speaker. next speaker, please. hi. this is rosheen eisner from the san francisco tenants union. i've been following ben and kathy wong's story since i started at the tenant's union over a year ago. i'm so happy to hear that they have been able to remain in their homes thanks to this program, you know, this is something the tenants union has has been supporting since proposition f was first suggested, first put on the ballot. this is one of the most enormously successful programs that we've seen, in combating the increase of homelessness and displacement within san francisco. so, you know, we're seeing when tenants either get limited scope or full scope representations, one of the two, they remain housed in more than 90% of cases. these are amazing numbers. and that's considering that some of them are currently only getting limited scope, and while you know, we think about a cost of, you know, prevention versus cure. so this really is a great example of an ounce of prevention, versus a pound of
