advised dispatch that he had been robbed a firearm at un plaza. the victim statedstole his black and red scooter. officers responded to the scene of the with the victim. the victim described the male adult, 20 to 40 years old, approximately five feet six inches, wearing a long sleeved blue and white sweater dark bottoms and armed with a gray pistol, fleeing on the black and red scooter in an the officers then provided the suspect description to other officers by radio. at about 11:55 p.m,ers number one and two while on patrol in full uniform and in red a person on willow street between van ness avenuestreet. the person was wearing a gray and white jacket, blue jeans, and in possession of a black and red scooter. the personr identified as alexander antonio lopez. after recognizing that the scooter matched the description of the oneak the officers stopped their vehicle to contact mr. stopped, mr. lopez began running van
