pup is recovering after being shot in the head. and now they're asking for the public's help in identifying and tracking down the suspects. ktvu is an reuben is live outside police headquarters, where a news conference just wrapped up and yeah, san jose police are calling this a case of blatant animal cruelty, but so far they haven't been able to find the two people responsible. >> now the incident happened back on january 11th, around 630 in the morning. officers responded to the area of anne darling.c and when they got there, they found a female german shepherd. not quite a year who had been shot. the dog, marley, had a gunshot wound to that entered the skull and exited just below the jawline. the dog also had an injury to her right paw. the dog's owner had been asleepúand bolted awake when she heard the sound of gunfire, and saw her dog running back to her from across mckee road. authorities believe two peoplec were responsible for the crime, but so far haven'túbeen able to

there is more criticism for boeing after one panel when it landed on friday morning. the united flight out of sfo did arrive in medford, oregon, with that missing panel from beneath that plane. we do not know when that panel broke off, but this is just the latest incident involving boeing planes . white house press secretary karine jean-pierre says the administration has faith in both the faa and the ntsb in ensuring safety in the skies. make sure that we want to put tc the safetyc that's what faa is . and so they are taking actions. we stand by those actions to increase safety. obviously, an oversight of boeing united says the crew of flight 433 did not declare of damage during that flight. >> and a boeing report says an accidental cockpit seat movement is likely. what caused the latam airlines flight to drop suddenly
