and bay area. communities prepare for another round of rain just when you can expect the wet weather to hit your area. >> from the area's local news station, you're watching the kron. 4 morning news at 7. >> good morning. thank you so much for being here with us on the kron. 4 morning news. >> i'm stephanie lin. it is saturday january the 20th. let's get you started with a look at the weather with dave spahr. good morning to you, dave. well, good morning, stephanie. good morning, everybody. kind of hard to think about the month is because it's so mild outside with this rain going on here in. >> rain for the weekend, as you've heard about good news is it looks like the concentration of most the rain we're going to get is going to happen in the overnight hours. giving us a little break during the daylight hours. so at least sometime is working in our favor. first thingd first. this is how we stand right now with our radar there. you can see we have a line of some in the state. some showers working their magic a little bit for the north bay extending down the peninsula as well. this

becomes very spotty, however, towards the west with this is all coming from. so again, a little bit of a break in the action starting to develop. here is your beauty shot here. lit up again. lot of fog with the rain. it's still going on, obviously because that's going to be case all day today with the high humidity levels with that stream of moisture. as you can upstream again, we have a little break, but that big juicy line there that's tonight that you see developing after we get a break and because sunset so early, you begin the pitter patter of rain probably before 6. there's a look at the temperatures live right now in the mid to upper 50's. and this compares with 24 hours ago. even they were kind of the same air mass, a half-dozen degrees or more or less. and we were this time from yesterday. forecast today. well, that's optimistic us a mostly cloudy cloudy, basically. but by the mid afternoon, again, rain develops. we have some spotty showers still remain for everybody through the day. but again, a little bit of a break for you today until the heavy stuff again tonight, we have more forecast for you. give

you some timing on things coming up in a bit, stephanie. all right, dave, thank you. >> our top story this morning in just a matter of hours, the forty-niners take on the green bay packers in the divisional round of the nfl playoffs. kron four's tiffany justice is live at levi stadium this morning with a look at the excitement. hey, stephanie. >> hello, good morning. 70 s this is the 10th time the forty-niners and the green pay packers have met in the playoff, making it an nfl record here at levi stadium few hours before the game. it still remains quite quiet. but you can kind of feel the energy in the things have been set up for this game. the forty-niners took to the practice field this week. meanwhile, the packers are coming off a historic win against the dallas cowboys last week. the fight forty-niners have not played a game in 13 days after they won the top seed in the nfc and earned. we got the first round of the playoffs that time off was much needed for some

players who were dealing with some injuries that includes running back. christian mccaffrey, who missed the last game of the regular season with a calf injury. but he is expected to be back and ready for tonight's game. we spoke with some players leading up to tonight's matchup. >> you don't feel everything over one week, but man that that week does make a difference of getting your body right. just re energize refocused and you know, ready take care of 2 games, hopefully and then focus the overhead. and so like the first game this season. some excited about safer game this season, 2 touchdowns. that's a feeling again. we'll see how goes. >> all right. so if you are planning on heading out to the game this evening, there are some traffic warnings we want to talk about this morning. some roads, as i have mentioned, are already closed around the stadium. there is also expected to be heavy traffic on the freeways around the stadium coming in the parking lots here at levi stadium are open at one. 45

at the pittsburgh central bart station bar. police say one of those victims is in critical condition. kron four's amanda hari has the latest. >> the pittsburgh central bart station completely empty friday afternoon except for a few police officers searching for evidence. park police say just before 4 o'clock, a man was shot on the platform and was taken to a hospital. he is said to be in critical condition a few hours later, bart police say another man showed up at area hospital after getting shot in his leg. trains did continue to run through the station, but the platform was close to riders for nearly 5 hours. the closure left. some people and a rainy stranded when she was trying to get to work. >> very inconvenient because i had called to bring it over here. not to break it to the next. >> pittsburgh for station angelo from antioch was also stuck for hours waiting. he says he watched some of the investigation on the right side heading toward a lot of police.

