like more information about this dance troupe, just go to ktvu.com and click the link for this story. lamonica peters ktvu, fox two news. >> it's time to go back now to our chief meteorologist, bill martin, for a final look at the forecast. >> yeah, the weekend is coming on and the weather is. well, it's the same. i mean, it's going to be a lot like what we had today tomorrow. but a little bit warmer. and then the next day it will be a little bit cooler. it's just going to fluctuate up and down. these were the highs today. highs tomorrow we can add 5 or 10 degrees. so it's going to be warmer right. but the fog as you know right now it's pretty much everywhere. and moving into the bay. and this real windy out there fog is going to get broken up a little bit. so we'll have some sun more sun tomorrow and temperatures will warm. temperatures will come up into the mid 80s upper 80s tomorrow as opposed to upper 70s low 80s. so yeah, there's no big earth shattering news here in the weather department other than it's summer or almost summer. and it's doing what it does except the winds. the winds are pretty impressive. that
11:21 pm
fairfield gust. i had a gust out at fairfield about 41 miles an hour or now it's 37 miles an hour on the gust. but that's that's pretty windy. so in same with altamont. the winds are blowing over 30 miles an hour out there at the livermore area, and sfo is just eight. so it's really windy out in the delta and altamont pass. it's going to get windy again next week as this low tweaks to the north of us right here, it'll go to the north. we cool off. that's kind of what's happened today. then the high is going to build. then we're going to warm up a little bit. then another low will come in on sunday and monday, and then the high will build in and we'll get wind. so i've just described the summer essentially and these, these, these cycles that we go through. and we're in one of the cycles now. but there's one that this one low that goes through is going to be a little stronger than the rest. and that's going to be on monday, monday, tuesday. and the valley winds will get going. not hot winds but a really high winds up down through the central valley. so we'll be looking for some fire weather watches probably on monday and tuesday. the forecast for tomorrow. the colors tell the story. the yellows are 70,
11:22 pm
oranges are 80s and the fog went away. you see, the winds are blowing northwest and a few high clouds. so it's a nice looking day tomorrow and the weekend right around the corner. the weekend looks good too. you'll see that in the five day forecast. these are the forecast highs for tomorrow. and then here is the five day. and like i said little little warmer a little cooler a little warmer a little cooler. and rides that way right through the weekend to early next week. those winds though on monday will be interesting to see. i'm not i'm not i don't think i'll see red flag warnings, but the winds are going to blow in the central valley, so that'll be something to pay attention to. >> hey, i won't see you, but happy father's day, bill. oh. thanks, mike. you're welcome. all right. tonight in san jose, a fundraiser for survivors of gender based violence. the annual walk a mile in their shoes event took place at santana row. it was a light hearted event with an important message. participants marched down the street with their families to raise money for services and programs for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. this is a really important cross-gender subject
