uh from south lebanon uh on the western side of the border uh we know that this was the first round the second round included another dozen uh rockets at least no one saw any of uh those rockets being intercepted by a patriot rocket, those rockets that are usually used by the iron dome system from the israelis and so we know from the israelis as well from amateur videos surrounding the area of maroon specifically that the rockets did hit their target and just to a reminder of the significance of the maroon base, we're talking about a the highest mount in all of occupied palestine, this is supposed to be a r. are that would give early warnings of the launching of either rockets um by the resistance or even drones and it seems that that radar itself was inoperable or unable to protect itself or unable to give any warnings the fact that there would be rockets. another issue that has basically perplexed the

israelies, how hasbullah been able to basically maneuver itself away uh from the iron dome system. we know from israeli reports that hazbullah has also attempted to target the iron. platforms on several occasions and so therefore this retaliation in itself is very significant for hizbullah. of course the israelis continue uh with their attacks in self lebanon. we are hearing at this moment the sounds of the israeli drones over our heads constantly, even the sounds of uh the fighter jets as well. there was also another targeting by an israeli drone uh of a minivan in the area of hibiri which is right behind us. we know that there was one person who was wounded, it's not clear. whether there was anyone who was murdered or anyone who was in the car at the time of the israeli strike uh, but of course there were also other israeli shelling in the towns of kunneen and barashit, and it seems the israelies are basically going further, the massacer that occurred that destruction of the house in the town of khirbit silem is

considered relatively far away, khilam was not a town that was occupied during the occupation in the 1980s, 90s, all the way to 2000, it was considered even then uh far away from those towns that are bordering. that area and so it seemed the israelis are basically picking out uh certain houses uh that are to be destroyed, but of course uh headless of the fact that there are civilians and we can see what's happening inside gaza uh this uh this army has not been moral in any time when it comes to attacking civilians we saw that in 2006 and we said we see that here very clearly now as we enter we ramadan is at the doors it doesn't seem that we are going to have a truece. in gaza and that will also have its impact here in south lebanon, we will definitely see more confrontations, this face off will continue as long as the war in gaza and the starvation now uh is uh also in its fifth month. thank you very much
