11:17 pm
through brings us a little bit of rain mainly wednesday afternoon and evening. and then thursday morning it clears out a little bit. and then here we go on friday. this is the main event here. this friday system is followed by a saturday sunday system right here. that's pretty robust. so big picture the weather headline this week is going to be this weekend coming up. good amount of rain a high level snow, high elevation snow and just a good old fashioned weather maker. it'll be it'll be a pretty good one. looks like it's going to be pretty strong. not as strong as the last one in terms of wind and potential rain, but it's got potential. it's going to be a good one. it's el nino year and this one's a very el nino esque. i guess i can say that el nino esque storm. and there's the pacific just loaded with weather systems, and that's a product of el nino warmer water just puts more moisture evaporation. it puts more moisture in the air, and then it gets pulled north where there's energy, right where you get the cold air mixing with the warm air and then that creates it's like a
11:18 pm
heat engine. you get you get energy, kinetic energy. and we're going to get that. and that mainly shows up a little bit on wednesday night into thursday morning. but the real the main event is going to be saturday sunday and probably into monday. so overnight lows no frost advisories tonight. pretty pleasant. overnight lows above freezing which would be pleasant and nice. the forecast model does this tomorrow morning . this for the rest of the day. so nice. partly cloudy. there's wednesday morning or tuesday morning. sorry tuesday morning and then tuesday afternoon. so nice. next couple days are fine. low upper 50s low 60s a few clouds and then that wednesday system here. wednesday morning it starts to show up. but it really impacts us. looks like wednesday night into very early thursday morning. so these are the forecast highs for tomorrow. i hope you had a nice weekend. the week looks pretty good. enjoy the next couple of days. it'll get wet a little bit on wednesday and thursday. but really this thing is all going to be about the saturday, sunday, monday kind of a deal. so we'll keep an eye on it. things will change and evolve, but have a good night and i'll see you back here tomorrow
11:19 pm
