i'm sergio quintana, nbc, bay area news. new problems tonight for the aquarium of the bay in san francisco. that's the one that's on pier 39 days after the ceo stepped down. it's now being stripped of its accreditation. association of zoos and aquariums accreditation commission announced today it unanimously voted to rescind it. organization says the aquarium wasn't meeting standards in several areas. that includes financial stability, staffing capabilities and employee morale and turnover. now, this comes after the head of the aquarium, george jacob, resigned on wednesday. now, staffers at that troubled charity that runs the pier 39, accused, raised concerns about him spending lavishly on travel and events, including a concert that he hosted in dubai. it will soon be harder to rent an airbnb in one of the most beautiful and expensive parts of the bay area. we're talking about the marin county, coast county leaders recently voted to put a cap on rentals with a goal of easing the housing crisis. the new rules impact 18 commun
