all going to get in on this today. and already you can see half moon bay at 57 degrees. but check out san jose. 64 fremont is at 69 and pittsburgh. hey, winning the day here with my warmest temperature on the map. 71 degrees but not bad and berkeley either. it's 61 and head up to the north bay petaluma right now sitting at about 65. we're off to the races and certainly a lot warmer than we were 24 hours ago. this is the difference in temperatures from then to now. and you can see those temperatures really rising up. so we are going to have some rain over the next few days. so by gardeners in the bay area, my mom is one of them. i want to water those plants today, but then i think we're going to be ok as we roll through the next few days because you've got come on and off rain. that's going to be coming our way. so if we look at this in the next 5 days, this is what we're expecting for rain. and you can see the north bay could get up into that one to 2 inch range over the course of the next 5 days. everyone else certainly going to be significantly and as we've got our rain chances today, obviously terrific tomorrow. it's going to be saturday morning sunday gets more widespread and then

monday night into tuesday will be the next hit of rain. so let's talk this through. can show you what i mean here we go. that is saturday morning. this one falls apart and doesn't really result in much rain. this is the one coming in on sunday afternoon into monday. that will be a little bit more widespread. but i do think it's going to that monday night to tuesday where we also see some sierra snow there that we're going to see more of the rainfall across all of the bay area. but it does mean that we're going to be a little bit of a soggy run once we get into the weekend. so here's that saturday morning. as i mentioned, it's north bay, mostly so not really worried about this. a whole lot. i think your saturday afternoon, we'll be fine. then sunday into monday, we're going to pick up a little bit more. and then monday night into tuesday, there we go. where totals are starting to be higher up in the north bay than anywhere else. but i still think we're all get. so what's called beneficial rain right with no problem. so stormtracker 4 showing you that. the radar. nice and clear right now. but certainly you can see that we have that one line of moisture that's going to be rolling in. and then there's more behind that. and by the way, it's

time to swell. that's a little aggressive. isn't a time to spring forward from a saturday to sunday where we're going put those clocks from 02:00am to 03:00am and what this means for us effectively is that sunrise, when we get into sunday morning is going to be 07:27am. but here comes the big difference that i'm really looking forward to the sunset sunday night is going to be at 07:12pm. so that means that, you know, our evenings get a little bit extended. if take that walk after work, either to have a little bit of an easier time doing it. so get ready for a good weekend. but, you know, in a few showers out there and we'll certainly cooldown highly recommend getting outside today to take that walk and enjoy the sunshine. but when we get into midweek next week, look at the warm-up. that's on the way. kind of saying goodbye to that wintry feeling and moving into what feels like maybe our next big pattern change rolling towards the. ever present springtime, that's on my mind. i'm sure on your stu thanks for keeping an eye on it for welcome for pandas. 4th

pleasant enough entertaining enough. it definitely doesn't break any new ground exhibit any of the same chardon or energy of its 3 predecessors. the movie has a few laughs and is nicely drawn, but it relies on way too many battle scenes to push along the storyline. usually when a movie franchise hits its 4th installment, it's pretty much run out of gas, running on fumes. this one, it's not quite at that point, but dangerously close its funding, but fairly forgettable. >> and a dean's list c? i don't forget that hollywood's biggest night of the year is this sunday. the 96th academy awards starts an hour earlier than usual with jimmy kimmel as its host for the major categories. expect a repeat of the winners that we saw almost all of this year's award show so far. best supporting performances will robert downey junior for oppenheimer and divine joy randolph from the holdovers for best director. it will be
