us more about these assassination attempt on alburhan? the situation in the in the sudan as well as the the political situation which is coinciding with the um initiatives which is taking to um to the talks which invited by us in geneva and as well as the rest of the the initiative that's taking place right now has the the the the has formed the constitution. which is one of the um one of the consequences um um attempt of assassinating of the albhan so basically there's a lot of argument in this in this in this assination whereby some people they are taking that saying that thistion has happened internally or this a term of assassination is

a ter whereby there is um there is a conflict within the the the the military camp commander in in in sudan basically also there's another another argument where is like there is that uh rsf militia is the one who send it the um the who tried to assassinate burhan while he was in algebet attending the graduation of the of the troops according to panel of independent experts assigned by the un security council between april and december 2023, the rsf and its affiliated militias were responsible for the deaths of 10,00 to 15,00 civilians in west darfor. the un security council's resolution 2736 demands the rsf and its siege of alfasher. however, the un has apparently

failed to take stern action against the rsf. this lack of action is likely due to some powerful. countries backing this brutal militia group, one of the issues that is now posponding and pending in the in the decision of un because of um the the countries which they are now sitting in the in the un security some of them they are packing um the militia and and and and and and and actually all the all the all the hands goes to to and allies so that's why there's no clear action from the un or un security in order to um to have a clear decision regarding to the donar side that committed by the uh medisha in in genena and as well as also in a 41 page document sent to the un security council contains images of emirati passports allegedly found in sudan and linked to

region whereby um whereby letting the decision of of putting uae in account is uh is seem to be a little bit far in their in their options right now. and also um uh as well as also uk uk and us they are um they w known that the authorities that competed by rsf and also um the aliight militia sudan is clearly facing humanitarian catastrophe that has not fully received the attention it deserves or the funding required to meet the scale of the crisis. lenny kinsley the world. food program spokesperson in sudan says the country now faces the world's worst hunger crisis. this is the world's worst hunger crisis at the moment and it is the worst

catastrophe uh in terms of hunger and number of people that are suffering that has hit sudan in more than two decades. the situation is absolutely catastrophic. there are 755,00 people who are in the highest level of food in security. in in catastrophic conditions, who are barely struggling to survive each day, we're hearing reports of people eating leaves, eating grass and now the confirmation that there is famin in zamzam idp camp, just 12 kilometers outside of the capital of north darfur in al-fashar. sudan now has the world's largest internally displaced population with nearly 11.1 million displaced people due to the conflict that began in... april 2023 and earlier conflicts dating back to 2003. regarding to the humanitarian situation, it is really uh with a profound sadness that the whole world is watching

what's going on in sudan, and also there's a lot of calling from um from the from the displaced people as well as from the national organization to the international community that must increase their um their their funding to. the humanitarian assistance in sudam, but actually this is very certainness that all the world is in silence whereby sudanese people they are facing actropic hanger in different areas and that's why um a few coming days we will see that the the whole the whole sudanese people who are still within the sudan may face the costrubic hanger regarding to the lack of humanitarian assistant and regarding to the... of funding and and and and and to the funding so basically we can see that the the the international community has forgotten about

the sudan and which is very sad. before the assassination attempt on al-burhan, the sudanese government had conditionally accepted invitation to attend peace talks in geneva, the rsf militions have confirmed participation. now mr. ask question, what are the chances of success of th latest round of talks in geneva considering the fact that previous fish initiatives had failed? these uh geneva talks must bring at least two functions to the point where by uh they can agree on the seas fire and then also to stop the war uh and and allowing the humanitarian assistant to reach different areas in in sudan especially in in the f and other various areas. um the the the clear um way of these stocks is um by inforcing to uh two functions to come to the existance where by
