ground. >> what a horrible day it was -- >> reporter: the campaign on tuesday posting this tiktok high height video of trump's trip, showing him laying a wreath in honor of the service members killed at abbey gate in afghanistan and posing with family members among the gravestones. >> it's disrespectful. it's not disney world. it's arlington national cemetery, and should be respected as such. >> reporter: the visit first drawing scrutiny after a reported altercation between campaign and cemetery staff over photography. the staffer, quote, decided to physically block members of trump's team during a solemn ceremony. a spokesperson writing federal law prohibits campaign or election-related activities within the national cemeteries. arlington national cemetery reinforced and widely shared this law with its participants. the harris campaign calling it a sad episode, saying trump has a

airstrikes in the occupied west bank. it is the largest assault on the territory in more than 20 years. israel's foreign minister called it part of a, quote, full-fledged war and compared it to the situation in the gaza strip. the army, the thintelligence services and police hit three towns in what they call a joint counter terrorism operation to stop attacks. israeli officials say several wanted suspects were arrested and a number of weapons seized. an idaho judge will hear arguments today about whether to move the murder trial of bryan kohberger to a different county. kohberger is charged with the brutal, quadruple murder of four university of idaho students. the defense has argued that local residents are prejudiced toward their client and shouldn't be seated as jurors. it's not clear when the judge will make his decision. the state is seeking the death penalty for kohberger. the trial is set for june. flyers rattled this morning after scary moments on a flight

from cancun to chicago. the plane was forced to divert to memphis last night after encountering severe turbulence, injuring several passengers. after landing, one passenger was taken to the hospital. the rest declined treatment. tragedy in texas yesterday. four people dead after the van they were riding in lost control and rolled multiple times, throwing several passengers out of the vehicle. three people are in critical condition. police described tragedy as avoidable. >> every vehicle has a seat belt. and, if you use that seat belt, it's going to save lives. and, in this case, there was one person that wore their seat belt and was able to walk away. >> the victims are yet to be identified. officials say the van departed from florida, crashing at around 8:00 a.m. outside ft. worth. it sent highway traffic into a stand still. and near houston, parents are outraged after students say they were forced to ride on a bus in triple-digit heat. some of them heard begging the

bus driver to let them open the windows. valerie castro spoke to one student's mother who says the children were put in dangerous. >> it's too hot back here! these children need to breathe! you need to get us home! >> reporter: a texas school d district and driver getting heat after they were forced to ride a bus on a corpsscorching hot day the windows up. there were triple-digit temperatures that day. of the 30 buses, only six are equipped with air conditioning, according to the superintendent. >> please take us home! >> reporter: outraged parents calling a news conference. >> one thing that we don't play about in texas, we don't play about our kids, and that's what we're not going to do. >> they were just exhausted, like they were hot. red faces.

they barely could get off the bus. >> reporter: smith's two children, ages 11 and 12, were on the bus. smithsharing this doorbell camera video in which she says her children arrived home ten minutes later than normal and in distress. >> my son, he end up taking his shirt off. my daughter is just crying. you know, she just wants to get air. and that's what broke my heart the most. >> reporter: the superintendent issuing a statement, saying the driver did require a student who was sticking his head out the window to put his window up u andup, and the driver did stop the bus to address the student for approximately 2:20. parents s parents felt the driver was punishing them until they put up the windows, and that she had a policy that no windows should be open to begin with. but the driver says she has no such policy, according to the superintendent, who also says the driver slowed down on the dirt road to not rattle the bus. according to the superintendent,

now to a health alert this morning. the number of deaths continues to climb in a listeria outbreak tied to tainted boar's let deli meat. nine people have died, and dozens more have been hospitalized. anne thompson has what you need to know about the recall. >> reporter: this is the worst outbreak of listeria in 13 years. 57 people hospitalized, nine people dead, including six since the last update earlier this month. one from florida, tennessee, new mexico, new york, and two people from south carolina. originally linked to boar's head strasburger brand liverwurst, the recall now involves 7 million pounds of meat produced at a jarret, virginia factory. they either have est 12612 inside the usda mark of inspection on product labels. if you have these meats, the cdc