>> individuals standing here investigating, he says used the time to get food and talk to other people in the area about the shooting. and i told them the incident. >> and he was just saying that, well, it's it's an unfortunate thing. however, things happen. hopefully the police enters and all those around in. help solve the issue at hand. police say they're still searching for the shooter and his motive. >> but at this point, investigators say they believe the shooting was not random. the station has since reopened reporting in pittsburgh amanda hari kron. 4 news. >> police are searching for a home burglary suspect in oakland. that burglary happened on park avenue just after 9.30, friday morning citizen app video shows the police perimeter in the cleveland heights area. officers say they did not find anyone inside the property. and one with information is asked to please call oakland police. with local community

members are demanding a meeting with mayor sheng thao to discuss violence prevention programs. this group they gathered in front of city hall on friday. they say it's important for the community to be involved in working out solutions to crime. the push comes as a new report suggests crime is on the rise after oakland abandoned its cease-fire. crime fighting strategy several years ago. >> the people that feel his pain. are are the people that are closest to the solution. we use a pain and anger to make open safe again, become partner contribute. our expertise on the solutions. are communities need to heal and to be safe. >> the ceasefire program is expected to be back up and running at about 6 weeks. meantime, the recall effort against oakland mayor sheng thao is another step closer to collecting signatures. the people behind the campaign say mayor, tell mister 7 day deadline to respond to the recall effort. and once these

organizers are allowed to circulate petitions, they then have 5 months to collect 15,000 signatures from registered city voters. airtel has shared with us here at kron 4. but the recall campaign is being organized by her political opponents who previously ran for office against her. coming up on the kron 4 morning news with more rain on the wai. how pg and e crews are working to prevent. >> power outages. plus the federal government is investigating some bay area schools. we explain why. and after the break, hear from the wife of the forty-niners player who is also a designer behind said taylor swift trending a jacket. as you can see there, how she's proving sportswear is going out of style and the time soon. >> and some light rain across the bay for right now. that will kind of turn off a little bit. give us a little bit of a break during the actual day. pi one even even need the umbrella for the most part. but then tonight, it fires

>> and pg and e crews have a rather. they have been busy all week in. sandra fell getting ready for the wet weather. a spokesperson says that crews have been trimming trees even stockpiling equipment in case the upcoming storm cause any significant damage. >> we are bringing in extra crews. we have that technology model that looks at where the storm is going to hit the hardest and then we can bring in crews from less impacted to help out in those hard-hit areas. last year was such an intense storm season from january, almost april as the storm after storm after storm.

we learn from those storm. the one thing we learned from our customers from gathering that customer feedback is they want more communication from pg any when the power goes out in the community. >> we recently made made changes to our outage map on the pga new website so customers can go and find information about when the power went out when crews are en route. and when is the estimated time of restoration, this helps customers to plan a little better if they do lose power and they feel more in touch with the company. >> the genie is reminding customers to also be prepared for the wet weather on friday night over 2000 customers in san francisco, they lost power in the forest hill neighborhood. and taking a live look now at the golden gate bridge where you can see the rain has already started coming down in this part of the bay area, some wet roadways that drivers out there are experiencing at 7.15, this morning a day. what else should we know about the weather? >> well, for today, good morning, stephanie. good morning. all looks like we'll get a little bit of a break on here now. we're continuing to

get some rain. it's coming down to rate of say 100 to maybe 200 an inch per hour. so it's a relatively light and starting to break up a bit in this afternoon. we're going to some rain-free hours coming our way before yet. heavier rain returns again tonight after sunset maybe approach about 6 o'clock or so to take it all the way to tomorrow morning will be plotting that for you. but again, live shot of what's going on right now. we have some light rain showers to drizzle going on depending on your exact location, east bay shoreline. a covered up by the fog. no surprise with that. humidity levels are high right there with temperatures and that's going remain the case throughout much of the day today. this is a look at it into motion. you can see kind of out to see we're going a little break and some what's going almost optimistic us. a couple raise a son. but why not? you might get a few of those. don't count on too much of that. just to turn the rain off is what most people can expect. a temperature change for you to. 24 hours ago, we noted this before. we're ahead of where the numbers were from yesterday. we're continue to remain in that warm sector.

