and albree street. police say people in and when the police arrived, they found one of the shooting victims in a crashed car. he died four days later. the carver was eventually arrested wednesday night at a home in richmond. you're looking at video showing authorities surrounding the house on harnett avenue. a second suspect, identified as keon bowles,úhas also been charged with gun crimes after allegedly helping carver get away. >> an investigation continues in antioch this after an suv crashed into a bus carrying mostly senior citizens. it happened around 1230 yesterday afternoon. firefighters say the suv was heading west on laurel road near highway four onúramp when it hit the side of a bus.c spas it was turning, the driverf the suv and six people on the bus were hurt. none of their lie threatening. this crash remains under investigation. a middle schoolúin due to declining

alignc up with her goal to build more housing in the city, and would reverse changes the board approved last year. it's not clear if the board of supervisors has the votes to >> there's more funding in sonoma county now to support homeless programs. the press democrat reports. the sonoma county homeless coalition has been given an extra $2 million from the state this year. this means cuts to existing programs should be minimal. the coalition is in the process of narrowing l receive a share. of the 7.8 million in funding, californiat& is launching a new proposal to allow home insurance companies to base rate hikes on disaster prediction models. right now, the state requires companies to base rate hikes only on events and losses that have already happened. as a result, many insurance companies have stopped offeringc new coverage or have dropped customers in areas that are prone to wildfires. state leaders say the rule is outdate& and has led to rate spikes and ballooning premiums. >> your time now. 734 a dispute
