6:22 pm
we're cooler and this is going to stay put for a while. and as just can expect, more of the same, which is nice. it's just not clear this time of year whether it's a little bit, you know, you'd expect it pop some mid 80s upper 80s, low 90s temperatures today 80 in antioch, 82 in fairfield, 78 in santa rosa. highs tomorrow will be about the same. maybe a degree warmer, degree cooler. current temperatures, big sea breeze, big deep marine layer fog back the fog is having trouble staying intact because it's 14 degrees cooler in santa rosa right now than it was ten in concord. sorry, that's a big jump. everybody else, all the zeros. and it's about the same. but north inland areas in the north bay and east bay definitely warmed up a bit four degrees in livermore. but that fog is having a hard time staying put. so here's the futurecast for tomorrow morning or to this evening. pardon me or pardon me tomorrow night. and the fog doesn't come back. and then it tries to come back down to monterey bay tuesday morning. it still doesn't come back. that's because that low. and then when that low kind of moves that one i drew in on that, satellite image for you or the
6:23 pm
model that low moves this system comes in and that starts to cool us off with more of a fog formation onshore wind. so it's just kind of a i'd call it kind of a sloppy pattern. truthfully there's no real there's no real drivers here in this pattern. so it's it'll be more of what we had last week and a little bit of what we had today and a little bit of what we had tomorrow. and then temperatures on the weekend will drop down a little bit again as we have a system come in and cool things off, not rain, nothing like that. just wind shifts. it's real subtle. and these are the forecast highs tomorrow. so this temperature profile will pretty much last all week. i hate to do that. it makes it rough too, because it's like i would much rather have weather. it's hard to talk about something. it's going to be the same. you could tape this and it's going to do this every day for the next few days. and it's hard because you kind of want to be interesting. but the truth is, this thing just rolls along like it rolls along. no big changes. when i come back. we'll take a look at the full forecast tonight at 1011. >> yeah, that is a consistent forecast. oh yeah. all right. thank you. ktvu sports focus returns with a new episode