not a whole lot of winds. we are getting some breezy conditions. you heard that about the pg and e what they're doing there. but also watching out for before this 48 hour event is over. it does look like a pop with winds does happen. no wind advisories but still we'll get someone a little bit winds later on again going through today. again, very spotty showers. here's the deeper moisture four-thirty. it's about the time the sun sets gets dark about that point. and here comes the line of heavier rains watching down the santa clara valley a bit there. you can see heavy rains. we felt there as well, although it looks like a little bit of heavier rain post midnight and then between that time and say 04:00am is when really strong stuff will happen and you can see it breaks off right in time for the sunrise. we'll get a break again during the day on sunday. spotty showers not impossible in sunday night as it was timed out perfectly for the overnight. while you slumber just let this rain do its thing overnight. early morning commuters for your monday. but for 30 or so there still some moderate rain

occurring off to the east bay, but free spotty towards the west. by that point, of course, may be some problems have develops a little bit of caution. your monday morning commute. all right. so this line it all up here for u.s. a poll. by the way, the background, they're looking at delays due to construction as what they're saying about me about a half an hour. there you have the lowdown tomorrow. again, a break in the rain showers here and there heavy stuff overnight. the next week we're watching out for tuesday for some rain to come. but wednesday should be fairly dry in somewhat dry to finish off a week. so we time that out nicely set night. going to be stormy at night tonight. tomorrow night. okay. alright, have those umbrellas and hr. all right. thank you. >> all well, that's all the rain that they've just described there. there are 2 types of potentially deadly mushrooms. >> that are popping up in east bay regional parks. not all much firms are poisonous, but the bay area is home to 2 of the deadliest types. a lot of people like to harvest mushrooms, but the regional park district says it's probably a good idea not to pick them right now.

>> it grows in environments around oak trees as well. who have dogs as well. like we all know that dogs like to explore and around. they also should not be eating those of you don't know what it is. don't pick in the east bay regional park district. you are not permitted to pick. or for age unless you have a permit. so when folks don't know about them and they pick them and eat them, they have very toxic and fatal effects. >> so if you want to learn more about this, there is a free fungus. fair, but it's happening this weekend at the tilden nature center where you can get more information. was the forty-niners get ready for tonight's playoff game? it's not just the players getting national attention. kristen use checks the wife of niners pro bowl football. full fullback brother kyle. use check made headlines last weekend when taylor swift wore this jacket that check design kron four's. kate rooney sat down with the designer to talk about it. >> women want to wear things that they feel comfortable in.

and for me, i try to take silhouettes and shapes of things. i would wear my everyday life like if i was going out with my friends are going out to dinner and how can a mimic the shape into sportswear? >> the sound of the sewing machine is the soundtrack to kristin news checks. life? well, that and the sound of the cheers of the nfl crowds. kristen is married to forty-niners all pro fullback kyle use. check a fan favorite among the 40 niner faithful and in her husband 7 years with the team, she's become a fan favorite herself. thanks to the unique garments she creates posts on instagram and wears to every san francisco game. >> this season has really like i my momentum has built in the faithful, have been so incredibly supportive. i can't thank all the fans enough. they've just really been like highlighting on myself. and everyone's been commenting being so sweet and so supportive of me than support gives kristen an extra boost along a journey. she started

about 5 seasons ago after rediscovering a long-forgotten love for sewing and working with fabrics while making a halloween costume. i really want to be justin and britney from the vma zalich full denim get up. and i remember looking online and i couldn't find anything i can buy anywhere so that could make this so go to walmart bought like probably 10 pairs of jeans. and i just started cutting them up and and then i i bought a sewing machine. and i just want you to ben. i kind of like, wow, i love this. i forgot how much i love this. and that kind of just got the momentum going for me again, that momentum led to her very first game day creation, pants and a courage of style crop top made using a box of her husband's branded t-shirts. that one it just kind of snowballed it and like, wow, this would be a really fun challenge for me. how can i make something for every game and how can i continue to be different styles? she's done just that from reworking existing forty-niners gear. she thrifted to executing difficult original designs. kristen's garments are all meticulously crafted. she uses

multiple machines and he's spent as many as 30 hours on some of the more challenging pieces like her most recent creation, this jersey puffer jacket. everyone has these jerseys, but it's cold for most of these games, especially when you get into postseason. so they covered up with jackets, some of the early. what? how can reinvent the jersey and make it so people can represent their favorite player in cold weather? it's not just kristen representing her favorite player in these garments fellow nfl wives, simone biles and brittany mahomes of warned her designs. even taylor swift were christian news check. original puffer jacket to support her boyfriend. travis kelsey, a tight end for the kansas city chiefs. and so did one of christians husband's fashion-forward teammates deebo samuel. he's made out of a brock purdy jersey. the team is so close yet. so i asked him, i was like people would love to make you something for just being such a good friend and he has a kind make you one of these events. and i didn't know if he would wear his own jersey, which obviously he would so what about products? and you said yes, sure. the images of deebo and kristen's

