting off the morning a bit cool with that june gloom through petaluma in the upper 40s, san francisco as well. starting to clear those skies. our temperatures today are going to be a bit warmer. you'll notice a bit of a difference compared to what we were dealing with yesterday. as we go up into santa rosa, we'll do those upper 80s as well as over on in fairfield, upper 60s in san francisco to some mid 70s hayward and 84 in los gatos. it should be a nice and comfortable day through the santa cruz mountains as well. but let's take a look at the alameda county fair. of course, kickoff day is today. tomorrow temperatures stay pretty much the same. we notice a bit of a cool down on sunday as we track this system to the pacific northwest. now for the states of washington and oregon, it means some rain showers for us. we're going to maybe skip out on that rain, but potentially see some impacts from the wind here, depending on where this system sets up. right now we're looking at some onshore winds. so that's good luck. as we get that sea breeze. but at times it could shift to be offshore. so that's where we get into more inactive mode. on watching out for any
