stuff. but it will usher in some slightly cooler temperatures in the 2nd half of our week ahead before we get there, we some systems playing together a little bi he. now today's deal is not as hot as yesterday was. can see this from this vantage point, but i'm going to show you something little wrinkle here. before we get to midweek temperature check for you, 69 for antioch, 70 livermore, east bay shoreline, lower 60's fremont about 58 50's and 60's up north and a chilly 52 off to half moon bay. yes, those winds remain on shore. that's a good direction because it also normally cools us off a little bit, but assures in that moisture well inland. so we like that part, futurecast for just that fog in the morning hours clears out nicely. we do the set. that same thing again for tomorrow on monday. but want to watch to the south here as we go forward from this. this is now monday morning. not so much on monday. we don't see too much going on which the some bubbling up going on here. some moisture coming up from the south. this is middle level moisture, not thco kind of damp stuff at the surfe.step above
8:15 am
and we sometimes get the storm, the monon that can sparoff some of those dry thunderstorms. so that's what the concern is. the really looking around monterrey. but some of the models to hint it hit or miss shower tuesday afternoon, right during the peak of our daytime heating. lot of energy in the atmosphere, something to kind of look out for maybe ■a shower or thundershower thrown in there. there are winds loyally coming on shore as they will be today right across the carquinez strait. solano county eastern contra costa county as well, throwing some moisture out that way. so we're going to keep that trend not just toorrow, but through monday and rather tuesday, really alleelong. again, litte wrinkles i mentioned . earlier with us, ok, sunny and summertime. like for today, not as hot, though in the 90's. we're looking at mid 90. so forget the century. mark and backing off of that a little bit more. so a passing shower tuesday question mark, it's more that dry lightning a bigger concern. then after that little front passes and all that we've got sunny, nice cooling 70's for the bay 80's
8:16 am
well inland. so thursday is going to feel marvelous with that slightly warm up as we get into friday saturday. so to reiterate for today, we've got about 68 going on here for san francisco, sunny and mild. 75 covers us for oakland and 87. meanwhile, for san jose and make no mistake about it, it's still summer. we're going to be summertime numbers that are going to be in the mid 90's pretty well inland. you can see there 96 for antioch. meanwhile, up north got a mixture of some 80's and 90's, but because that low winds coming onshore helping out the labor with 69, as you can see. alright, next couple of days with half moon bay. as our backdrop here, we've got 90 going on by monday and tuesday. 89 again, penciling in a chance of that hit or miss little shower on tuesday. but it's more that right like we want worry about. to the right during the daytime heating there. yes, okay. will hopefully everything stays calm despite the a chance of that dry like, yeah, that's only thing to look out for. but beyond that, we should be good in some cooler temps by the end next week. all right.

work with little and yes. so when somebody experiences a cardiac arrest, chances of surviving that episode is of not surviving up about 60 to 70%. when you start immediate hands with cpr, you increase the chances of survival by 2 to 3 times, which is remarkable. so if you find somebody that is actually at home or on the street, i've done cpr is a cardiologist, both in the hospital in the community and even on an airplane. the first thing you want to do is assess to see how are they doing? are you breathing? are you alert? and if they are not, the very first thing to do is actually call for help particular. if you're out in the community call, have somebody call for and then you know that the first responders are on their then what you want to do is assess see if there's a pulse. if there's not, then what you want to do is start cpr. typically our patients going to be on the ground that we have this nice table set up here. you want to take your dominant hand. so for me, that is my right hand. you want to pit right here in the center of the chest interlace. your second hand right on top here.