vest made their way around the sports world. and she says even though making the weekly garments for herself and others takes up nearly all of her free time, she's got a lot in the works for the postseason and beyond. it's the most rewarding thing in the world. and that's why i keep doing this like i definitely have those moments when i slam my head against a wall and things aren't going right and i'm making mistakes. but when you have that final product in your so worth it. it's just most rewarding thing. still ahead on the kron, 4 morning news habitat for humanity is helping build more affordable housing in one east bay community.

>> walnut creek, more affordable housing is available. thanks to habitat for humanity. well, it was ella sogomonian has the details. >> contractors and volunteers are hard at work getting this new neighborhood in walnut creek ready in time for families to move in. it's all been made possible by the nonprofit habitat for humanity. a lot of these families are facing the threat of displacement if their rent payments keep climbing. and so the thought of being able to actually build some real stability in the community that they really love is is really exciting. people who otherwise thought they might never own a home will soon be moving into a community called esperanza place. the town homes are being built for people who have a low to moderate income. >> and it's centrally located near many transit options. the first group of houses are nearly ready. the structures are built and they're putting finishing touches inside. >> and as we know, spring is a time for new beginnings and this spring families will be

until redevelops tonight. the view that we have from right now, this is what it looks like as we have the hazy light as you will notice. there course the fog in place because it's just so saturated. the air mass that we're in, it's actually a mild air mass here it is in total. you can see that big stream all the way from hawaii out into the deep pacific. this subtropical jet. it's been responsible for, believe it or not, sometimes in the east coast, get freezing rain from all of this because aloft it's raining. but then it freezes when it strikes the ground. so it's going to be feeding us all this weekend with some of the heavier rains. there's a look at the winds a little bit on the breezy side today. but then what we're waiting for is than that other storm happening tomorrow night. we'll get a nice pound where the winds will start to pick up a little bit. there's no wind advisory with this, but you can see the numbers to increase a little bit and notice how they're coming, southeasterly. so we're going to remain in the mild section for the niners game going on tonight. it's simple to say mostly cloudy, rain and showers or showers turning to rain. it's actually going 10

for good. this comes after the company announced it would lay off nearly 24. >> 100 employees nationwide this month. kron four's dan kerman spoke with shoppers in san leandro. >> the days are numbered for the macy's store in stanley andrews bayfair center. macy's has announced this is one of 5 stores that will close nationwide. i've shot macy's for 30 plus years. i hate to see this window. shoppers say they'll miss the in-store experience they get at this location, which is slated to lay off 60 employees but enjoy the interaction with you know, team that certain and i like fine. >> and touch what i what i want lot of time. and it's not the same when i'm online. >> macy's says the closure is all about repositioning its store fleet to better meet customer needs. shoppers admit they're doing less in-store shopping than they used to order it online. we can pick it up.

>> you know, a lot of times you go into the brick and mortar stores, they don't have your size. they don't have what you're looking but its online. so it's easier to have shipped or >> may says shoppers will now have to go a little farther for the in-store shopping experience either visiting stores in hayward or pleasanton. i hate to see >> well, let me go in get my last goods. intel macy's says discounts will get underway later this month. that will last approximately 8 to 12 weeks and then the storm will close. >> in stanley under dan kerman kron, 4 news. >> one of the biggest online retailer cutting jobs. wayfair announced today it is laying off more than 1600 employees. that's around 13% of its workforce. wayfair saw surge in profits during the pandemic. and the ceo says the company went overboard with hiring during that time, the profits of drop since people started doing more shopping in person. and we're getting more details about the los angeles

innocence project's investigation in the scott peterson. now, according to court documents filed with san mateo county court this week, it is his project will examine evidence suggesting peterson did not kill his pregnant wife lacey in 2004, one option would be to prove lacy was still alive when scott left to go fishing on the morning of the crime. other options revolve around incidents that happened around the time of lacey's disappearance such as the house across the street. that was burglarized. a van that caught on fire the day after her disappearance and her stolen watch, which was sold at a shop. the innocence project says these incidents could point to another potential suspect. and that project they're calling for the release of testimonies. witness names. police report said materials related to the investigation. meantime, kron 4 legal analyst michael cardoza, he warns against the public jumping to their own conclusions about this case.

