west coast rap officials first responded to a suspect in a stolen truck this morning in alhambra, east of los angeles. that chase spanned over an hour. video shows the driver taking off erratically through neighborhoods, hitting speeds of more than 70 miles an hour and cutting across driveways and yards. the suspect eventually left the truck and took off running. that's when a group of people confronted the suspect, shoving him into a chair in a parking lot. they held him until authorities made it to the scene and arrested him in new mexico. >> a suspected shoplifter tried to outrun an officer who was on a horse. albuquerque police body cam video shows a horse trotting through a parking lot behind a man in black clothing. the officer was able to catch up with that man in a matter of seconds. he yelled, it wasn't me! as he fled from the officers into the street stopping traffic. two more officers arrived on horseback and one was able to handcuff that suspect. he was accused of stealing $230 worth of merchandise from walgreens, and later charged with shoplifting and evading police on foo
