all right. also us are based out in the east cut. yes, so tell us first, you know what inspired you guys to get into the chicken wing business that started a very long i've been fascinated with spice my entire life things i like the most is the burned. when your face is on ok? so those are the kind of things that i go for, ok, perfect. and you've got your you've been in this line of work for quite some time. what is the secret? would you say to the perfect sauce that goes on these wings? i think it's a balance between really good tasting sauce. first thing you want to add in the heat because some people give you hot without flavor, ok? so we try to go with flavor first, right? and then add in the that is kind of our goal for everything that we do. and so walk us through some of the options you prefer us today and you make this every morning from scratch. everything is made in-house every day. these are all of our own recipes. nothing's out of a bottle. so starting from here, we have tropical heat. it's our mango habanero we have our garlic rebels are honey garlic sauce. most popular seller. okay. hands down. sunder in buffalo.

this would be a really fun challenge for me. how can i make something for every game and how can i continue to be different styles? she's done just that from reworking existing forty-niners gear. she thrifted to executing difficult original designs. kristen's garments are all meticulously crafted. she uses multiple machines and he's spent as many as 30 hours on some of the more challenging pieces like her most recent creation. this jersey puffer jacket. everyone has these jerseys, but it's cold for most of these games, especially when you get into postseason. so the covering up of jackets, some of way. what how can reinvent the jersey and make it so people can represent their favorite player in cold weather? it's not just kristen representing her favorite player in these garments, fellow nfl wife, simone biles and brittany mahomes of worn her designs. even taylor swift were kristin yooz-check original puffer jacket to support her boyfriend. travis kelce. a tight end for the kansas city chiefs. and so did one of christians husband's fashion-forward teammates deebo samuel. he's made out of a brock purdy jersey. the team is so close nets. so i asked

cheese out chile, boats that are made. >> with these cute little tortillas aren't they fun? and i know you like spicy. is that correct? you like spicy? and i do love my chile's. okay. for me. so i made mine relatively spicy. that and all i do is i take my delicious chili that's filled with veggies beans little how the pain, you know, for that spice and i'm just going to put it in this cute little boat and you can get these at the grocery store. yes, and to make them more football-themed, we're going to add some strange cheese. how it isn't this cute and that way they look really fun and ready for the football game. and of course, you can also add other up spices or if you want to put sour cream on it, something like that. but this little heartier to eat. and you know something that's fun. then you can have a little bit of this and no dishes to clean up because you eat the ball fake that it comes. that's absolutely right. i love how, you know,

simple that you use use made this in terms of the assembly, like the whole family can get involved with putting this together. >> exactly. and that's what makes it fun. this is not something that's too hard to make. and in fact, another one that i have here are my deviled egg footballs and you probably have everything in your pantry or ready because it's just the aches. and of course, bacon and we an a's dijon mustard and i'll show you how easy it is to make. okay. i just take cleaned out and made the and site here with the yolks intent. and just some an dijon mustard, salt and pepper and a little garlic. so i cover the entire part of the ache. you just press it president right into the bacon. i mean, how easy is that? and then because we're doing it football or i'm going to go ahead with just the same man. a site used. and i mean, the pipe on the laces to make it look a little bit more. find it easy to do anybody can do with the kids can help.

and we're and we're hoping for a victory. so i'm are ready thinking about celebratory drinks. all right. in your mom at brackett said that we have to have something i feel with sparkling in it because we're celebrating. yes. so i took a classic san francisco cocktail, which is the cable car. do you are you familiar with what's in the cable car? walk us through it for those. okay. don't enjoy life patients. so it's it's a great cocktail and i make it in my shaker and it's actually made rob a little bit of conch want roe, which is an orange look, you're you can use whatever when you have at a little lemon juice and some simple syrup. and i shake it's nice and cold with some ice cube semi poured into the class. now that is the standard one but because we're celebrating, we're making it a sparkling cable so i already have time unless darya and james come

can see how they were to kind of get things find tune before they show up here again to allegiant stadium. the coach kyle shanahan said the boys are ready to go. they had about an hour walk through on saturday. he tried to keep things light. the did a warm-up for about 10 minutes and then then they start going through just some scripted plays. special teams also had a practice. the chiefs, we got to talk about them. they kept their up temple monitor going during the final day of preparations. coach andy reid said that they have covered everything and they're ready to go after having a mock game on saturday. kept there's tradition going of ending super bowl practice week with a cheeseburger team dinner and will never look at a cheeseburger the same way after that. so the chiefs can they continue their winning tradition or can the niners notched their first super bowl win since 1994? let's hear now from the quarterbacks home. >> we are where we want to be where where we've always wanted to be. and now says going to come down to the moment and keeping things simple and

celebrate the forty-niners win. yeah. i mean for me, i think margaret is always had a certain amount of popularity. but in recent years, definitely got more and more popular. tequila and mescal seem to be the most popular spirits at the moment. casso for going to pick one thing that's going to be universal and please, everybody, the house party a figure. margaret know, general rule of thumb u for making any >> quality cocktail is just to keep it simple. use good ingredients and don't overthink the process. okay. this one's just a 3 ingredient drink. so we'll show you how to do classic. and then if we wao have a little fun after there's some ways that we could up a little bit, ok, i will let you take the lead. all right. right here on we're going just to do are classic margarita traditionally does have orange leak. you're a margarita actually translates to daisy a daisy is a. cocktail that has spirit citrus in orange liqueur. beautiful for me personally. think it really benefits from and i think he's a good

tequila is fresh lime you some good agave nectar. and that is all you need. so this one, we're going to 2 ounces at tequila like he's in a rep. the side of i have the opportunity look at that. we're going to 3 quarter ounce. fresh lime. okay. and then just half ounce of the governor. and that is all you need. pretty straightforward. pretty lax. >> what is the flavor profile, which is that when people like pick this up and they drink it, what should what what's the experience? i mean, it should be bright. it should be refreshing. should be a little bit more acidic than sweet for and with a good tequila, keeping it simple like this, you should get some of those kind of agave like edge notes it should be showing through like the reposado as just a subtle kind of savory elements that you'll get on airline flavors. should be refreshing, should should be tart. >> that's a nice little light. one way do these. if you are

preparing for a party and you wanted to fall make a big batch ahead of time. maybe didn't have the 10's of the opportunity to shake. >> you can measure these ingredients out one ounce or 3 quarter around somewhere in that range for every bottle of water. >> that's all that together. makes it good refrigerated and then that will be ready to go to any time shaking. a cocktail you're doing is essentially melting water. interest if you have that water to the batch and then the batch itself is cold. you could just pour over ice and serve. margaret is and do all the hard work on the front. incredible. and you also put something on the just a little black just for show. it tastes just like salt but looks a little prettier. it's he saw it. i understand that people who are celebrating the forty-niners when, of course, in the city. >> today they can actually come by watch party. absolutely. and we're doing a watch party today. opening up at 2 be run until about 7 or so once again is over in the festivities died down. we're

doing some margarita specials. now if you were to improvise and just do something on the fly here, just to celebrate the forty-niners something do with something up. yeah, absolutely. yeah. okay. the beauty of having ingredients been as simple as that. >> you can kind of plug and play a little bit and have some fun. so let's do one here. >> you could essentially go to your local grocery store, come back with all these ingredients and put this together really i like doing a little combination of tequila and mescal. you get some of that smoke in there. but it's not like a glass full of liquid smoke, right? so we're going to do an ounce of tequila do half ounce of musk. yeah. we're going to stick to that same amount of line which is going to be 3 quarter of an ounce. yeah. for this will add a little fresh grapefruit.