if the innocence project finds anything promising in their investigation, the organization will have to go to the federal level. first peterson is now serving life in prison without parole. organization claims federal officials are investigating the san francisco and oakland unified school district's over anti-semitism concerns. kron four's philippe djegal has the details on that. >> the jewish community relations council bay area says it learned thursday that the u.s. department of education says it will investigate the oakland and san francisco unified school district's for possible title 6 violations based on shared ancestry. the civil rights law that prevents discrimination and activities at schools that receive federal funds. the investigations are confirmed on the department of education's website. well, we don't know the specifics yet. we are guessing that it has to do. >> with this massive discrimination that we're seeing at every level of schools in oakland and san francisco. and by the way, and many other school districts

at pittsburgh central bart station. our police say one of them is in critical condition. prof was amanda hari has the latest. >> the pittsburgh central bart station completely empty friday afternoon except for a few police officers searching for evidence. police say just before 4 o'clock, a man was shot on the platform and was taken to a hospital. he is said to be in critical condition a few hours later, police say another man showed up at area hospital after getting shot in his leg. trains did continue to run through the station, but the platform was close to riders for nearly 5 hours. the closure left. some people and a rainy stranded when she was trying to get to work. >> very inconvenient because i had called bring it over here. not to break it to the next. >> pittsburgh for station angelo from antioch was also stuck for hours waiting. he says he watched some of the investigation on the right side heading toward a lot of police.

clouds off towards the distance over the hills, though. still another dose of some rain to slip into the valley before looks like it might be all quits, at least for today. for you, folks and everybody as we see upstream. a nice full break. developing in here before again, some more heavy rains for tonight. those temperatures are on the mild sector. however, and we do see rain. we look higher up in the atmosphere of saturation occurring before it hits the freezing line as well. so were some half-dozen degrees ahead of where our numbers were yesterday. but it's going to walk to that future cast for for you. that's the one that's telling for today. basically rain-free as you'll notice. and then after sunset comes the deeper moisture back again and the heavy rains that will take the cards, if you will, all the way to tomorrow morning. looks like a half to lift the heavy dose here. you can see pre pre sunrise and then tapering off again for your sunday sunday itself looks to be even better than today. maybe even some breaks happening in the skies. there before another line of

farther to the north and mendocino and lake counties. a flood watch is in effect through tonight. that could be extended into monday. and pg. e crews have been busy all week in. sandra fell getting ready for the storm. a spokesperson says crews have been trimming trees and stockpiling equipment in case the upcoming storm causes any damage we are bringing in extra crews. we have that technology model that looks at where the storm is going to hit the hardest and then we can bring in crews from less impacted to help out in those hard-hit areas. last year was such an intense storm season from january, almost april as the storm after storm after storm. >> we learn from those storm. the one thing we learned from our customers from gathering that customer feedback is they want more communication from pg any when the power goes out in the community. >> we recently made made changes to our outage map on the pga new website so customers can go and find information about when the power went out when crews are en route. and when is the estimated time of restoration, this helps customers to plan a little better if they do lose power and they feel more in touch with the company.

latest on the timing of this next story. good morning. welcome back to the kron. 4 morning news. thanks so much for joining us. let's get straight to dave sphar for the latest on our wet weather. it's looking pretty damp out there already date. >> yeah, good morning, stephanie. good morning, everybody. the heavy rains from overnight, though now are starting to subside a little bit that created puddle problems and so forth. so little bit of caution on the area roadways, no flash flood statements have been issued yet. but there might be some before we finish up this weekend as we have a lot of busy stuff happening from now. there's your moderate to light rain showers that are still working across the bay. now we'll see a break developing. in fact, some folks even seeing some sun, as you can see from san jose state here. but still plenty of cloud cover. and the bigger picture shows that subtropical jet for us that provides the copious amounts of moisture for us. unfortunately, it all is lost through runoff. we like the storms a little colder to lead positive up north and up in the mountains a little bit better than we will see winds. i want to jump to this real quick notice how the arrows continue to point from the south and the southeast. this

