patrick withrow giving kcra three a first hand look at the vehicles towed during a sideshow bust. we start, hold them accountable by taking their cars and he says no one will be getting them back anytime soon. i wouldn't waste your time coming out here or calling about your car because it's going to sit until a judge or the da tells us to let it go as part of their zero tolerance stance on sideshows, they are seizing vehicles as evidence and not impounding them. all the windows have the evidence tape on them, proven that they were sealed. so all the evidence inside has not been tampered with with rouz says they will seek court orders to destroy vehicles they deem dangerous. as we can prove that this car is sole purpose and is being used for sideshows and to create this type of chaos in our community. well then that would be a car, i believe a judge and a jury would find that they no longer have the right to own sheriff. >> withrow says guns and illegal drugs were found inside some of the vehicles. >> we have search warrants for each one of these vehicles, and we will search it, document it.

11:05 pm
to do business, but he hopes their voices can still be heard. >> maybe the city will actually engage and, you know, look at is this an appropriate project for the site? and you know, if they decide to go ahead with it anyway, what can they do to make it safe? >> san jose residents have until february 20th at 5 p.m. to give feedback to the city. we reached out to the vice mayor, but she was unavailable for comment, and costco's website says that it doesn't comment on projects that won't be built for more than 90 days away. lamonica peters ktvu, fox two news, pg and e is continuing to make progress on restoring power to customers across the bay area. >> tonight, just over 39,000 customers still without power in the bay area this evening. the bulk of those in the north bay at more than 23,000, the south bay has more than 7000 outages, and the peninsula, nearly 8000 customers are without power. the east bay and san francisco have just over, or just a few hundred
