walnut creek 87 and san jose 81. now, today is likely the warmest day of the next couple of days before we see that effect of some cloud cover once again. rolling through overnight, we saw beautiful, clear skies into the afternoon, and by tomorrow we're going to keep temperatures in the upper 70s low 80s. so temperature wise, we're starting to see more of a seasonal flow here. we've got upper 60s in san francisco. if you live down through the south bay, san jose will be comfortable maxing out in the upper 70s, maybe some low 80s through the south bay. and areas like morgan hill down through gilroy. and then if you notice, we do still have these hotter spots in areas like fairfield and of course, concord. so those are the spots that are likely going to climb still once again into the 90s. now for father's day, i know it's going to be a beautiful day for grilling and temperature wise. we're going to be fantastic. however, with the wind speeds kicking up and with the amount of dryness that's going to occur into sunday, especially, i do want to kind of let you know what's going to happen as far as fire weather concerns, we're talking about
4:21 pm
gusty winds ahead. we're already seeing some breezy winds. but let me show you what's going to happen into sunday. monday you notice the wind speeds here from the north northwest. we're going to be seeing gusts upwards of 20 to 40mph. anytime we see the pairing of warm temps and of course, humidity and gusty winds, that brings elevated fire danger concerns. and if you're going to be heading to any of these spots, we're talking then through parts of the interior. i know it's father's day weekend. we are going to see a fire danger warning, red flag warning go into effect for solano counties because of those low humidity levels starting 11 p.m. on saturday. things to keep in mind if you're going to be out and about. grasses, brush and trees moderate to elevated. clean those up around your house. protect yourself. we're going to keep watching the pacific northwest for a system that troughing is going to help keep us cool, but looking into next week, once we hit that tuesday wednesday mark just kind of looking ahead for you, we are going to notice some warmer temperatures making their return notice by next friday into next weekend. we go right back up into the 90s for areas like san