in stanley under dan kerman kron. 4 news. >> of the biggest online retailer is cutting jobs with announced today. it is laying off more than 1600 workers. that's around 13% of its workforce. with your saw a surge in profits during the pandemic. the ceo saying the company went overboard with hiring during that time. their profits have dropped since people started doing more shopping in person. we're getting more details about the los angeles innocence project investigation into scott peterson. according to court documents filed with san mateo county court this week, the innocence project will examine evidence suggesting peterson did not kill his pregnant wife laci. in 2004, one option would be to prove lacy was still alive when scott left to go fishing the morning of the crime. other options revolve around incidents that happened around the time of lacey's disappearance such as a house across the street. that was

burglarized. a van that caught on fire the day after her disappearance and her stolen watch, which was sold at a shop. the innocence project says these incidents could point to another potential suspect. the group is calling for the release of testimonies. witness names. police reports and materials related to the investigation. meantime, kron 4 legal analyst michael cardoza warns against the public jumping to their own conclusions about this case. if the innocence project finds anything promising in their investigation, it will have to go to the federal level. first peterson is now serving life in prison without parole. jewish organization claims federal officials are investigating the san francisco and oakland unified school district's over anti-semitism concerns for his philippe djegal reports. >> the jewish community relations council bay area says it learned thursday that the u.s. department of education says it will investigate the oakland and san francisco unified school district's for possible title 6 violations based on shared

ancestry, the civil rights law that prevents discrimination and activities at schools that receive federal funds. the investigations are confirmed on the department of education's website. well, we don't know the specifics yet. we are guessing that it has to do. >> with this massive discrimination that we're seeing at every level of schools in oakland and san francisco. and by the way, and many other school districts across the bay area. tyler gregory is ceo of the j c r c bay area and believes the rise in anti-semitism is at the root of the investigations. he says accusations by the oakland teachers, union of israel allegedly committing genocide against the palestinians recently organize teaching usd teachers spreading anti-israel propaganda. >> and walkouts at saint francis school schools by students demanding israel end its part of the war in gaza following the hamas terrorist attacks in october have all contributed to a rise in hate against jews. gregory says

some jewish families are removing their kids from the school districts out of fear for their kids. safety 30 out of oakland unified alone. we know the numbers much higher that are thinking about it. >> and again, this is just one school district. sure of all. sun is a 7th grade student in the oakland unified school district and says she will keep him in class through the end of the academic year. then consider transferring him out. she says the teachers, anti-semitic language prompted her to have her son removed from that class. when you're trying changing narrative to suit. >> you know purpose for yourself or a feeling that is not where education should be. >> a u.s. department of education spokesperson says the agency does not comment on pending investigations. philippe djegal all kron. 4 news. >> one response, the superintendent of san francisco unified says, quote, it is imperative that our schools are safe spaces where each and every one of their students feel like they belong, feel heard and received the support they need

>> as of this light rain shower activity really starts to settle down a little bit. we get a break. i do think we'll see much sun, but at least we'll turn that rain off a little bit until the heavier dose expected tomorrow, which is all translating to mountain snows. when you get high enough up, we're talking 6,000 plus and at the dividing line were a lot of resorts are. you've got a little bit of slushy, wet snow that's involved in all this, depending on the time of days. the tahoe forecast, that was just 70. but here's the tahoe forecast. you see temperatures for highs, lower 40's. he get melting during the day and sometimes melting somewhat hania's was snow. so it's right there at the dividing line in the lower down the course that's all rain. you can get some localized flooding, obviously with some melting of snow. so this is now a watch. were tahoe is technically expected to be upgraded to a winter storm warning this until 10:00pm on monday to give you an idea for this all play out, let's go back to future cast for watching this in motion today. taking a breather. here comes the stuff. oh, yeah. overnight, boy, it's pretty intense in spots. the heaviest

friends with family. if you're a teacher looking for something to do with your students are looking for an excursion to go on yourself. >> we have so many options and testing and you have just to start us off a big lunar new year celebration that's planned for february. we do on february 17th that we are excited to usher in the year of the dragon. this is our 23rd annual new year celebration. it is a fun family friendly day for at performances hands-on activities, food vendors and more fantastic. and is there sort of a age range that would be most appropriate for this or is it open? so pretty much any demographic? yeah, it's really a festival for all ages. we see, you know, families with young kids, but we also see adults coming in groups and it's also mix of folks who personally celebrate lunar new year as well as those who are interested in learning more about the traditions of their neighbors and what is a must-do activity as part of like your lunar new
